I have tried multiple things which doesn't seem its liking it.I am using a symbal scanner which accepts the below input but is not scannable for my vendors'400'+[SOOrder.CustomerOrderNbr]+'90'+[SOShipment.ShipmentNbr]I am using the following settings for my barcodes:According to GS1 (400) is customer PO number (90) is shipment number'(400)'+[SOOrder.CustomerOrderNbr]+'(90)'+[SOShipment.ShipmentNbr] Can I get some help on this one please?  

I have a sales order with a pre-payment on it. Hi, I am customizing the standard PO report to reflect information shown on the Approvals tab in the Purchase Order form, the approvals are shown in the footer of the report, therefore I use a sub report to display the approval information. At the moment, values are not displayed in the footer even though Approvals are listed. Please let me know how I can fix this issue.Thank you.

How do you enter a payroll correction to reduce an employees check when they are overpaid? I have tried multiple things and keep getting errors. You can’t have negative hours, rates, or an amount of the earnings tab…. If I do a deduction is does not correct their earnings for the year… Any suggestions on how to correct this?

My shopify sales order is imported with a ship via that is checked as will call. This Ship Via is called PICKUP and is also set to my store shipping method. Shipment export to Shopify generated the following error:Error converting value "pick-up" to type 'PX.Commerce.Shopify.API.REST.FulfillmentOrderDeliveryMethodType'. Hi,  Acumatica automatically sends the Vendor Ref number on Purchase Receipts to Shopify as the tracking number. Since we’re using the field for what it was actually intended for (Invoice Numbers), can we restrict Acumatica not to send those?

Strange issue with Business Event not firing if the underlying GI has a conditional on it.  Worked through all the troubleshooting guides I could find, and still stumped. I have a Generic Inquiry which is a simple join of the AMMTran table and the AMProdItem table:The relations are simple, just joining the shared keys of OrderType and prodOrdID:  And my conditions are straightforward, looking for Materials documents that linked to Closed production orders: And my business event is set to “Trigger by Record Change” with Raise Event set to “For Each Record”:This does not fire.  If I change my conditions on the GI to remove the status=Completed, it works fine (though it fires immediately upon issue of the materials, which is NOT what I need, as I need to do something with the Material once the Production order completes). I have tried it with “from schema” for the condition instead of the =’M’, so it’s not anything that simple. I’ve tried changing the Trigger conditions to be Record Inser

Hi all, Is there a way to switch branches for the account used for Oauth? Our vendors are set up with Restricted company groups. When our api automation tries to create a Bill the user used in the Oauth authentication, it is set to one of our 10 branches, so the Bill PUT fails due to the branch being incorrect. During the automation we'll need to switch branches. I looked for a profile endpoint to maybe use and switch branches using the api, but didn't see one. Thoughts?Thanks!

Is there a way to change the Qty Selected in the Add Related Items box?  You can change the Quantity at the top of this box but not the quantity of the individual items listed below in the box.  In our case, we may need multiple of an additional item to Cross-Sell.  It isn’t always a 1-to-1.  As it is now, you need to change the quantity after it pulls the item(s) into the Sales Order.   Thanks

Hello All,I am currently facing an issue while creating a project quote. Yday when i was creating the same quote it didnt trigger any error. But now when I am recreating it, shows the below error: The quote that I had created yday: While I am testing the same in the demo instance, Acumatica does allow me to do the same without any errors.  

We’re in the beginning stages of testing order imports from Our test Shopify environment to Acumatica. When attempting to import new orders we’ve started to see an error message when going to Process Data, after the Sales Order has been prepared.: “Another process has updated the 'SOOrder' record. Your changes will be lost.”We haven’t made any changes to the orders that fail versus the orders that don’t fail, and we haven't been able to identify a trend. Any ideas on how to resolve this error so that we can have all orders import properly?  

It’s possible to create a Purchase Request with an Non Stock Item?We want our store managers to request purchase items, but maybe they want to request new items that are not created as Stock Item.

Friends, I’ve posted this question before, but unfortunately, the solutions to the first question are not an optionI am trying to extend a customer to a vendor or a vendor to a customer programmatically.  I want to get my application certified for the marketplace.  However, SQL Views are forbidden.  SO, my current solution will prevent me from getting a certification.Here is the issue.  There does not seem to be a way within C# and the available DACs to retrieve a deleted customer or vendor record. If I try to extend a customer to be a vendor programmatically, when I add the vendor account, it errors because Acumatica sees it as a duplicate.I need to be able to determine if a vendor account is in the db with a DeletedDatabaseRecord = 1 if it is there and of a deleted status, change it to no longer deleted.If I cannot find a way to extend a customer to a previously deleted vendor without using SQL Views, I kind of screwed.

If fixed manufacturing time is used for production then will it be always the same even if the quantity on the production order differs?for example, a production order for item A has qty of 500 and another production order for item A has qty of 1000, and fixed manufacturing time is set to 1 week. Will it be 1 week for both orders?For change of Qty system is not increasing the dates.

I was looking to add some functionality to the Generic Inquiry (SM208000) form but it does not display it’s BLC or DAC in the source code viewer. The Screen ASPX displays just fine.Wondering if that’s intentional since it’s core functionality.   

Is there a way to see history of journal transactions against an invoice?Currently, if I have to create a journal for any reason, I put a note on the invoice to flag to myself that there is a journal transaction related to it. It would be great to be able to go into an invoice and see journal transactions directly related to it.

We have added some datetime UDF’s to the submittal GI and are needing to apply style formulas for when the column is blank verses when a date is entered. Unfortunately, I keep getting error messages when I try to enter any type of greater than or equal to parameters in the formula.The dates pull fine to the GI when I don’t have a style applied. It also works if I change the UDF type from datetime to text, but we’d really like to be able to select a date verses typing it in all the time.Is it possible for a datetime data field to have this type of style formula applied to it, and I’m just missing something in the formula? We’re looking to implement calendaring / scheduling screens that allow end users to get a greater understanding of staff and employee resource usage over time. We are aware of the existing calendaring and scheduling screens which are limited to service orders and appointments. We’d like to be able to view general activities and events in the same view as booked appointments. In addition to the data sourced locally from Acumatica we would also be looking to integrate external data sources such as Outlook (365).I’m aware this topic and related topics surrounding scheduling have reached the stage of “Gathering Feedback”. We may need to implement something in the near future and probably cannot wait for the ideas to reach a major release.My immediate question is regarding the built-in “Bryntum” libraries that are currently used to provide the scheduling and calendaring views.
