Report Designer - filter status does not equal On Hold or Open

Hi Team,

I would like to exclude Status On Hold and Status Open from Shipment Confirmation SO642000. So I have tried with 2 options:

Option 1: Status not equal On Hold or Open → I'm still able to print Open Shipment → incorrect

Option 2: Status = Confirmed or Status = Completed → I cant print Confirmed Shipment → incorrect

Do you have any idea on this issue?

Thanks in advance,

Yên Chi

Hi @chidao

Please use the status in below format and verify

Value Description
N Open
H On Hold
C Completed
L Canceled
F Confirmed
I Invoiced
Y Partially Invoiced
R Receipted
A Auto-Generated
Badge +18

Hello @chidao ,

With Option 1, when using Condition NOT EQUAL, use Operator AND.

I can’t determine why Option 2 is not working because I can’t see the data:

  1. What shipment number is being selected, and
  2. What is the status on the selected shipment number?

Thank you.

Laura

Hi @manikantad18

Thank you for your advice. It works well now

Hi @Laura02

I pick randomly transactions from the same SO type, Shipment Status = Confirmed. weirdly, some transaction works and some don't.

Thanks all for your help!
