On the generic inquiry Production Order Maintenance, I’ve added column which is a multi-select field (Production Line(s)). “Production Line(s)” is a custom field on InventoryItem. On InventoryItem, I am storing the IDs of the production lines as a comma-separated string (eg. 1,4,5). When I try to filter the Production Order Maintenance GI, the filter misbehaves.The results will sometimes show blank pages (although I know there are rows that match the filter) and the record count will show something like “1 to 0 of 1151” Has anyone tried something like this? Is there a way to get this to work? 

When I run our budget to actuals income statement without the unit set, it runs properly with correct values.However, once I add the ‘Companies’ unit set, the budget values default back to actuals. Assume I have not set up the Unit Set correctly, but haven’t been able to resolve. Here is the Unit Set:I thought I could just remove the ‘Actual’ from Data Source in above screenshot - but this seems to change the Actual values on the Row Set as well which I don’t understand.

Hello Community,I have been trying to let the system recalculate the values upon Currency Overriding in the Invoices & Memos (AR301000) form. Here, when I override the value from USD to KHR, the Detail Total doesn’t get calculated. Would like to know if I am missing out here something. Kindly guide me.Thanks in Advance.​​​​​​​

We are trying to create a concept of a Customer Group assignment. These groups would link many items/prices with many customers. We want these customer groups to be eligible for agreed upon pricing for a list of items where the total purchase qty would be added together to meet the agreed upon purchase quantities.Additionally, customers in this group may designated some of their distributors or their customers to also be able to purchase these same items directly at the same prices and be included in the total qty purchased reporting.  If any partners have ran into the same issue with their customers, or if you have any suggestions on how to do this in Acumatica, please comment!

I have created a business event and it is working fine. Now I want to attach my custom report in the mail that is triggered by the business event. I added it as an attachment and provided the required parameters but it is not generating exact report. Some details are missing. If i generate the same report on the report screen it is working fine.  

Is there a way to change the way a name displays from Last, First to First Last?

We are having issues with our import working in real time importing contacts from HubSpot into Acumatica.  I changed the Polling from 60 seconds to 300 seconds and then I restarted the HubSpot SyncWhen I restarted the Contact Import changed from “No Polling” to how you see it below. This Polling function is why the record didn’t come in. I made a new record in HubSpot and it came in after the 5 minute mark. The Last RealTime Attempt field is queuing when processing occurs.I have no idea what made it go from “no polling” to polling. I’m not sure why Leads wouldn’t also be in a Poll status. Why is the Lead still in a (No polling) state and how do we change that?    And how and why did it even go into no polling state? 

I have attached a static form to our PO that will print with the PO on vendors that we purchase ingredients from. I created a page break on the group footer and the PO prints on the first page and the static form prints on the 2nd page but the page 1 of 1 footer in printing on the 2nd page but not the first page. And when I add multiple lines to the PO to push the PO to print on a second page Acumatioca renders 10 pages and my static form prints on several pages. I have attache images for review, and my Report Designer settings for the footers. My end goal is to print the PO first and the static form letter last, as well as adding multiple lines to push the PO to a 2nd page to only print a 2 page PO and the 3rd page is my static form. Please check out my report designer setting to see what I need to change to make this work. PO page 1 and Static form page 2Page 1 of ? should print at the bottom of every page. Good day, I used a Tenand ID that was not being used, thenant was on status Unlicensed, and change it to Test Tenant. After this, I imported the Demo Snapshot (Demo 22.211.0034), restored this snapshot to the Tenant, and after a few minutes, the tenant was not selectable, and now I cant access that tenant, is not showing on the tenant list screen, and it will show as a tenant on the Space Calculate screen. I am using the admin user, with all superpowers, but still can make the tenant to show up. Any ideas?

Hi,Question 1: can we add additional ‘source tab' list from default list in OPPORTUNITIES > CRM INFO SOURCE SECTION. Possible to customise it or add additional into the names list that we are more familiar for our preference. Currently the default list there is: Organic Search  Campaign  Referral  Other  Web  Phone Inquiry  Purchased List e.g. We would like to change Purchased List into existing customer or web into website or other into events so that we have a more clear understanding of each OPPORTUNITIES comes from which activities that we are doing, Question 2: Also, sometimes appear that from one potential client appear to have 2 source that trigger them engage on the product and services that we provide. Can we add 2 source at once in one same OPPORTUNITIES.  

How to Add Freight Charges to a Purchase order without affecting the Line Item (stock/non stock items ) and the Discounts Applied  on the Line level or on the total of Line Items?; ie; freight charges need to be added to the net of Line total

Hi, I have an unusual error message on the license maintenance screen that I have spent several hours testing and trying to resolve. The error is appearing on 3 locally hosted sites on build 2022.114.203.2690.  I don’t believe that this is related to any customisations as it exists on a newly deployed site before any customisations are applied. What is the error?Immediately after applying the license key and revisiting the Licence Maintenance screen, I get:  followed by a locked up screen that you can’t do anything with: The trace shows:   I have worked out that you can restore the system to an unlicensed state by going 1) delete * from Licensing and, then 2) repairing the website.  After reapplying the key the error appears again. Aside from the above the sites function normally (for example you can access stock items, customers,...), but anything associated with a license doesn’t work (eg you also get the error on the user screen and can’t change permissions) Any Ideas? HiWe have very strict controls in place around purchasing, and have realised that users can receipt lines that do not come from a PO (direct purchase receipts).  How do we prevent this, is there a switch that we can switch off to prevent it, or is our only option to remove the “+” off the line using roles?

Our standard protocol for new users has been setting a default password but required the ‘Force User to Change Password on Next Login’ checkbox under each user profile. The issue I’m discovering is that the mobile app does not like that. It will say invalid credentials instead of popping up some type of interface allowing them to set the password. This is troublesome as users then have to use a web browser for the first login, set password, then can begin using the mobile app. Has anyone else discovered this?

I want to create an export scenario which includes order summary and line details. Is this possible?  I created an export scenario (XML attached), however it doesn’t work correctly. 

Hello!I am attempting to add some conditional formatting on the SO Order Details grid where the SO Lines are viewable when looking at a Sales Order.I have implemented a customization on the SO Order Entry graph which calculates the mark up of each line amount over total average cost of the line, which then puts this number into a custom field on an SO Line DAC Extension.I want to highlight the SO Line rows in red where the the custom field(usrMarkupPct) is less than 0.1.Everything I am finding says to edit the ASPX file of the Sales Order screen but I am not sure that is the best way to do this.Does anyone have any experience with applying formatting conditionally to SO Lines?As always, any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Hello,I am adding a parameter to a working GI.I check the box “From Schema” on the parameter.There ARE records and values for this field and I show them on the output.If I set a default value on the parameter it works for the default.I simply cannot select a value for my parameter from the database which is the whole purpose of “From Schema”.Any thoughts? 

Hi all,I have a new customized screen . I’m adding sales orders to the grid of the screen taken from sales orders screen line level. To select sales order lines, I use a custom smart panel as below. As highlighted above,  I need to avoid loading sales orders when the status is ‘Cancelled’ to my smart panel. On a Sales Order, I am able to set an item as mark for PO and create a drop ship PO that is linked to the SO line. Am I able to go backwards - create a drop ship PO (manually, not through the SO) and then link back to the SO?
