Has anyone seen this error before for inter-branch mapping. We’ve tried saving multiple times for the past few days but no luck: 

I need to add multiple emails to some customer records. These addresses will be accessed via the API. They will be used to alert the users (CSR team) of events that occur outside of Acumatica.Is there a built-in way to add internal (our company) email addresses? Or, do I need to add a custom field?

Hi all, I tried to use SOLine.aMProdOrdID in my customization project as below.But it shows me following error.The Type amProdOrdID does not exist in the type ‘SOLine’ But when I see SOLine table in Database, amProdOrdID column is there.How can I fix this issue? Thanks.

Hi All,I am trying to retrieve Account class value on a col set based on row set account class value.My row set is set to expand based on (code-description) but one of my customers wants this to account class next to the account code.I have tried using @startAccountgroup and @endaccountgroup. This has not worked.If any suggestions please let me know.

We are a construction edition user.  We would like to be able to display the notes saved to the project screen (CST.PM.30.10.00) when entering a PO for that project on screen (CST.PO.30.10.00). Hi,There is a way to filter things who appear in T&M Proforma.If by example we dont want to bill item ABC to the customer (and don’t want to appear on the invoice)?Could I manage this via Project/Cost budget? Billing rule? Configuration?Now I delete ABC rows manually.Thanks

I work for a large construction company, currently the thought process is to set- up all of our Revenue Budgets at the Task level only and to set-up our Cost Budgets at the Task and Cost Code level. The reason for this is to provide a high level view at the Revenue we are receiving and giving us the ability to be more specific and detailed within the Cost Budget, by adding that additional layer of identification with the Cost Code.By setting up each budget at a seperate level of detail, completely makes the WIP report unusable. The system will not recognize funds allocated to cost codes within the Cost Budget because the Revenue budget auto-assigns the default (0000)  cost code to anything labeled with just a Task. Please see the example below.Is this the way we should be thinking about both Budgets?Is their anyway to reconcile this without having both budgets at the Task and Cost Code level?Is anyone else out there running Revenue budgets and Cost Budgets at different levels of detail

I’m trying to make Dashboards to show poeple how to do their jobs. This often comes in list formats. Like the following, where every word or letter is a widget.Create        Release  A                    A  B                    B  C                   C                        D The current Dashboard formats don’t allow this, becuase you can’t have a widget (D) to the right of an empty space. I would like to have a “blank” or “spacer” widget we can add to make whitespace for user readability on dashboards. I think this would greatly enhance what is often the first screen type any user encounters when logging in.

Hi Everyone We have created a Business event to send an email on order confirmation with the SO details.Issue :The emails is triggered properly with Billingg and shipping address in the Sales order (If the Ship-To Contact and Ship-To Address is not overridden, In the email details is displaying as expected When we are doing the below Override Options I have override Ship-To Contact and Ship-To Address and updated the account name and address, in the email “Account name” and “Billing address” is not displaying I have override Ship-To Contact and updated the account name, in the email “Account name” is not displaying I have override Ship-To Address and updated the address, in the email “Account name” and “Billing address” is not displaying email displaying as below even we have dataAttaching the Business event, Template and GI.No customization Impact.

Hi Please assist , I'm attempting to set up a business event that will send out email notifications to supplier. Ive set up a generic inquiry as follows.I then set up a business event from that generic inquiry.However When i run the action on the inquiry , it says completed but doesnt trigger the event. Please assist, I don't know what I'm missing, i have attempted to troubleshoot using the following guide Troubleshooting business events | Community (acumatica.com) i still get same results.

Is there a way to configure the scenario we use for “Export AP Payment to ACH” to not use=Left(Provider.Coalesce([APPaymentList.ExtRefNbr],[APPaymentList.RefNbr]),10)But to instead use the [APInvoice.InvoiceNbr] field? There is another question about this in the community:but it has never been answered. Is there a way to join to the APInvoice table in order to bring this field into the ACH export file?

A simple task is taking too long to figure out - we purchase pre-printed labels that we apply onto each box.  We don’t sell these labels but do have them include in our BOM’s since we apply a label onto each box of finished goods.  We purchase the label on a roll of 500 labels per roll and we apply 1 label per finished goods box.My Base Unit and Sales Unit is set to Label and my Purchase Unit is set to ROL500.  I have a Units of Measure conversion set as From Unit: ROL500, To Unit: LABEL, Multiply 500.To test the conversion, I perform an Inventory Transaction Adjustment where I add 2 ROL500 (1000 labels).  The unit price of $12.50per roll appears correctly and the Ext Cost is the price times 2.  I then release and see the 2 ROL500 added at the correct cost.When I go to the Inventory Summary screen, it shows that I have a quantity of 2, but the UOM is displayed as LABEL even though I added ROL500.  I want it to show ROL500 since that’s what we purchase.  The Inventory Valuation Report s

Hey everyone, I’m coming up short despite setting up tax categories, IDs, and zones. We have a customer that’s loading historical data with line items on invoices and they want to bring in tax line items but this error keeps coming up. Am I missing something? “The CA tax cannot be applied to the document because there are no document lines whose tax category contains the CA tax.”
