We use the AP document recognition for AP Bills and it works great.

Is it also possible to use this feature for cash purchases (i.e. expenses already paid)? Or this only available for unpaid bills?

 

Hello, I believe AP document recognition currently supports creation of bills in Payables - Bills and Adjustments screen only. Please add your idea, to add an option to recognize and record paid bills after-the-fact via Quick Checks/Cash Purchases screen, to Ideas section of Acumatica Community so we may vote. Thanks,
