Get Add Items button to look at Non Stock as well as Stock items

In a Purchase Order, could the ADD ITEMS button be made to look at both Stock and Non Stock Items? Currently it only looks at Stock Items.

    Will need a customisation to to do this or suggest it for a Future product idea.
