One email address to multiple customer

Hi everyone,

 

Is there a way to sync the customer data and merge it with the existing one? It looks like it's trying to create a new customer account, but it shouldn't have to do that if the email address already exists in the database.

Is it possible to create a new account, but when it matches the email address, it just merges into the existing one instead of giving us an error?

Hello,

In CRM module Acumatica offers Duplicate Validation. If you are using Duplicate Validation, then new records can be ‘cleaned’ prior to import to avoid duplication. Below I have copied information from the Help.

Hello, how can we get the CRM module in Acumatica? I think our Acumatica don’t have this features yet.
