Non Stock Import error: Purchase unit cannot be empty

Hello all,

I have been working on importing some non-stock items but the system is triggering the following error:

The import scenario:

So here i am using the same column from my excel sheet - PACKAGING and mapping it to all the 3 fields: Base Unit, Sales Unit & Purchase Unit.

What is it that I am doing wrong here?
