Not sure what this one is about…

I tried clearing sync data for this Entity and Preparing + Processing again but the same Error occurs.

I’ve come across a similar error syncing Price Lists to BigCommerce. I would encourage you to ensure all the ‘Stock Items’ in the price list you are trying to export have a status of ‘Active’ and are already synced to your Shopify store. If just one of the Stock Items from your price list is not synced to Shopify the price list will not sync to Shopify.

For us it came down to a few issues with our Companies entity sync.

Resolving those errors and resyncing got us further along in the process.

Thanks for your help!
