This is a manual order from BC, we want to map this from the Bigcommerce who made the order. Is this possible?  

This should be simple.  I have a custom dialog with some data fields, and an OK button.  I want the OK button to perform a save of the fields as well as other processing.  I’ve tried many things, but so far, my OK button doesn’t perform my associated code.  I defined a new dialog within the page editor.  I added an action button that appears on the menu, and it opens my dialog just fine via button command delegate method and the AskExt() method of the view.  But my OK button just closes the dialog and seemingly does nothing else.  I have tried setting breakpoints after the OK is returned:if (view.AskExt("viewPanel", true) == WebDialogResult.OK){ // other code here, with a breakpoint}else{ // other code here, with a breakpoint{and no breakpoints are hit.  I also set the dialog button’s AutoCallback command to a custom method with a breakpoint.  I tried a method signature of both protected void <method>() that matches a button action delegate and a public IEnumerable <meth

Hello all,I would like to know apart from the Projects screen, where is the PROJECT segmented keys being used in Acumatica? Recently I tried to import some of the project records but some of them weren’t imported. Upon analysing, i found out that the Project ID that I had been trying to import is of 11 characters whereas under the segmented keys form it is only set to 10. Now I deleted the project records and tried to change the character length to 11, but it throws the following error:  

I have created an import scenario to create employee time activities for an excel spreadsheet.  The spreadsheet contains the employee ID, the from and until weeks for the header (this is contained on each line, so the detail knows which employee and week the record should be created under) and then the date, project, project task, labor item, hours,  and description for the activity itself.  When trying to import multiple records, it only creates one activity and errors on the others, or it doesn’t create the activity, but doesn’t error.  If you go one by one and activate and import one line at a time it correctly creates all the activities.  What am I missing to allow all the lines to get created with one import as opposed to importing each line separately?

I have a generic inquiry that looks at all sales orders. My goal is to send an email to required receipients when a ship date changes. Here is the trigger conditions:and the fields to track: The Business Event history is empty. Ship dates are being changed.Any ideas why it is not triggering? Is it a problem with the BE or GI? 

Situation - a business has a long term loan, a mortgage loan, where the monthly payment is fixed and the split between principal and interest varies each month based on the mortgage amortization schedule. The monthly loan payments to the lender are set up to be made via PAD direct from the company bank account.I can create the first monthly mortgage payment as a journal transaction and then create a recurring transaction from the journal transaction.  Generate recurring transactions will create the monthly payment journal transactions, but only the 1st payment will be correct. The finance user will need to edit the 2nd and future journal transactions and correct the principal and interest distribution amounts manually, according to the amounts from the amortization schedule.Is there a better way to configure this?I suppose the Balanced 1st journal transaction could be exported to Excel and the future monthly payment transactions be added into the Excel sheet with the correct split betw

Hi everyone, I'm encountering an unusual issue when making an API call with the 23.202 build. I'm trying to change a sales order on hold status using the PutOnHold action, but I'm immediately receiving the following error. I'm trying to figure out the best way to sync third-party fulfillment products from a Shopify store into my Acumatica. My initial thought was to use a logic statement based on the Shopify line item vendor, and then push it into Acumatica as a generic non-stock item for that specific line on the Sales Order.However, I hit a snag because the ERP field for inventory ID isn't visible on the Entities for sales orders. I've attached a screenshot below for reference. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to make this work?  

Is it possible to select which fields are (and are not) copied when using the standard copy (clipboard) action on Sales Orders?We use UDFs to trigger a few workflows. After our recent upgrade to 23r1, the values in those UDFs are persisting, causing those copied orders and reorders to not fall into the workflow. Thanks!

We have a client who wants to import data for invoices through import scenario.  However, they would like to not have to select each resultant invoice and print.  They would rather the system print the invoices generated from the import scenario automatically.  I inserted and selected the print and email function but it does not print.  Have I inserted this in the incorrect place or what whould you suggest?If there is a way to print all invoice from a mass release that would work as well, but how is this done?Or is a better way?Thanks.

From a financial perspective, we need to split the subscription fee into 12 monthly installments to accurately capture revenue each month.I'm not sure if anyone knows whether Acumatica can support this type of subscription fee module.If not, is there an integrator that can support and integrate it into Acumatica?I hope to hear from you soon."

When I got into the template item for a product we sell and try to delete one of the matrix items that we no longer offer I am getting an error. “Referenced in multiple tables”. The trace points to a number of locations including old sales orders and GL accounts entries. Is there a way to keep the references in the tables but remove from the matrix? (we use matrix to push to a number of ecommerce solutions our current work around works with some and not all) 

When creating an import scenario in our expense claims, 3 out of 27 employees are not being recognized and it is saying, “Error: ‘Claimed By’ cannot be found in the system.”However, there is nothing different with these employees that we can see (2 are senior management in the same department and workgroup, but 1 is a front-line hourly employee in a category where the other 3 similar employees are fine) but we’re new enough to Acumatica that this is really confusing us. Any suggestions of what to look for?

As part of our manufacturing process we outsource components or services that we cant establish as  individual stock items. For example, part of production might involve sending elements off to be powder coated before they are sent back to us for being assembled. We raise a PO for these services using a non-stock inventory code.I am yet to find a way to record these costs on the production order, they are expensed on receipt and unlike a true inventory item they don't backflush and cant be allocated as cost to the production order.As a result our cost of production is never 100% accurate as these service elements are never included.Has anyone found a solution to this?
