We would like to reverse physical counts entries, can it be done?
I am aware that the journal entry can be reverse but how about the items?

You cannot reverse a count. And if inventory has subsequently left your warehouse(s), you may encounter some errors around quantities and/or values so watch out for that.
You’ll need to make any inventory adjustments via the “Adjustments” screen in the Inventory workspace. If you do a journal entry you’ll end up getting your inventory GL accounts out of sync with your inventory subledger module.
On the Adjustment Info tab of the original count, locate the adjustment reference number:
Then, based on the adjustment that was previously made, copy, paste and edit as required to correct any errors in the count.
