Hello Team, We are working on the following APIs and facing the issue as data not getting updated to the screen, even though the status is Success with 200 code. Custom Endpoint created for Endpoint for Restriction Group by Subaccount (GL104030):  Requirement  is to update groups for Subaccount API to select the Group names and save by passing the Subaccount ID and the Group name via API (Postman)   Endpoint for Journal Transaction screen (GL301000):Requirement is to reverse the Journal transaction entry. We have added the action to the standard Endpoint. Same issue here as well, call is success with 204 code but transaction is reversed. We have discovered that we have duplicate IN journals being created.  So far we have found them to be on Moves, Materials, Purchase orders and Adjustments.  It isn’t every time but is a couple of times a day.  Values of the journals vary significantly.  It is across our users, so not limited to one user.The journals are identical, one auto releases and the other sits in ‘unposted’ status.Has anyone had similar happen?  

Having an issue with the Reassign process when approving AP bills.Bills are assigned using our Approval Map and occasionally a bill needs to be reassigned to someone outside the Approval Map. Our approvers need to put the bill on hold and enter the correct project task and cost code. Once they remove the hold they are no longer the assigned approver (the Approval Map assigns it back to the original approver).  Ideally the bill needs to be put on hold to edit and keep the reassigned approver – any help on how to make this work would be appreciated.

MRP and Production Orders (Scheduling Method Finish On or Start On) use a straight run time calculation to manage dates, not taking into account Crew Size for the work center.  Can Acumatica MRP and Production Orders take crew size into account?Here’s the conflict as the system works today.  In order to make MRP and Production Order dates work, you would have to add run time to the BOM equal to the straight time, and then adjust your work center Standard Cost equal to your rate x the crew size.  For example, if a BOM takes 10 hours to move through a work center, but you have a crew size of 3, really I would like to put 30 hours (man hours) of run time in that operation, and put your real standard cost rate (for one person) on the work center, say it’s $25/hr.  But to make MRP and Production Order dates work properly, currently in the system you would have to put 10 hours straight time as the run time and adjust your work center Standard Cost rate to $75 in order to account for the labo

We are in the middle of config and we are very disappointed and surprised to know that Acumatica does not print ACH remittances when payments are released. This is a core step in any payment processing. When you are paying vendors, any system prompts you to PRINT cheques or ACH remittances. This is normal “process flow” regardless of the payment method. Why couldnt ACH payment do the same (i.e. prompt us to print remittance details)??? This is very standard step/process - it is normal to print file copy of ACH remittances so they could be attached with invoices paid.Would you please share some input? Any help would be appreciated. Wouldn’t it make more sense to normalize the ACH payment process flow to include printing remittances?????? 

Is there a way to create custom statuses for change orders? I want my PM’s to know exactly what each thing means and sometimes “on hold” and “closed” don’t tell them exactly where it is in the process.   

Looking for instructions on how to map the export from Acumatica to Shopify. I want to export the URL of the order in Acumatica to Shopify. This will help users quickly open the order in Acumatica. I can map the actual order number via the standard available fields. However, that’s a static field with out the URL. I’m looking for info on how to map the URL at the beginning.

We have a client that had an error on their production orders and accidentally applied overhead to all of their outside processes. it was not realized until the production orders were completed (NOT Closed), but there are roughly 1000 production orders that were effected. They tried to do a WIP adjustment to offset the costs, but that was not effective, as it was reversed when the production order was completed. If anyone has any thoughts on how to best remove these, that would be helpful.

Are there plans to sync the carrier over to Shopify when fulfillment occurs from a drop-ship PO?The situation we’re running into is when we sync the tracking number to Shopify, Shopify is choosing the carrier. I’m not 100% sure of their logic, but sometimes it chooses the incorrect carrier. When our customer looks up the tracking in Shopify (usually via the Shop Pay app), they are confused. Ideally, we’d be given the fields in Acumatica to sync the carrier, tracking number, and url (if necessary) so it doesn’t confuse our customers.Thanks in advance!

Why does acumatica show different values for the same variable/transaction in different places/report in acumatica. It is supposed to show the same amount/value for that variable/transaction irrespective of from where it is fetched in the acumatica system. One report is showing the correct value while another shows wrong value . Is it referencing a wrong table ? Why does this happen and do I need a sql script (coding) to fix this ? The Sales Quotes screen has an option to ‘Convert To Order’. This option pops up the screen below and when you click Create And Review, the system creates a sales order based on the sales quote and uses ‘throw new PXRedirectRequiredException(docgraph, "");’ to direct the user to the sales order screen.Below is the sales orders screen, the important point is that the sales order has not been saved to the database at this point. Hi,Im trying to run tests for acumatica test sdk. I was able to make login into acumatica instance with code but code crashes when I try to open Sales Order screen with OpenScreen function. Is it possible to consolidate change orders? I had 15 change orders approved as one lump change order that needs to show up on my pay app as one - not 15.  is that possible if they are already listed in acumatica? 

Is it possible to add form-specific descriptions for custom fields added as extensions of existing DAC and custom screens? I can extend the wiki page for an existing screen but it looks like I cannot include a single wiki page as part of the customisation and captions are not linked to a specific field, they just show as part of the page help menu and no question mark is associated to  the custom field.If someone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.Thank you  

I recently had to rebuild my development laptop. I am on Windows 10, running IIS (Version 10.0.19041.1) and Sql Server Development system.When I go to install a new 2022 R2 application, I am running into issues when I go to create the new Website. (It seems to be connecting to SqlServer just fine.)It sees no web site or application pool. I get these popups: And there is no website listed in the selection box:  But there should be since it is in IIS:  So… why isn’t it seeing the Default Web Site? It is there. I can browse it:  What am I missing?  

Is there a solution how to select and upload images from the gallery in the Haufe X360 app in IOS?But if you have photo optimization and Icloud activated on your iPhone. Does the Haufe app think that this is just a .thumb file.You then only have the option of taking the photo directly via the app.

Im trying to import a range of Replenishment settings to Item Warehouse Details and I keep getting the below error with no other information. Ive tried lots of variations but cant seem to get this import to work?  

We have an invoice that is showing a Status of Balanced, and when we try to release it we receive the following error.Error: Inserting 'Applications' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. The total application amount, including the cash discount and the write-off amounts, cannot be negative. We have looked though the entire order and cannot figure out what the issue is. We have looked at other invoices that have been completed and we can not find any differences.Anyone have an idea what this error message is refering to or where we need to look to fine the problem.Thank you!

How do you un-check Pro Forma invoices on Projects? Is it possible?  

Hi, Is there any workaround to reverse a released inventory receipt document.As far as I know in Inventory Issue, we can pick Return type to reverse the document, and this field doesn’t exist in the inv. Receipt.Appreciated for your support. Regards,Him
