Hello,We have 1 user who is experiencing formatting issues when printing from ACU.  I am assuming it is PC or browser specific and am having them testing different scenarios to try to narrow this down.  I was just wondering if anyone had seen something like this?From the sales order form.  The full form looks really bad, the images below are just snippets to demonstrate the differences being seen.Bad user:Everyone else sees the image below: 

I have to say there is a lot to be done to sales quote in terms of adding freight. Additional shipping information that is added recently is appreciated but still not enough, it doesn’t have the ability to just add freight price and premium freight price. I can’t see either the amount of freight calculated after specifying ship via, zone, etc anywhere in the screen/form. We ended up using a non-stock to charge freight manually.Is there any enhancement planned around this? If there is, in what version?

We have an entity that is not using Acumatica. When we sell product to this entity we sell it at our cost (Unit Price). Currently when we create a new Sales Order for this entity we have to manually update the Unit Price for every line on the sales order. These sales orders usually has a large number of lines, which adds significant time to the process.Also we are using Average Costing so the Unit Cost can change when a new PO is received. This means adding special pricing for this entity in the Sales Price form is not realistic.Is there a way based on the Sales Order Customer to pull the Unit Cost into the Unit Price field?Thank you!

Hello all,I had been wandering if it is possible to import the Actual Amount → Revenue Budgets in the Projects screen. Since by default the system doesn’t allow us to enter the amounts manually. So how can we import the Actual amounts?Kindly share your suggestions.Thanks in advance.

We are having an issue with the online sales orders. In our specific case, our Main warehouse is “01” and our Online warehouse is “10”. In Acumatica, all inventory items have “01” as the Default Warehouse. In the BC Connector we are syncing data only from warehouse “10” (Warehouse Mode: Specific – “10”). .  All incoming BC orders are defaulting to the Default Warehouse and not the Specific Warehouse in the connector.  We must manually change the warehouse from “01” to “10” on all online orders. High demand products are oversold because Acumatica is not “subtracting” inventory from the correct warehouse.We need to somehow “force” all incoming BC orders to pull inventory from warehouse “10”.Anybody knows how could this been done with configuration? 

When you create a new materials transaction within the Materials screen, you enter the production order and the operation.  When you get to the Inventory ID field, it allows you to select any inventory ID.  This is likely by design.  However, is there anyway to limit the Inventory ID selection to only materials already defined on the production order?

 Automation Schedules are not working for Emails Pending Processing Screen. I created a new one (Send Email (Calgary)) but it doesn’t work also. I have read some post here in the community that INITIALIZE SCHEDULER should be click. However, it is disabled on our end.  Need your inputs as I am doing the release of outgoing emails manually for now. We have also created a Acumatica support ticket but still no response receive. Thank you!

We are currently in version 2022 R2. Tax Category, Taxes Zone, and Taxes have all been set up.  We implemented in a Canadian branch, which is why we are adding a GST tax. However, the tax is not generating on POs and APs.  I have found a post, but our situation is the opposite. @Laura02  helped me out a lot to check and she was unable to get tax to appear on a PO in 2022 R2, which is the same version we are using at the moment. Purchase orders getting issued with tax - despite vendor being Tax Exempt Could this be a version issue? The PO and Bills and Adjustments are not generating a tax? Is there anyone else experiencing the same problem.

Hi Everyone,I am trying to run a recurring transaction batch in AR but I am experiencing an error. I have it set to run on the 27th day of each month (today) but it will not run until the 29th. Notice “GL Error: The next generation date for this task is greater than the current business date.” I realize I could change the business date to the 29th but I would like all the invoices to date on the 27th. Is there something I am doing wrong here?  Thanks

Does anybody know how to update an existing time activity using business event/import scenario? I am trying to update time activities with the correct project task and cost code combination when techs enter time incorrectly. It’s like an “auto-correct” feature…. The GI I have brings in the incorrect time entries, the business event triggers on record insertion, and the import scenario is supposed to replace the project task and cost code with the correct coding. The two challenges I see are:Perhaps I need to place the activity on “hold” first so the project task and cost code are editable fields. You can see in the import scenario that I tried placing on hold, saving, then editing the fields and saving again. How do I link the records in the GI with the proper time activity? I’m trying to do this using the RefNoteID. It seems as if that’s the only way to link them so the correct entry is updated through the import scenario.   The XML of the GI and import scenario are both attached. I a

Acumatica is creating a zero adjustment transaction for for cycle counts with no lines adjusted for inaccuracy.  How can I eliminate this adjustment from occurring?

Looking at working on integrations with our shipping broker, and we are investigating how to pass along dimensions for items we ship through them regularly.  I know where is box dimensions that can be captured, but I believe those only come into play during a shipment.  We are trying to store these at the stock item, so that when we create a new stock item that we want our broker’s system to know about, that data is readily available to pull.Does anyone have any best practices?  We are currently looking at either adding the information as attributes, or adding customs fields to the packaging tab on the stock item record.

What are people’s favorite methods to organize test cases? Is there any Acumatica-specific way to organize test cases?I would like to ensure users fully test new reports, processes, or preference settings before going live with changes.Do you use a Word doc or Excel sheet? Is there a software system that works well?

Does anyone know if there is an equivalent function in the report designer to the @Me function in generic inquiries?  I need to restrict salespeople/ users so they only see their sales information.   thanks !

I am trying to make some changes to the TimeCardMaint screen. My goal is to join and load both the PMTimeActivity and CRActivity in one projection while being able to persist both.However when I hit save PMTimeActivity is persisted while CRActivity is not, I get no errors so I am confused as what to do next.
