Good morning Team,   I have taken up the opportunity to build an SOP within my CO. for Requisition. I have a Requisition flow chart but i am having some trouble with some instruction. I come from an SAP background and this Acumatica process is quite different.   Our CO. builds projects and spread sheets ‘Build Plans’ with material different quantities, vendors, costing accounts, etcetera…  would this be a single requisition or would this be an individual requisition per vendor, per project costing accounts?  It is important for us to have the following information from requestors. But i see when generating Requisitions these are not a mandatory ASK*ID (Part number)QTY.Vendor COST code PROJECT Task SUB Account  thnk you.

Hello to all.  I have created a PM report that lists all my projects as the first column and then revenue by month.  The report does exactly what I intended which is to show all my project revenue by month for the whole company but I now need to see project revenue within a branch.   I was hoping that in the report definitions / default data source settings - I would be able to request the branch.  I do not have the option.  Any ideas how I can get this?

Hello, I have created a Push Notification Webhook, to update external application when a Production Order is released. I had this working at one point, but now its not. I am using webhookinbox right now to test the webhook transmission. I am not getting anything to the inbox, so I looked inside the Acumatica system monitor, and I see the Push Notification was attempted, and the notification is as expected, but I keep getting a ‘webhook returns not success code: internal server error’. Not too sure where to go from here seems everything is working properly but it isn’t receiving a response from the server. Client has a customer that has a 5% discount code on all orders. When a sales order is created the discount is applied and is under the discount details tab, which is automatically taken of the sales order amount However, in a situation where the customer is returning stock and a return for credit sales order is created the RC sales order does not include the discount amount in the credit, so the original sales order amount is displayed in the RC sales order: Is there a way for the discount to pull through on a credit memo or RC sales order if discount has been applied with a discount code and not on the line item itself?

Currently in our Acumatica instance we have two screens that are in the hidden folder:1. Sales Price Worksheet2. Sales PricesThey are accessible through URL/Screen ID.However, we want to move them to the ‘Sales Order’ menu.Is this possible? Only resources I could find were on how to move something TO the hidden folder.Thanks!

We currently operate a cutting location where aluminum bars are cut into different pieces. Community,Question on adding an additional hyperlink on this report.  There is currently a hyperlink that takes a click action to the customer information.  I have a manager that would like to have it set up when they click the “Past Due” numbers to take them to the invoices that are open.  How would I set up an additional hyperlink on this report.  This is in the Report writer.   This is the report.  The highlighted in yellow are the columns they want to click on and open up into the invoice. Thank you in advance for pointers.Trisha

Some custom field already update to database already with last customize and I just add one custom field to other customize and publish. but it go to omit one or two in other table.  

I am unable to see dashboard widgets for a particular role, which seems to be locked. How can I resolve this issue? Are there any access rights that need to be given?  

Wondering if anyone else encountered the error “Data is absent” during the Sales Order Line upload function? 2022R2The client provided an excel workbook, and I added an upload tab as the first tab in the workbook for the upload data.If I copy that upload data to an empty new workbook, it will upload, so I know my data is clean.What settings on the excel workbook might be causing this error?  I have verified that the sheet and workbook is not protected. What else could it be?  Any idea would be appreciated.  We have not seen this error before. 

I’m working on UI tests using Acumatica’s Test SDK which wraps around selenium. There are a number of things that I would like to do which the Test SDK does not seem to provide functionality for. My question is, can I use vanilla Selenium alongside the Test SDK and if so how? Specifically I’m wondering how/if I could go about connecting to the same WebDriver(which to my understanding is how Selenium sends commands to the browser). When I try creating a new WebDriver and using that it ends up creating a new browser window which is not what I’m wanting. Other info Browser : ChromeOS : Windows 10Acumatica Version : 23r2 Here is the sample code I used to create a new WebDriver but like I said it opens in a new window not the window that is already open. var driver = new ChromeDriver("C:\\Projects\\TestSDK_23_105_0016_17\\Chrome"); 

I am trying to filter the results of a report based on the below filters However, it is calculated field in the table as shown below:  I am using the same formula on the filters tab like below:    However, on the report - it does not list the items that are aged between 45 and 90 days ONLY. Can you please advise what I am missing here? thank you@lauraj46, @Robert Sternberg - any ideas? thank you!

We have a report that has text box with nothing but information on where to call, or order items online. The text box reads: Questions? Call 123-456-7890 | (yes that is a pipe symbol included) Order Online at www.company.com. For some reason it is throwing an error. I have tried using single and double quotes in various places but still no joy.

I need to create 2 user roles and assign permissions to it for:1. Sales Price Worksheet: AR2020102. Sales Prices: AR2020003. Customer Price Classes: AR208000One is a view-only role, the other will be insert/delete.When I go to Access Rights by Role, there is no option (+) to create a new role. And without a role I can’t add permissions (View/Insert) to a group.None of the existing roles with access will work, as this is for a new group (Sales team) to have access and the groups are financial roles mostly.Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
