Using the AP Doc recognition feature, will the system detect whether the document being imported and recognized is a quote rather than an invoice?

I don’t think it can distinguish between the two types of documents.  You would need to review in the Incoming Documents screen to delete the quotes so they dont come in as invoices.

This would be a great product idea to enter on the Acumatica Product Ideas page.
