The inquiry captures Number of Useful Operations.  What tasks are considered useful by Acumatica’s business logic?

Useful operations are calculated based on the number of needed operations.  The system has an idea already of the # of scans needed to accomplish the pick, for example.  

In the latest release 24R1, we have further enhanced this inquiry.  For example, the system will track the # of actual operations now too.  So you can compare the # of operations the picker actually took vs the benchmark (#of useful operations)  To find out more about the latest improvements, please see the Release Notes:
