I would like to know if it i possible to import the file attachments whether line level or doc level? or are there any references to customizations?

It looks like there is an ISV - add-on product that will help you import attachments via an API; details can be found in this previous post:
Ed Goodman of Acumatica confirmed on the above post 4 months ago that Acumatica has no feature to import attachments.
Your idea has been added to the Ideas section of Acumatica Community. Please vote for your idea using the link below! More votes means it’s more likely Acumatica will add a new feature to import attachments in the future.
