HiFor an example if we purchase the same product (say a book with price tagged) in two different times with two selling prices.Product 1 | Purchased 5 books on January 01 | Tagged Selling Pirce 100Product 1 | Purchased 10 books on April 01 | Tagged Selling Pirce 120When entering a Sales Order how can we the select price of the book (either 100 or 120)?If we are using FIFO to issue the goods, is there a way to allocate the stock automatically when selling 8 books in the above example.Selling 8 books , 5 @100 and 3 @120

From where can i add the SubItem id ? Can anyone help in that because i am getting an error while creating an Purchase Order that SubItem Id cannot be empty . So from where do i need to add this subitem id or is it there defined in the vendors tab or some other tab ?

I am trying to print pick list without seeing the preview screen.  The warehouse will be printing multiple pick tickets at a time and do not need or want to see the preview.I have the pick ticket printer setup with Device Hub.  I have set it as the default printer.  When I use Process Shipments to print the pick list the print goes directly to the printer but it also shows the print preview screen.  Is there a setting or a parm I have to pass to bypass the preview screen? Print Preview: Running V2022R1

Hello,I am trying to figure out how to handle a rejection in the Approval map process where it would send an email back to the AP processor notifying them of this rejection.  Also, the AP processor could be one of two people (email addresses). Is it possible to control whom the rejection email gets sent to as well?  Mike

Our salespersons manage customers at the customer account level. However, in Acumatica salespersons are assigned to customers at the customer location level.One area where this is becoming an issue for us is ecommerce, specifically Shopify. All of our customers are assigned to a salesperson to manage their accounts, including ecommerce customers. However, if a salesperson is assigned at an ecommerce customer’s default location, and then the customer creates a new location in their Shopify account, that new location syncs over to Acumatica without a salesperson assigned. This means the salesperson assigned to the customer’s account is not credited and does not receive commission on that order (when they should).Does anyone know if it is possible to set a default salesperson to the customer account so that this salesperson is automatically assigned to any future locations created under that customer account?

We are testing and hoping to implement the canadian payroll.  So far it is working ok, but we have a situation where we will need to start charging payroll taxes on the distances travelled when the next union agreement is implemented.  we didn’t have to do this before because the amount charged per km was under the limit specified.  The new amount is above that threshold and therefore need to charge the taxes on the amount over the threshold.  How do we go about doing this as we can’t add km on the timecard? whatever process it is to do this, we would have to do it to about 20-30 employees a week.

Hi,In the case of progressive billingfor our intercompany, I would have liked to be able to set the sales account setting from “customer", but I do not have this option. I have this option that I use without problems with T&M. Is there a trick to accomplishing this? (Ex: additional step of billing rule, or other).THANKS!

We would like to add a row style to a Generic Inquiry where if the SOOrder.OrderDate within 3 days of shipping AND SOShipment.ShipDate <= 3 days from the SOOrderDate show the row as ‘green40’ else show as ‘red40’. Unfortunately using Is Between can’t be used for the row style.

I am using SWITCH in a Generic Inquiry but the column comes up without any values. My formula is as follows: =SWITCH(([SOInvoice.DocType] = 'Credit Memo'), 'C',([SOInvoice.DocType] = 'Invoice'), 'O')So what I am attempting to do is if the DocType = ‘Credit Memo’, change the field to a ‘C’ and if it is an ‘Invoice’ change to an ‘O’.
