HI Team,There is any setting that we can lock the field Notes and File on Sales Orders after that SO is completed?

We would like to be able to see who is adding, changing and deleting Line and Header Notes to Sales Orders, Purchase Order, Stock Items, etc…We would also like to be able to see who is adding and deleting Files attached to Sales Orders, Purchase Order, Stock Items, etc…

How to enable subitem in module inventory in acumatica version 2023R2

Hi,I'm seeking assistance with an issue regarding duplicate lines generated in the packing slip report. The problem arises when linking the ARTran table to the SOOrderShipment table.I have attached the packing slip report for reference. Hi There,Does anyone know if there is a setting that just trigger the system to apply the taxes on partially shipped items?  We have orders on AR accounts, and there are scenarios where we only partially ship the items and the rest will be back order, but sometimes customers will cancel the back-order items.  However, the system will apply the taxes amount for the whole order when invoicing.  Hopefully, there is a way to set so that the invoice only includes tax amount for those shipped items.  We are using 2023 R2 version.  Thanks...

What is the best way for immediate notifications? We need to instantly noitify multiple folks (AR, Sales Rep, our Owner) when a Customer placing an order is on Credit Hold so we can get immediate approval to process the order (it is usually for will call today or next day delivery). Thank you. 

Hello Dear community, We have found our WO order type is required to print invoice or email invoice before we can release the order at the end of the sales order invoicing process. These are not invoices we want to email to the customer, can we make them always print invoice on paper or not email or print invoice but will allow us to release in the sales order invoice process I was wondering what options are available  so we can process WO sales order types, just not email invoices to customers? Thanks in advance for any help.  If we mark these 2 options, will this do the trick?  

Hello everyone,Trying to figure out which Access Right by Screen setting will allow a user to add (the plus sign on Details) rows to any of the other modules besides GL.  It’s greyed out for all of them except GL. 

I have been trying to learn and get this to work, but I haven’t had any luck. I am trying to add the AddressLine1 field to the location selector on the opportunities screen. I have done some digging and have come across this, but all it spit out was the LocationID and Description with bad looking column headings, the same as what happened here. I tried his fix of moving it to a visual studio project and that didn’t work for me either, I had the same outcome. I also tried using this method, changing from contact to address. It seems to work (I can see the AddressLine1), but I can see every single one in the system, not just the ones related to the BAccount I have selected on the opportunity. If someone could give me a hand, that would be great, I’m still new to coding. I’m new to 1099 reporting in Acumatica. I processed a payment, which shows on 1099 Vendor History report (screenshot 1), but the 1099-NEC (also MISC) just shows me a white page. The 1099 box is checked for the Company. Is there something else I need to do?   

I’ve been getting this error because there seems to be some conflict with the City and Zip code.  This is what the customer has and what we ship to when we have to go into Fedex ship manager and do this manually.  Googling the towns zip it is off a number and this does say its another town.  Either way this is the correct address, is there a way to bypass this error?  

Hello,I created a new user and expected the home page to be the usual Acumatica page with links to university etc.Instead I get this: I did not set anything for this new user and really need the old standard default page. 

We drop-ship countertops (inventory ID is SOLID SURFACE) to the end customer. We have the SKU set up so it defaults to Mark for PO = TRUE with type drop ship. This works when adding directly to the Sales Order. However, all our orders begin as Opportunities and are subsequently converted to Sales Orders. I have just noticed when adding SOLID SURFACE to an Opportunity, this default Mark for PO button does not get clicked. Once it is converted from Opportunity to Sales Order, the Mark for PO button is not clicked. This results in Purchasing not being flagged to send a PO for this item. Is this a feature or a bug? Why do the defaults not apply to the Opportunity? Anyway to get around this?    

   I have extend stock item screen in my customization, I have added two new tabs....now I have  convert it to modern ui by convert to modern ui built in convertor.Once Screen converted modern UI ...I have not seen my customized changes. newly added tabs are not showing.

We are looking for a checklist of items to prepare our Big Commerce sandbox for testing when we upgrade Acumatica.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi,If we create a shipment with a future date, so it can be picked and staged, there is nothing preventing or warning a user from completing the shipment early.Is this correct?Basically, we want the shipment to ship only on its shipment date.We use Pick, Pack, and Ship.I have looked here in the forums and in the documentation but unable to find a solution. Thanks in advance.

                We are trying to restore some data from our snapshot going back to October 2023.We have built a local site (2022R20 in trial mode and started to import a snapshot.While the snapshot was being imported, I got the below displayed error.Any idea what might cause this problem?

It seems it is some kind of Acumatica configuration, but I can’t find it.What I have:Enabled change orders on Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) screen On Projects Preferences PM101000 enabled Internal Cost Commitment Tracking I tryed to change visibility for add button by customization project.  Button is appiaring on th screen but it is disabled all time It seems it is some kind of Acumatica configuration, I see in the videos it is enabled, but can’t find how I can do it.

Hey Guys,I need a little help, i have a back order report im pretty sure i found on here. ive made some changes, but i’d really like to show the expected dates for the items. Im having trouble relating tables todo so. Is it as simple as adding PO.POrder to the table then adding a relation? the relations confuse me.  

I’ve had this issue for exactly a month now. Items randomly fall into this error status of “The record cannot be synced because it does not exist in the external system”. All of these also have the characteristic of being a Status = Deleted. The item itself isn’t deleted but the Sync History record is. See this video which shows that when I try to update the status and sync the item, it automatically falls back into the status of Deleted: We’ve been manually updating our inventory in Shopify, among other manual updates due to bugs. It’s very labor intensive and we’re going into our busy season. We migrated to Acumatica due to the integration with Shopify, but it’s not working out so great. Please help!    

how do i create an import scenario for Default Issue From and Default Receipt To fields? We are trying to add these fields to our 5200 inventory items.

We just had our first year end on March 31/23.  The starting balance does not match my YE amount, even after allowing for;At year end, the ending balance in Retained Earnings + the ending balance in YTD Net Income = beginning balance for Retained Earnings for the next year.The new FY is overstated by a significant amount.Has anyone experienced this ?
