Hi All,

Is it possible to add a new Customer Status, to this drop down called “Legal” that behaves the same way as the “Inactive” status throughout the system? If so, how do I do it

Hi @driesdeklerk50 ,

Yes, you can add new customer status as below.

  1. Open the Customization Project and click on the Screens (Left side menu)
  2. Click on the Existing screen and add the Customers screen.
  3. Expand the AR303000 screen left side menu and click on the Fields
  4. Right Side, click on the + icon and add the Customer Status field
  5. once the field is added, click on the COMBO BOX VALUES and add the custom status as Legal.

By using above above steps , you can add new customer status to dropdown. to make it work as an InActive status , you may need to extend workflow and add Legal customer status to the every workflow stage as assigned to the Inactive status.

Does anyone know how to make it display in the GI and Drop-down Value?
I added this additional status to my existing state, but it shows as empty when I changed it to the new status.
