Hello, Would anyone have a clue to why Acumatica (Symmetry Tax Engine) Taxes are not capping? I cant find a way to adjust any setting to correct this. In Washington, Employer Admin fund is 0.03% of gross wages with an assessable wage cap of $62500, making a contribution cap of $18.75. Acumatica is not taking this into consideration and continues to withhold after the $18.75 is reached. This is happening for the SUI too. I have checked the Tax Maintenance and the cap is configured correctly. We made sure that the payroll employee payroll settings have not been overridden for the specific individual.  The above amount of 0.94 cent should be 0.70 to take the accrued 18.05 into consideration.   Any help, thoughts, insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I want to set up a rule that when a user has logged into Acumatica and remains idle the system must lock them out after a specific period. For instance if an user has logged on and remains inactive for 2 minutes, is this possible?

Does anyone know what the value is for the session timeout in the web.config file for SaaS instances?I have a customer that is asking (and very frustrated with being kicked out frequently).

A client wants to print the AR Invoice and Copy of the Invoice at one push of the print button.To achieve this I added a sub-report which AR Invoice form AR641000, on the report footer. The sub-report is the Copy Tax Invoice, both forms are supposed to print in A4 format. Page 1 (Original invoice prints well) but Page 2 (Copy Tax Invoice) prints all details but stuffs it in half the page. The sub-totals from the group footer are pushed up right close to the lines? Has anyone come across this? I have even increased the size of the sub-report but nothing works

On the RowSelected Event, I am checking parameters and displaying a popup. The popup is working, but it displays the popup an endless number of times. Is there any way to force the User Customer’s Account box to be checked, by default, when the Ship Via selected is related to the Carrier where the customer has an account setup?  

So normally when you want to require a field that’s a fairly simple task. But what can you do when you want to require a record to exist in a detail grid? For example, on the Customer maintenance page there is a SalesPersons tab. I want to make sure at least one record is in that grid before allowing the customer to save. Is that an easy task? I didn’t see anything in the grid properties that would make sense and figure it will likely have to be done with a graph extension, but not sure how to go about it. For example, there is no salesperson record saved here so saving the customer should result in an error: Thanks for any recommendations or tips!

Good day. Is it possible to do customer journal from one customer in branch A to a customer in branch B like we do with journal transactions? So far all i can see is that you will have to do 2 separate transactions.I have tried to document the issue in the attached file, hope it’s clear.Thanks!

I have a report that I created a couple months ago that I need to make some changes to. When I click on Edit Report, I get the normal Report Designer pop-up to login. However, as soon as I login I get the error message that the report does not exist. The report runs, so I know it’s there. I just can’t figure out why I’m not able to open it in Report Designer. I haven’t had any issues with opening other reports, so it’s something with this one specifically. Has anyone else run into this or have any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi! is it possible to always set certain items to dropship on the sales order line? I’m aware you can flag Mark for PO and select dropship but we have certain items that are always dropship.

Where can I modify / add “Opporunity Stages”?

We have a production ticket report for production of canned beverages.There are 50+ product specifications. These are 1 page documents/images. Is there a good way to display a specific product spec that is pulled from the inventory ID stock item description and matched with the 1 page image?The only way I can think to do this is have 50+ sections with visibleExpr that would each display the image only if the statement below was true:=iif([InventoryItem.ItemClassID_description] = 'BERRY LEMONADE', 'TRUE', This would require a lot of work to set up and maintain 50+ image files.If these product specs were to change every month or so, what would be the best way to update or set up these reports? Would a database setup allow for the image files to change without having to change anything in the report?
