Client wants to know if they do something like remodel a building can they extend the useful life of that building asset?  The Useful Life is grayed out.  Wondering how one might go about changing the life (extending the life) of a fixed asset.  

In acumatica project screen(PM301000) i have add two custome fields. those are UsrOnBudget and UsrCompletedPrec. i need to develop when i check UsrOnBudget check box get PMRevenueBudget.CuryAmount and divide by PMCostBudget.CuryAmount And that value show on UsrCompletedPrec field. Those To Customized Field locate in CT.ContractExt. How can I achieve it?

I am currently trying to configure an ACH file that my customer uses for payroll, and I am not sure how to have the transaction type change as needed. Currently, the code is 22, but if a check is $0, it needs to change to a 23 to indicate that it is a pre-note. I cant seem to find anything for this in the .txt file or the export scenario - what is the best way to go about this?

 Hey Acumatica Community,I'm looking for a way to customize the app theme so that only the color of the left menu is black, and the text and logos are white, but I'm not sure how to do it. Could anyone help me with this?  Please see the attached picture where I've highlighted the left bar in green. I want to change this section to black with white text. However, I'm unsure how to modify just this section without altering the background colors of other sections.Greetings

Hey all,Currently using Acumatica Shopify App via the Shopify App Store. I’m guessing this error has to do with the permission configured there but we can’t manage those as far as I can see. My best guess for a workaround is to create a Custom App for Acumatica connector and assign the permissions there. Anyone else run into this?  

Hey Folks,Couldn’t find much on this, so wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts:In template item creation, under the “matrix item” tab, it is picking up the “last cost” and it seems to push this to Shopify as the product cost even though the item has a ‘current’ cost defined under the Stock Item: These particular items have a “Current Cost” but not a “Last Cost”:  Do we happen to know why the Shopify Connector uses the Last Cost and not Current?  Are we supposed to be updating the cost to “last cost” routinely?Cheers,k2

Hi, We want to send a push notification to a particular person in the related workgroup when a user releases a purchase order. We have created a generic inquiry ‘PO Approval’ to show all the pending approvals, which will create a record when a user releases a purchase order.then we have created a business event which will trigger when the ‘PO Approval’ inserts a new record. this event has a Mobile Push Notification subscriber. but in the Mobile Notification screen, I can only select Created by and Last Modified Users as the ones who receive the notification. even if I manage to trigger a business event on the Purchase Order Screen, I can only choose Created By and Last Modified users. What is the best way to send a mobile notification to the people in the workgroup for that purchase order?Thank you.  Best Regards,r.manathungage@e-analytics.com

I’m trying to add a new DAC to the global search.  The dac is part of an an ISV product.I have customized the DAC with the following code, which seems to partially work, but it’s not displaying properly in the search results. After I run the rebuild Full Text process for this entity, I can see the data appears to look correct in the SearchIndex table, but it shows blank data in the Acumatica search results. Hello Everyone,I am working with the Mobile App “Pick, Pack, and Ship” mode. I am not able to confirm incomplete shipments, for example if 12 units are ordered on the transfer order and only 10 units are picked, the app will not allow me to confirm the shipment. Is there a way around this on the mobile app?Thanks

We have a customer with the Self-Service Portal. They allow their customers to enter support cases and communicate with them through it.However, customers do not have rights to use the ADD COMMENTS action: In the portal, I used the Access Rights link under the Tools dropdown and changed the Add Comments access here for the Portal User role: However, that didn’t allow customers to enter comments.Where else might this functionality be controlled?Thanks!

How can I validate the tenant change to show a message, which class should I overwrite, because I have reviewed the login.cs since I thought it would check the logs and roles the same way, but it does not enter that way.

Can I change the setting on the clipboard copy function, When I copy a SO it will copy everything and I don’t want the notes or date to copy over.

I am working on a box label when I noticed something odd and can’t seem to figure it out. Within our database our shipment packages might have many lines.   However, when I go to pull that field =[SOPackageDetail.LineNbr] on the Box Label I only get 1 line showing everytime. However, you can see the details below pull different information, specifically the weight. I am joining two tables SOShipment and SOPackageDetail. For whatever reason I can get the weight to pull correctly, and even the BoxID if I try. But the LineNbr always shows one.

Hi - I have noticed there is not Shop for Rates button on the CRM Sales Quote screen. Is the shipping carrier integration available in the CRM Sales Quotes? We are using Easy Post. 

Hi! Is there a way to automatically release AP check payments as soon as the check is printed? The goal is to prevent fraud. My client is concerned anyone can just reprint checks because Acumatica gives you this ability on the Release Payments screen. I’m wondering if there is dedicated functionality for this. I’m aware you can use access rights and business events but I just wanted to double check.
