hi everyone,Is there an inbuilt report in acumatica where I could see all these information? Cost to date, Forecast Cost to completion (FCC), Final Forecast Cost (FFC), Final Forecast Revenue (FFR), Final Forecast Margin, and Monthly marginIf not, what is the closest possible report that I could find that would have most of these information?Appreciate your help.Thanks!

Hi,I am trying to change an existing Company in the system from Without Branches to With Branches Not Requiring Balancing, but I get the error shown below whenever I try saving.Is there another screen I need to be looking at or updating to ensure this existing Company can be changed?Let me know if I can provide any further information.Kind regards,Andrew 

Created a new Export of GI following method in I100 training.In both training version and version in Live get error on Action Export on the Exort by Scenario - Illegal characters in path.Seems like there is path to save the export but not sure where that is defined

Hello all,I have a scenario to implement in the Project Accounting part for allocation:We us GL WIP A/c to hold unbilled AR. Then when an AR Invoice gets generated, this WIP A/c should be nullified. So, its like, we want to recognize revenue when the work is being done, not when the bill is prepared.Eg: if User A works 50 hours on job A.  And his billing rate/hour is $300.  Then the following calculation should be:                                           DR         CRWIP GL Asset Account    $15,000Revenue                                          $15,000Then when the Project Invoice gets billed this allocation would be reversed automatically.                                                          DR         CRWIP GL Asset Account                                 15,000Revenue                                          15,000 How can i get this scenario implemented in Project Accounting?Thanks in advance.

I’m attempting to create a Generic Inquiry based on the INLotSerialStatus DAC.However, it only shows me some of the records that are present in the database.If I use the DAC schema browser and look at the DAC source data, I see about 2,100 fewer records than what are in the database table. I’ve compared a number of db records and have been unable to find a commonality between records that don’t show in the DAC.Is this a bug, or is there logic that filters INLotSerialStatus records and is intended to hide them from the DAC based on certain criteria?As far as I can tell, all the records that don’t show in the DAC, are records that have production orders that haven't been completed yet. However, there are plenty of records for items that are in various stages of production, that do show in the DAC.

Can subaccounts be turned on in the Enable/Disable screen after GL transactions have been released/posted?

Hi All, This is my first customization in acumatica. I am an absolute beginner to this. My requirement is as below:I need to update the default scan qty from 1 to 0 in pick pack ship and other similar forms( both web and mobile app). Currently its getting populated with 1 as default value. Please help me on this, how to do this and where to start with.  If this was a customization in base code, it would be easy to do so, by grabbing the development branch and setting a debugger to find out the flow. Since this has quite a different approach whichis new to me, so getting hard time to figure out.Any reference to the or something similar are really appreciated.

 I have a custom screen in Acumatica ERP 2022 R1, where I am importing excel. That excel has Specialized Test results. In that excel I have two columns StartTime and EndTime. These column are supposed to carry time values and in format HH:mm:ss. Now in my DAC the start time and endtime has been defined as int. Hi all,We’re getting to the point of closing out the financial periods after they’re reconciled so no changes can be made to them after the fact, but we’re not there yet.  Having that said, every month I reconcile the bank accounts and release the reconciled statements.  I’ve been doing this for many months now with no issue.  This month I am off (my bank balance in trial GL balance is off).  I back-tracked a few months and found a discrepancy started 2 months back and prior to that. My question is, how can I easily identify any changes to transactions after they’ve already been released in the reconciliation statement?  Likewise, how do I easily identify any “new” transactions posted to the account for that financial period after it has already been reconciled for the month? Is there any easy way to view unreconciled transactions to a specific cash account?  Or ones that were once reconciled and now say are deleted? To summarize:Issue: Somewhere along the way changes were made to prio

Hi All.  I need to automate the “Clone” process on the Appointments screen.We have added a custom field to the Appointment screen which identifies why an appointment an appointment may not have been successfully completed.  When the appointment status is changed to “Completed” and the custom field is set to a specific value, the appointment needs to be cloned and scheduled for the next day.I would have liked to have used a Business Event with either an “Action Execution” or an “Import Scenario”.  The problem I have is that the “Clone” action opens a new screen (FS.50.02.01) which requires entering the new scheduled date and executing the “Process” action.As far as I have been able to determine, “Action Executions” and “Import Scenarios” cannot deal with being directed to a second screen after an action directs them there.  I am looking for confirmation on of this, or wondering if anyone has found any tricks for dealing with this.If not, looks like I’ll need to do a customization.Thanks

Hi All,I wonder if anybody is having the same issue.  two copies of email sent out:we use the standard out of box notification templates InvoiceNotification (screen name: invoice, screen id: so303000) to send email to customers through “Print Invoices and Memos”(AR508000) manually.  Customers receive two copies of the same email back to back.  I check the activities on the customer record and all emails, Both places show only one copy sent out.   Anybody seen something like this?  any ideas where to go to fix it?  we are on 2022R1 build 22.118.0022appreciate any help/ideas.  Thanks.

I just discovered that in a Multi branch company “without balancing configuration” that the TB import feature does not provide the Branch as a column in the mapping so that the P&L can be imported by the appropriate Branch, GL Account, and Subaccount. This TB feature assumes that all branches will balance when imported individually when it will not balance. The sum of all Branches Trial Balances being imported for Balance Sheet and P&L will balance but not a given branch. How do I import TB for this multi branch not requiring balancing scenario?

I am trying to reverse an adjustment that was released with the wrong date, but am getting the following error.  I already have ‘Allow Negative Quantity’ selected on the Item Class screen.  Is there any way to get around this error?    

Using 2024R1 SaaS, we’ve set the user inactivity timeout to 3hrs in User Security>Security Preferences.  Users are experiencing timeouts of less than an hour.  Are there browser settings that also need to be changed?

How do I create an Import Scenario to add the customer's Credit Limit to their Financial Credit Verification Rules from a spreadsheet file?

Is there a way to “filter” out alphanumeric characters from an INT field? Somehow, our Parent.BAccountID field has aat least four customer numbers, such as AAMISC, C000001, INTMISC, and KCTEST which, when I do a GI linking Parent accounts with Child accounts it continually throws an error message:I’ve tried filtering out the “bad” customer numbers in various ways without any success. For example and I am only using two of the four for now:Any help, if it is possible, would be appreciated. I suspect that these were imported into the system because I didn’t think it was possible to do this as a manual entry.

Hello,I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a report that has GL activity for the month of April at the transaction level for the purpose of splitting the activity into two sections 4/1-4/25 and 4/26-4/30?It would most likely be trying to open up the Account Details Inquiry to allow for more than one GL account. Open to any other ideas  might have to get that data.Thanks.
