I’m making a lot class change for a bunch of items and last area I need the clean up to allow it seems to be partially completed production orders.

Any suggestions on the best way to handle these so I can get them in a state I can change the lot class of the finished good?

Or are my 2 options complete or cancel if they still can be?  If so any tips on prep work to recreate the same status and links to POs.

I would think you would want to back everything out by doing negative quantity moves/labor/material and then canceling the Production Orders.

When creating the new Production Orders you’d need to recreate all the transactions.

You might be able to close them and then create journal transactions to back out the cost - if you haven’t issued material.

Just a few thoughts - perhaps others will have better ideas.

Depending on what your availability calculations are, maybe you could put the production orders on hold and then remove this from the availability calculations? Not sure if that would work, but its a thought.
