Hi All, 

We recently upgraded to 2022r1 version. In the incoming email GI CO4090PL, we can see the Owner field being set dynamically to the Owner of the respective Workgroup. Is there any setting that controls this dynamic allocation? We don’t want the dynamic allocation to happen.

Have you checked the System Email Account ‘Assignment Settings’?

 


Yes the default owner is set to null.

 


I think that if you uncheck the owner on the workgroup so that none are assigned it will not assign an owner to the case. That’s what the owner checkbox on that company tree section does, is define which of the group should always be assigned specifically as the owner.
