We are seeing the below error message with our Sales Tax (Prepare) issue and we don't see any tax reporting at all. This is the first time we run Sales tax reporting as the customer went live in Acumatica in April 2024During testing we were able to run sales tax reporting. What issues can I review to fix this?

I am encountering a warning message with the following content. If a grid column is added within code, is there a way to get its column position to persist after a user moves it - like any other grid column? I'm adding the column to the grid in the Page_Load event in a graph extension, but it doesn't seem to magically know what position it was moved like the others because it is being added each time. Could there be a setting I'm missing, or would I have to roll my own position persistence to get this to work?

All, I have a pretty rudimentary GI. I need to filter values with a check box. So I created a parameter and then a condition. Essentially, if the check box is checked I need this to be true:[SOLine.ReasonCode]<>'PENDING'If the SOLine.ReasonCode = ‘PENDING’, then do not display those pending orders in the results.This is what I have. When I click the No Pending check box, all records disappear. I’m not sure where to include the [SOLine.ReasonCode]<>'PENDING' 

I am trying to get the values in the address column of my grid to plot point in google maps using the javascript api. Hello,I working on a customization to the Inventory Item page. I have 2 attribute fields and 2 other fields that I am trying to sync. One field is a length stored as a decimal and one field is the length stored in the format of ft’ in”. We our implementing our first Canadian client. I have a question if a Canadian customer purchases the Canadian version and only really wants to work with Canadian currency -- do we just turn on the Canadian Localization and enter NO to Multi currency options? -- does the system know that they are Canadian currency by the version and Yes to localization?Thank you,Frances Pantelidakis

I looked through the web service endpoints and I can’t find any to get the Campaign ID when given a campaign name.  Is there a way to get that through and endpoint? 

How is Device Hub supposed to work?  I’m very confused with the community posts and help files.Scenario:I have a custom form.  I have set the form to print to my device hub printer in user profile.  When I run the report to preview and then click Print, should the form automatically print to the device hub printer?

We are getting the following error when we go to create a shipment for an order. I checked in the order processing screen and directly on the sales order and in both cases this error occurs, in the processing window the order does not even show up as an option to process. All items are unallocated, but I tried it with the allocation box checked as well. All the different date fields on the order are set to a past date. Has anyone else run into this problem?  

Hello Community.  Here’s my challenge to be solved:Equipment already exists (FS205000)  When importing the equipment, Component records automatically added per the model equipment configuration I need to update the components with Inventory ID and Serial numberI get an error because the import is trying to create new records and you can have only one per component ID.  My import scenario references the line number and the component id but still doesn’t update that row.What am I missing?Thank you    

Hello, I am wondering if Acumatica’s add-in for Outlook will work on the Office 365 web base. Has anyone been able to install Acumatica’s add-in on Office 365 Web?

Has anyone had an issue with acumatica pulling all the info from UPS back into the shipment with the shipping integration tool?  I’ve noticed that when I get a shipment that has at least 10 boxes/packages, it won’t pull all the tracking numbers back into acumatica and the shipping cost has to be adjusted as well because its only pulling the cost of the boxes pulled back into the shipment in acumatica.

We have some PO’s generating from a 3rd party system. With Autonumbering off I can create a PO with API and use the 3rd party PO num. We also need to create some PO’s manually, but want to use different prefixes. Is there any way to have autonumbering on for 1 prefix but not the other?  Is there a better way to solve for this? Thank you

Hi Everyone,  I want to create a KPI dashboard for our warehouse. Besides the obvious number of open/late shipments, we want to measure productivity. i.e., the average time it takes to pick a shipment after the pick ticket is printed/assigned. How often do locations need to be changed due to inaccurate inventory. I'm not sure where this information is stored in Acumatica, if it is at all. Can anyone shed some light on this? Does anyone have any ideas?  

Does anyone know what Acumatica’s response to this is?  The original post was 10 months ago and it seems like we are 3 wks away from our UPS utility not functioning with still no solution available from Acumatica. I have added a new branch and am unable to setup UPS for that facility which is a problem.
