this is my code in open opportunity screen. I can get on screen but it doesn’t save until change value in ui. if I don’t change any value on screen and leave the screen, the data is gone 

I need to load Invoice numbers related to a specific customer. How can i achieve this? I am passing ‘ARInvoice.RefNbr.CustomerID’ in the report designer parameters but no invoice numbers are displayed. Please help!Report Parameters 

Is it possible to put in a condition to not display a text field in the page header section if the results is in the detail section?I have tried different conditions but it only seems to work when I put the condition in the details section, but this results in the text field being added per line. So when I run the report and there are no lines to display currently the heading still displays:  here is an example of when there are lines to display:  

Does anybody know a way how I could get dunning letters and invoices to be sent automatically to different email addresses of the same customer?

I have a GI which I would like to show a column with not only the date, but also show two columns with the Year and Month part of the date. I have tried using =CSTR(Year([ARTran.Date]), =CSTR(Month([ARTran.Date]), =Year([ARTran.Date]) (using the formula editor for the last one), but the column, sadly remains empty. I am not using it as a filter, just need the two added columns.

I try to file the 1st sales tax in Acumatica, but it always auto-updated with future tax period while the old period is still open. Ie: I tried to close HST return period  from Mar 01-May 31 2023, but system always give me the HST period for Aug 2023. I tried reset the tax period. It didn’t work. Could you advise how should I do to proceed the May HST report. Thank you.

Hello,Created a GI and added all of our data fields.  Inquiry loads perfectly fine.  However, we can’t search the data field “InventoryCD_Description”.  When I try to check the box that says Use in Quick Search, it doesn’t let me.  Any idea why?

I was giving a demo of manufacturing for a potential customer and they asked a great question.Their business is growing plants to sell and they use manufacturing orders to track the plant from germination, through it’s growing stages.The first work center would be “Germination” and it doesn’t matter how many seeds they plant, the germination rate is 3 days for a particular seed.How would that be represented on the BOM under the Run Units and Run Time, if quantity isn’t a factor?Thanks!

2022 R2 We have paid for Shipping Carrier Integration license. I have integrated EasyPost for UPS using our carrier rates as per the provided guides. Tested the setup and it is connecting properly.Tested Confirming Shipment to Verify Connection - It workedWhen shopping for rates at the sales order document and select a rates, it adds the cost to the document and marks up the cost to add a freight price correctly per the freight terms I have setup. Can’t get approval map to do what I want and it is the most simple example possible - need help. If requisition is created by JBROWNE, approval required from MENGLISH.If requisition is created by anyone except JBROWNE (and $ > 0), approval required from PURCHASING.  No matter I what I do, it require approval from Purchasing only - clearly I am missing something obvious.

Our business creates seed mixes via the manufacturing process.The ingredients for the mixes have base units of “EA” or “each” because we purchase and sell the bags by the bag (not by weight). Each ingredient comes in bags that weigh 50 pounds.I have the following BoM to create 1# of the seeds mix:Ingredient 1 - 0.4# (0.008 of a 50 pound bag)Ingredient 2 - 0.4# (0.008 of a 50 pound bag)Ingredient 3 - 0.2# (0.004 of a 50 pound bag)Inventory wise this math works perfectly and I’m able to do a production order flawlessly in the system.BUTOn the production order ticket it displays/tells workers to use 0.008 of a 50# bag and ideally I would want it to tell the worker how many POUNDS to use. I can’t change UoMs of the ingredient stock items.Originally I was going to create a second stock item for each ingredient and call them “Ingredient # BULK” with UoMs as pounds and create BoMs to convert 50# bags (EACH) into Bulk pounds and THEN create a BoM for the mix using the BULK stock items... but t

Purchase Order not recognizing budget on projectThe account code used is included in the TRAVEL account group and TRAVEL is included in the budget.  When posting a JE, it works fine.  When an attempt is made to enter a Purchase Order, it gives error (error comes before and after Cost Code entry)The PO  error:The budget:Account Group 

I’m hoping to confirm the scope of excluded “attachments” the “"Full except Attachments” and the “Full except Attachments and Wiki” actually refer to as Export Modes for snapshots.  I can see from a snapshot I’ve created with one of these modes that “Incoming Documents” within AP are all removed.  Are there any other modules where “attachments” are removed?  I can also see within Construction/Projects the attachments there are retained with the records, not removed, which is what I would hope to find.  Are there any “gotchas” these export modes may surprise me with?  Looks like the email files under “Time and Expenses” module are also removed for the most part.  I do find three incoming email with attachments, but only three.  We are 2022R2, Build 22.205.0026.

I want to add a filter to the report in the report designer. The filter is based on the LastModifiedDate of the AMMTran object. So far, I have tried=DateAdd(Today(),'d',-1) and Today(), but both these filters are not fetching the data correctlyHow do I get the date filter to work?Thank You.

Hello All,Normally we will get the Landed Cost around 3 - 5 days after receiving goods.If we sell products during that time, the item cost will exclude the Landed Cost.Then, when entering the Landed Cost for the sold items (that item does not exist in the system anymore), the amount number of this Landed Cost will go to an expense account.In this case, the cost of goods sold will be wrong.Has anyone got this situation? The additional case for those who use the module Construction. When the amount number of this Landed Cost goes to an expense account, there is no project ID. So the request was to add the Recurring Unit Price to the Generic Inquiry for Service Contracts [ScreenID: FS3057PL].   However, when I add the item to the results grid after joining the FSContractPeriodDet Table to the Parent Table: FSServiceContract, I get duplicate line entries on the GI.  I have tried a few things to remedy this and can’t seem to figure it out.  I tried grouping by the Service Contract ID, but it totals the amounts of the lines and that is not correct.  There should only be one line per Service Contract.Here is the GI: Here are the results:
