hello all,After a bunch of research and import scenarios, yadda yadda, i found out how to shrink the amount of decimals the weight of our products is showing. However, when i edit the project, nothing reflect this change. I’ve edited it via the project editor, i’ve done the hard coding, i’m just not sure what i’m doing wrong. the internet tells me i need to enable and publish it, but the pages are already published. Do i need to take any further steps? 

I am having trouble “Retrieving” transactions in “Process Bank Transactions”. It says successful when i click retrieve but nothing comes in. Then i try to load transactions in test mode and it only shows what has been brought in. Currently, we only have transactions brought in through 12/17. But when I look at transactions on the American Express side, it shows transactions from 12/18 and 12/19 that should have come in. Aside from American Express, our Bank account feeds only worked for one day. The day we migrated them after the upgrade to R2 2022. Since then, nothing has come in on those feeds.

Is there a way to automatically load each individual sales order line ship date based on the stock item or manufacturing lead time? We have thousands of parts, and most items are made to order. We have estimated lead times for each part (based on BOM routing and some Manufacturing Lead Time) so we manually have to select the estimated date on each line item when lead times differ drastically.

Is there any way to only trigger awaiting approval notification once not multiple times after the document is approved, placed on hold, make some changes, then removed on hold?The changes that are made have nothing to do with conditions that triggered the approval.Ex:Approval map is setup in SO when an item is discounted 100%, approval is triggered. An SO is created and has the above condition met, approval is triggered, notification is sent, then approved by the approver. Then the sales user places the order on hold and make changes such as mark a line for PO, add description, etc but discount% remains the same. But when the order is removed from hold, approval notification is sent again. This is not a bit anoying especially the approver has approved the order and it’s necessary to make some changes to the order again.

Here is my import scenario, it feeds off a GI that JUST created the invoice, so I KNOW it has a customer ID on it…  My business event history says: 0 records of 1 have been processed. The last error was 'CustomerID' cannot be empty.These are all fully built and simply need to have “release” clicked. When I open any of the error’ed out invoices, I just hit RELEASE and it’s done, but this should be done by the import scenario, so any help is greatly appreciated since I’m clearly missing something here.

Hello,Does anyone know the setup in the Commerce module to allow for the tracking number to be sent back to BC from Acumatica? I am unsure if this setup is the correct setup, but I know we not currently having tracking IDs sent back to BC.  

Hello all,How can one create task situated under Activities tab in PM301000. I came across Task templates screen, so I mapped the values and then setup the biz event that should be triggered when the Project status changes to Active. But it is not firing off. Can anyone guide me on this?

Good day everyone,ShopifyxAcumatica connector only allows mapping of Company to only fields Name or Notes. Now, I am encountering issue with syncing using Attribute to the Notes field. It always provide an empty value.I mapped the attribute with Customer entity to a Shopify Customer tag - it worked, has value.I mapped another field in Company entity to a Shopify Company Notes - it worked, has value.But when I mapped the same attribute with Company entity to a Shopify Company Notes - it is empty. Does anyone encounter the same? I am using 23 R2 - Build 23.209.0023

PrompTax is an electronic filing and payment program that's mandatory for certain businesses in the state of New York. One condition is if the tax liability for the June 1 through May 31 period immediately preceding the previous June 1 through May 31 is more than $500,000.  A taxpayer must pay in sales tax no later than 3 business days after the 22nd day of each month.  Sales tax is paid in for the 1st – 22nd of the current month, and for the 23rd – end of the previous month. Here’s the problem: The Tax Periods can only be configured as Half Month, Month, Two Months, Quarter, Half a Year, Year, Financial Period. There is no way to create a tax report for 23rd month 1 through 22nd month 2. Anyone else face this and solve it?

Hello, I am creating a Business Event to update the External Ref Number field on the “Import Bank Transactions” form.  I have created an Import Scenario as the subscriber, and the mapping is as below.  For the testing purpose, I entered an action on the screen and perform the action manually. But it gives me the below error. But the scenario works and update the external number when I execute it manually. Is there’s a way that I can, correct?Thank You

We have a brand new instance of 25R2 using the Modern UIThere seems to be a issue with the Phone Types not properly displaying on the Account Contact When the screen is refreshed the types will flash on and then disappearThis occurs on new blank records and new imported recordsMy guess is this a browser issue but have not found a known issueHas anyone seen this ?    

Which setting should I configure to enable this scenario?A service has estimated duration of 30 hours but staff available working time is 8 hours a day. When assigning appointment system split that appointment into 4 days, either as the same appointment number of multiple appointment number that is fine but I want to avoid cloning the appointment as this seems to be manual task.Choosing Work Calendar with 8 hrs working time a day in Service Preferences doesn't seem to affect the service duration.

We are having an issue with the paycheck assigning separate workers’ comp codes to different work locations. As you can see, we have 2 work locations on this paycheck. We want separate workers’ comp codes for each work location. However, currently, the system uses the same code with different deduction codes because of the 2 different states involved.I understand that there are 2 separate deduction codes, but when we go to report these wages, we have to use 1 rate per WORKERS COMP code. When we report it to our insurance, they do not care about our deductions codes--just their WORKERS’ COMP code. Does anyone know how to fix this? I want to be able to pull the workers’ comp report and use the numbers in Acumatica to report to our insurance. I can’t find a way to do it currently.

Hi everyone,Has anyone successfully added an external URL (for example a Power BI report) to the Acumatica Site Map so users can open it from the menu?I created a Site Map entry pointing to the Power BI report URL, but when clicking it Acumatica tries to display it inside the page (iframe) and I get an error like: “app.powerbi.com refused to connect”. Is there a recommended way to handle external links like this from Site Map? Can Site Map be configured to open the URL in a new tab/window instead of embedding it? Or is the best practice to use the Power BI reportEmbed URL / another approach (tile, dashboard link, custom screen)?

I am using REST API to insert a record. Normally, when you manually insert the record from the UI screen, we have custom logic to throw a warning by using e.Cache.RaiseExceptionHandling and PXSetPropertyException and PXErrorLevel.Warning. This allows the user to insert the record with no issues and then later on when they click a “Validate” button in the workflow of that screen our logic will decide what to do.The problem is that when inserting this same record using REST API we do not see that warning reflected back in the JSON response. It seems that the only way to see the error reflected back is to actually have an error be thrown rather than just a warning.It would be pretty simple to just save this warning to a field and then add that field to our endpoint.BUT I would like to know if there are any better ways to do this?

Hello Community,I am facing an issue related to creating a POOrder from a Service Order using the standard POCreate process screen.Scenario:Service Order Type: InternalFor this type, the Customer field is not mandatory by design.The requirement is to create a POOrder from such a Service Order.Problem:When attempting to create the POOrder via the POCreate screen, the system throws an error indicating that the Customer field in the Service Order is required.In standard functionality, the required validation for the Customer field is removed dynamically in RowSelected depending on the Service Order Type. However, when the Service Order is updated from the POOrder creation process, RowSelected does not appear to be triggered. As a result, the Customer field remains required and the validation error is raised.Additionally, I noticed that the Service Order is being overwritten during the attempt to save the POOrder, which seems to reapply the required attribute logic and leads to the validat

 We recently received a Purchase Order. It was split in receipt due to one container coming in November and the other in January. The first receipt for the items that were received pushed through correctly. Now the second receipt that we received today is not showing up correctly in our Inventory storage details. we have receipted the remainder of the soccer ball and have pushed the Bill - on hold as you can see below. However, the soccer balls received in the second and third receipt are showing in QTY available and not on QTY on hand. Which it should show on both columns. This is not allowing us to push any sales orders through to shipment because it shows that there is 0 in inventory.  Please help.       

Hello dear Acumatica community,we want to trigger automatic (email) notifications as soon as a responsible person has been assigned to a task.Currently I tried to solve this via the following business event (in German)Unfortunately, it is not possible to query the direct input screen for tasks (cr306020), nor the task overview screen (ep404000) for business events.Therefore I tried to find a solution via the general query "Tasks" (GI000024); namely this can be queried for business events. The problem with this query is that it does not trigger the business event in the default.After research in existing threads here in the community I found out that in the general query the conditions should be deleted to allow an error free triggering of the business event.But then the problem is that the query "Tasks" (GI000024) queries the activities in general. So if you remove the condition that only tasks should be displayed, then also mails, remarks, etc. will be displayed. So the First problem

It states that Retail Commerce is not supported when Multiple Base Currencies is enabled.I would like to clarify the practical impact of this restriction.If a company operates in multiple countries with different base currencies and requires the Multiple Base Currencies feature, does this mean Retail Commerce (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.) cannot be used in that same tenant?In that case, would the recommended approach be separate tenants per country?I’m also trying to understand whether there is still value in enabling Multiple Base Currencies for a company that plans to use Retail Commerce, or whether the two features are fundamentally incompatible within a single tenant.Any insight on best practice architecture for multi-country companies using eCommerce would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am attempting to set up Acumatica such that outbound emails are automatically processed (that is, I want them sent out every minutes).  I have attempted to set up Automation Schedules both for the Emails Pending Processing Screen (SM.70.00.00) and Send and Receive Emails (SM.70.00.10). However, the emails are “stuck” in the Pending Process phase on SM.70.00.00 (manually processing them works just fine). I have a few questions regarding this: First, my understanding is that this is achieved through setting up an “Automation Schedule”, correct? Are there any other ways to achieve this? If so, which screen should the schedule be set up on, SM.70.00.00, SM.70.00.10 or both? Lastly, and the real prompt for my question, neither of the schedules I set up for SM.70.00.00 or SM.70.00.10 are firing (per SM205030). There are no errors, just no “last executed” values. The schedules are active, were set to “start” in the past (6/27/2021 and 6/28/2021), are a “Daily’ Schedule Type with an E
