I am trying to create a GI that lists invoices that need to be printed or emailed to the customer.  The list should be any invoice that doesn’t have the printed or emailed or don’t email button checked.  Basically if any of those are true then it should be pulling them on the inquiry. As you can see below, its still pulling invoices where those columns are checked. It should only be pulling invoices where none of the 3 columns for printed, emailed or don’t email are checked. Its completely ignoring all of the conditions in the last paratheses.  Where am I going wrong with the logic/format on this?

Hi, I am working on customization request to add a GI on Service Order Screen where GI parameter is the inventory ID from Service Order Detail tab. I am having problem in mapping the Inventory ID to side panel customization project . The client wants to see the GI ( parameter is Inventory ID) as side pane when they select the row on the Detail tab of the Service Order. So the selection of the row will feed the Inventory Id info to the GI parameter to display the list of info available on the GI related to that Inventory ID.See attached for detail. It will be great help if you can share any info to make it possible via “Customization Project Editor” or via code? 

For a stock item part on the appointment screen, system does not allow using Estimate or Actual quantity that is higher than the quantity on the service order line.I remember seeing the same issue in previous versions but then it was resolved. I now see it again in 2025R2 - Build 25.201.0213.1.Anyone else coming across this and have any ideas how to get around this limitation? Field techs can certainly use more quantity on an appointment than planned on a service order.  

Hello,I’m trying to create Payment Amount in a Positive Pay CSV file padded on the left to include 11 total characters like this example: I’ve tried several formulas:=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),10,'0')=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),10.2,'0')=PadLeft(CStr(Round([APPayment.OrigDocAmt],2)),10,'0')=PadLeft(CStr([APPayment.OrigDocAmt]),12,'0')The above formulas produce results that are padded at the left but include 2 extra digits on the right.I thought Acumatica might be using Price/Cost Decimal Places field in Miscellaneous Settings section of Companies screen to set Decimal Places to 4…. however when I temporarily changed this setting from 4 to 2, it made no difference in my Positive Pay GI.  Thank you in advance for your help!Laura

Hello good afternoon communityI am importing customers and vendors through the import scenario, there are approximately 16,000 customers and about 4,000 vendors, many of them are customer/vendor at the same time.When I do this I get an error saying that I cannot have the same customer and vendor ID during the import. These customers/vendors have the same ID. since they are the same.Is there a configuration that allows it? Is there a way to import them by import scenario? because there are about 950 customers/vendors that exist with this condition. I hope you can help me since it is impossible to create them one by one manually.I am driving Acumatica version 2023R2I look forward to your help and thank you in advance.Vanessa.

I’ve come across an issue and want to confirm if I’m missing something in the configuration, or if I’ve found a bug in how Matrix Item creation handles segmented key separators for the new Inventory IDs.As far as I can see, this should be possible but I’m seeing strange behaviour when creating the Matrix Items. The end goal is a 2 segment Inventory ID, that correctly creates Matrix Items with valid Inventory IDs.(The reason I need 2 segments is because the first segment will be Auto-Numbered. I’ve been able to replicate the issue both with and without auto-numbering, so for simplicity I’ll detail below without auto-numbering applied) Expected BehaviourManually created, standalone Stock Items, Non-Stock Items and Template Items, should be created with the first segment populated, and the second segment left blank. Matrix Items should be generated from the Template Item, with the Template ID as the first segment, and the Attribute Value as the second segment. ExampleSegmented KeyInventor

We’re experiencing ongoing issues when logging emails from Outlook to Acumatica using the Outlook Plug-In for the Modern UI. I wanted to share details to see whether others are encountering similar behavior and if there are known fixes, best practices, or upcoming improvements.Record Visibility Issues When attempting to link an email to an existing Case, Opportunity, or Project, the case often does not appear in the selection list after choosing a Contact or Business Account. Opportunities do not consistently appear when searching or filtering, making it difficult to associate emails with the correct record. Often you must search the Opportunity Name or # to find it. In some scenarios, opportunities only appear after clearing filters or using very specific search behavior, which feels inconsistent. Does anyone have a solution on how we can copy user-defined fields values across these screens when we create a shipment from a sales order and an invoice from the shipment?

I have some user-defined fields in the SOOrder form, when I convert that SO to the Shipment I want that fields to move to the Shipment form. How can I achieve this via customization.

Hello everyone, Is there any way to use an assign Map to vendor bills object ?I am trying to set restricted user visibility base on who is the bill’s owner.The system set the creator as owner but I need to use more specific rules to assign owner to the bill (for exemple : the manager of the project in the transaction ‘s bill, the PO owner, etc.). There is an approval map but it doesn’t populate le owner field. Thank for your help !C.

When adding a new custom feature switch i get an error when changing another feature due to the null value in the new feature switch field. How can i prevent this?[PXDefault(false, PersistingCheck = PXPersistingCheck.Nothing)] doesn’t help here!

Hi there,I’m wanting to create journals that hit Inventory ID.For background, we only have non-stock items, and don’t have any stock items as our business doesn’t deal with inventory.However, when I click into Inventory ID to select a stock item, the pop up only shows Stock items, which of course we don’t use/don’t have any. How do I get it to show our Non Stock so I can select that?In contrast, the journals seem to be able to do this, below is a journal with a source document originating from the Receivables module, where the non stock item has been chosen on the invoice document.  Invoice:Thank you.

Hello everyone, I’m trying to find a way to have the notes on a Stock or Non Stock item automatically print on a Purchase Order.  I know I can add notes on the individual line, but I don’t want to have to manually copy the notes per line item for every time I make a PO. Use Case: For our ISO 9000 certification, I need the stock item note to call out a spec reference sheet every time I make a PO for that item.

Hello! Is there any way to have the Record Notes / Pop-Up Notes show up when we enter a material line directly into the Production Order Details? Currently we have a bunch of items that are Kanban and we do not want anyone to use the Mark for PO functionality to set purchase demand without checking stock first. Initially I put pop-up notes on the specific Kanban Stock Items and found that it didn’t pop-up when entered into the Prod. Ord. Details screen. Thought I’d try and see if it would copy as an internal note instead and came to the same result. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

Hello everyoneHow can invoices be made by joining more than one sales order but consolidating the amounts in a single line?Example:Sales order A item 001 for 4 units.Sales order B item 001 for 5 unitsAn invoice with a single item 001 for 9 units is desired.How can this operation be performed?

We have a situation where customers come into the facility multiple times/day or week to get product.  We are just using an Invoice type sales order (no shipments) to record the shipment by entering warehouse/location in the sales order.  Upon prepare Invoice it creates invoice and processes inventory issue, etc.  This works fine one by one.  However, we would like to be able to create consolidated invoices for the day/week using Process Orders screen.  I know that we can choose Prepare Invoice in that screen and it will create one invoice for all the orders for that customer that met the criteria entered on top.  We need it to apply additional grouping.  For example, in one day or week, 12 sales orders/invoices, 5 have PO/Cust Order Number 1234 and 7 PO/Cust Order Number 5678.  If I just ran wide open it would create one invoice with all 12.  I need it to create 2 invoices, one for each PO/Cust Order Number.  Actually, these are all for Projects and I'd need that to be the first group
