A client recently noticed that they’re unable to tab through DateTime parameters in reports. I tested several reports / sites / versions and it seems to be consistent.Is this standard behavior? And/or has anyone found a workaround for it?

Hi All,I am wondering where can I find the field for Allocation for GI in Sales Order screen? (Please see below highlighted area in screen shot):I am trying to create a GI that show how many are allocated for an item in Sales Order. I tried using SOLineSplit (which is Line Detail in SO screen) but it gave me the amount I should allocate and not what is currently allocated. I have try to check for the element but it just show me SOLine when I click on it.Kind regards,Calvin

 We have a project with multiple tasks from initiation to signoff. For this project, we’re creating Production Orders for multiple Finished Goods. Labor Transactions: When labor transactions are created for a production order, they generate a GL transaction that posts to the WIP (Work-in-Progress) account. Upon closing the production, the labor costs move to the Finished Goods (FG) inventory. Shipping/Issuing Finished Goods: When the finished goods are shipped or issued, the costs move to COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and update the Material account group in the project. Is this flow and my understanding correct? The main challenge I’m facing is tracking the production labor costs that have been reported back to the project, particularly when there is a budget allocated for labor costs. We have a problem in configuring work center. A work center is configured with ‘basis of capacity’ set to crew size, and three shifts are added, each with a different calendar. The calendars are configured with 8 working hours in a day, but the timings are different. When the MRP runs, the action date calculates based on the crew size and calendar in the first row of shifts but we thought it would consider all the shifts. If all the shifts are considered, the action lead time should be reduced to one-third, as the total working hours of the work center are 24 hours.We are not sure why Acumatica considers only the shift details in the first row

I’m trying to create a simple AP Bill via the Rest API, but am running into an issue where it appears Acumatica is validating the Subaccount field and producing an error even though I have valid accounts in the account and subaccount.  Below in the UI screenshot when I enter line 1, the account and sub default from the vendor record.  In line 2 I have manually entered the account and subaccount from the payload that are valid.  In line 3 shows as I first update the account, the subaccount is showing an error just like the API payload response.  I can’t use PATCH because this is the initial PUT to create the bill.  I have also tried creating a non-stock item with no expense account or sub to see if that helps, but it does not.Right now, the only solution I can see is to delete the account and subaccount from the vendor so it doesn’t default into the line.  One thought is to turn off the commit on the Account field in a customization, but that doesn’t feel right.Are there any other solut

Hi, I’m using the REST API to retrieve data from our Acumatica instance. So far, things worked fine, but now I have the issue that the Invoice endpoint does not return invoices with a status of “Balanced”.For example:Invoice VR00000520 has status OpenInvoice VR00000521 has status Balanced When I do the following GET request../entity/Default/24.200.001/Invoice?$filter=ReferenceNbr eq 'VR00000520'..I get a proper response with the invoice data. However, when I do the following GET request../entity/Default/24.200.001/Invoice?$filter=ReferenceNbr eq 'VR00000521'..I get an empty response. I tried to query the Invoices endpoint only by status. This works for the Open status, such as:/entity/Default/24.200.001/Invoice?$filter=Status eq 'Open'..but it does not work for the Balanced status (the response is empty), such as:/entity/Default/24.200.001/Invoice?$filter=Status eq 'Balanced' What do I need to do to access also the invoices with status “Balanced”? Thank youMathias

In 25R2 Acumatica is pushing everyone toward the “Modern UI” (HTML/TS) customization path and, as part of that change, the old in-product ASPX Editor is effectively no longer available.

25R2 classic to Modern UI converted and added to the package , package published in another instance unable to see the MUI changes in the screen  In 25R2, to be able to add the files to the Customization project you have to have the Modern UI files in the following path, FrontendSources\screen\src\developmentAfter publish the package in another instance the Modern UI files not reflected in any where 

If I print AP Aging MC (summary or detail) as of December 31st, it does not show vendors paid on January 2nd. They are included in the final total but are somehow hidden(?) from showing up on aging. Our Implementation consultant (thru Support team) had said this was fixed with 25R1 but I still see this issue happening.Has anyone else come across this for Canadian localization? Have not tested this with AR aging but I will once I enter January cash receipts. Both reports must show documents OPEN on the “as at date” so I am not sure why they are hidden. It is very important for the auditors.Thank you!

Hi, I am trying to run a report that lists all PO#’s (Open, Closed, etc.) that include a specified Inventory ID. The Purchase Order Details by Inventory ID seems exactly what I am looking for but it only lists results for items that have Open POs?  The Inventory Transaction History shows the PO receipt #, but you need to navigate individually through the PO receipt to get the PO# so no value. The Inventory Allocation Details only shows outstanding POs. Can’t imagine this doesn’t exist out of the box - surely the Purchase Order Details by Inventory ID can display results including both Open and Completed Orders?  

I am very, very new to creating Wikis. I’ve created a wiki article to serve as my Portal Homepage, but it displays a bunch of metadata that I don’t want to show, and it has the “Rate this article” picker at the bottom that I don’t want either. Is there a way to configure the article so that this stuff doesn’t show?  

I have created a DAC with two keys and an Identity field. I can view and edit existing records fine, however when I create a new record and enter in a new key value as soon as I leave the field it blanks. Hi All,Is it possible to add a line number as a field item and use it to format the output of the GI? For e.g., I have a GI that lists 10 rows but I had like to use the line number to change the background color of each alternate row, which is not based on any conditiion. Since, the Row Number is available only for display, how to get a row number for any GI (not a report)?Manish

Hi gurus. How do I create an Import Scenario that changes the transaction dates of Open Move Transactions dated in the current month to update to the first day of next month?Users make the move transactions ahead of time and so when they go to close out EOM, they can’t because there are "open Move transactions". The import aims to just shift them to the first day of the next month e.g. 30/11/2025 > 1/12/2025. Data provider would be a GI of open move transactions.

I have a WIP import scenario that works if and only if the serial number that is being allocated is Available for Shipping, with is correct, but if one of the serials I am trying to allocate is not available the whole import scenario fails and no serials get allocated at all even the available ones.I get this error “ The record was not processed because of an error during processing of the previous record” Thank you for anything that might help me get to the bottom of this. 

hi All,I’m trying to use a Generic Inquiry (GI) in Power BI. The GI is already published and exposed via OData, as shown in the screenshot. The user has full admin rights and all related permissions.However, when connecting to the Acumatica instance from Power BI using the OData feed, this specific GI does not appear in the available list.Can anyone help identify what might be causing this issue? My Version is 2024 R2 24.209.0013 Thank you in advance!

Hi, I'm working on a customization project in Acumatica 2024 R2 to allow for split payments for Cash Sales. I have a custom DAC that will store the multiple payments for a cash sale if it's allowed for that invoice. However after trying to add a line counter to the SOInvoiceExt to keep track of the lines added for the split payment I'm unable to load the SO303000 screen. Hello!I have a GI that I need to filter by date range. When running the GI it is not filtering down to the date range window. GI and Screenshots below. I feel like I’m missing something obvious.Thank you for the help!  

I’m looking to find a screen or maybe a way to create a GI view that shows the history of actions on Invoices and Sales Orders. Specifically, I want to see if records have been deleted and if so, which record and when. Is this possible?
