I am trying to create a production order from the production order screen and am getting the following error message:AM Error: The following error occurred when the system tried to copy the BOM: Unable to cast object of type 'PX.Data.PXSegmentedState' to type 'System.String'.I have checked the BOM and cannot find anything wrong with it. Has anyone ever seen this message or know what it’s looking for?   

I get this error when trying to patch either of my 26 R1 instances:[17:24:59 ERR] Could not find file 'Y:\Sites\Demo26R1\Bin\ac.exe'.The weird thing is that I successfully patched a 25 R2 instance which also does not have ‘ac.exe’ in ‘bin’ but it’s not a problem there. Material and move completed from Operation 10 to operation 20, not all required claimedHi, we are experiencing issue where the required material quantity is not being claimed in the operation. Currently, the material and moves are done manually from the office. What are some of the reasons/ways to troubleshoot this? Thank you, 

Hello all,i have been trying to setup an automation that should fire & email the report every Wednesday. Since the Ar Aging report as As of date parameter which takes the system’s date, but how can I set the same under automation & mail template → Attached report tab?Thanks.

How can I automatically print the invoice report so that it will be attached to the Activities section and automatically sent via email? Is it possible to make this work by simply clicking the Release button?

Is it possible to use HTML (or style sheets/CSS) to add a more robust e-mail signature at the end of an e-mail template in a report - either the code in the report itself or in an e-mail template in the system. Client is wishing to add their logo and formatting to an e-mail that is sent out with an invoice. Thank you in advance.

We created an ARM Consolidated Income Statement with the following details: Report Code: CONPL Title: Consolidated Statement with Trees Issue:All units in the Unit Set are printing, including sub-units.Desired behavior:We only want the root-level units (directly under ROOT, such as AJ, AK, AP, AQ) to print.We do not want child units under those nodes to print (for example: AJ106030, AJ206030, AJ506030).We attempted to control this using Printing Group, but it appears that Printing Group only controls row/column visibility—not whether a unit itself prints.Question:Is there a way in ARM to prevent sub-units from printing within a Unit Set (for example via Printing Group, filtering, or wildcards), or is the only supported approach to create a separate Unit Set that includes only the root-level units intended for consolidated reporting?Any confirmation or best-practice guidance would be appreciated.

Hello Acumatica folks,Our emailing Statements fail to send, when the print invoices is NOT selected. But when the print statement is selected to the ones that did not process, they then process.  However we don't want to print and mail and also send an email.  If we have both selected we will print / mail and email.  We only want to email.  With invoices we select one or the other, not both.  How do we set NOT to print statements when we just want to email the statement?We can do one or the other or both.  We only want to do one task, not both.  For it to work I had to select both and that is not what we want to do.   Error Message:Email cannot be created for the specified report 'AR641500' because the report has not been generated or the email settings are not specified. We reviewed one account that worked and one that didn't work, one difference we notice is  that the one that didn't work doesn't have the Print statement checked, the one that worked does have this checked,   

Hi, we have a subcontract that incurred backcharges for scope that was bought out by another company that ran the subcontract total amount into the negative. We recently changed our ERP to Acumatica and we are looking to track this backcharge but cannot process the change orders that run the subcontract into the negative.How can I track this negative commitment amount for my project buyout summary?ex. Subcontract A issued for $5,000. Subcontractor A failed to perform work and another Subcontractor B bought their contract for $5,100. We need to process a deductive change order for the buyout amount to accurately track the money owed to us by Subcontractor A for the increased cost of Subcontractor B.

With the retirement of Authorize.net, we want to swap out Authorize.net as the payment processor in our BigCommerce platform and in its place use Acumatica Payments. Is there a guide somewhere for this? We already are using Acumatica Payments in Acumatica.  We now want to add it as the processor in BigCommerce. Patrick

Hi, I have a customized report (attached) and added the stock item’s Alternate ID of the parent customer. The column I’ve added this into the report is called ‘Customer Code’. However, quantities are multiplied.Can you please help me correct my joins or if joins are correct, the conditional statement is wrong.I ran this report for Account C013554. Product code is 4005 and customer code is 1909830C000916 is the parent customer of C013554As you know, C00916 is the parent customer of C013554. I want to pull the Alternate ID of this parent customer 

Hello everyone, I am looking to change the UI availability for the editing of fields when a Sales Order is in shipping.I have moved the Credit Hold stage to the Shipment stage because of how our business processes work, we process and manufacture Sales Orders but do not ship until the leadership team is satisfied with payments. I am aware that I can make the fields editable through a RowSelected handler, however, would it be better to override the DisableWholeScreen method which is used in the SO workflow to make these fields editable.Another condition that needs to be satisfied is that the Qty on Shipments field cannot be higher than 0, for the fields to be editable, I am not sure if I can put a condition into a workflow .WithFieldAssignments method. Could someone advise on what the best way to go forward with this would be. Thanks,Aleks

Does anyone know if it's possible to add the Load Documents Options feature from AR Payments to AP Checks and Payments. We are looking for a way to send an email notification out when a BOM revision gets used in a production order for the first time. For example, an existing BOM gets a new revision. The first time that gets used in a production order we want a notification to go out. Anyone know the best way to approach this? I assume some sort of new GI is needed.

Is there a way for the system to automatically complete all the move transactions for a series of linked production orders?Our situation is as follows:I create a production order for Item A, it requires Items B+C and creates production orders for them. In turn Items B+C require several other item production orders. The end result can be a sizable tree of linked production orders. We want to be able to say “we have finished Item A” and have it complete all the sub-assemblies in proper sequence without us having to manually do move transactions on all the sub-assemblies.

Hi,I’ve added the relevant tables and joins in the Customer master GI to display the customer’s bank account number. However, instead of the actual values, the GI is showing 0000000000.Refer to below screenshot.      I’ve attached the GI file for reference.Has anyone come across this issue before, or know how to correctly display the customer bank account number?

How To create / Design Custom Date Financial Reports  in Acumatica? 

I have added a custom field "UsrDefaultW" to the Users screen (SM201010) in Classic UI. The field is bound to the “UserList” view and located in the “User Information” container.My problem:In the official Modern UI source code of SM201010:- `UserList` is a view instance defined in the screen class (`createSingle(Users)`)- Only the `Users` class is exported, the `UserList` view is NOT exportedMy Ts and html extension files are attached.They can build, but no field show on screen.What is the correct way to add custom fields on SM201010 Modern UI?

I’m having an issue with my Generic Inquiry report. I need to retrieve the beginning balance from the last period activity, but that period is outside my selected period range. Because of this, the report is very slow to load. Is there any workaround for this, or is there another table I can use to get the beginning balance more efficiently?can you check my xml file if you can do something about it?

We have successfully set up the ACH Notification process to email out ACH remittance information to vendors.  The vendor payment information section only has one entry for remittance email.  Is there a way to set up more?  Can we just add a second email to that entry separated by a comma to sent it to more than one recipient or is there another place to add this information?
