 I have an order type LS, which is allowed to quick process (confirm shipment and create an invoice) When I press the button manually, it works as expected; then, I want to set up a business event that will auto-quickly process if the order type equals LS and the status is open.  But it’s not working; the system shows “button OK is disabled”.  If I remove this action and keep only  the “ press quick” action, the sales order only creates a shipment but does not confirm or create an invoice. Can you help me find out what I am missing? 

I’m planning to migrate custom screens to Modern UI in 2025R2 and want to confirm:Has the Modern UI architecture been finalized in 2025R2? Are there no major disruptive changes planned for 2026R1/R2? If I complete all Modern UI customizations in 2025R2, can I upgrade directly to 2026R2 later without needing to redo these customizations in 2026R1 first?

Hi, there is a standard ‘Production Ticket’ printed form and I want to modify the layout.Here is my current design:And below is how it shows. However, it only printed the first operation and first Work Centre in the BOMBelow is how I want it to look like. It should include all Operations and Work Centres in the BOM and so as the green boxes and lines should be printed based on how many operations and work centres there are. How can I achieve that?

On the Approval Maps (EP205015) screen, if I want to set the Approver to be the Owner of the document, which value should I select in the Employee field: ((Document.CreatedByID)) or ((Document.EmployeeID.Selected))? 

Am I correct in understanding that the Inventory Transaction History screen (IN405000) does not include any history related to drop shipments? From what I can tell Invoices (from sales orders) and Receipts from drop ship POs are not showing up on this screen. Aren’t those part of the transaction history of those inventory items?

Hey Everyone,We are having quite the issue with acumatica because it seems it was not built for the way we run our business. I’m curious if anyone else has these problems. Our company very heavily relies on lot tracking and traceability. Basically, we need to know what lot was used in what, and what warehouse location it was transferred to and everything like that. And for this reason we are not able to just backflush inventory, we need to actually assign each box that we use to a production order. But in the instance of a production order, we usually issue a full 900kg of powder into a production order. That 900kg of powder has a cost to it, which is then given to the first move transaction of finished goods.The issue is that the cost (value) given to the very first move transaction is exactly the same cost of 900kg, even though in reality, we only used 50kg. Lets say we make 4 more move transactions, these next 4 have 0 value in the system. How is there not a way for the system to ac

Good day,I have business event that updates the SO Line as Mark for PO.  It works fine.  However, we have come across an issue with it updating the SO Line when the Order has the same inventory ID.  The Business Event update only one line correct and leaves the rest.  The trigger conditions are below.Has anyone run into this situation?  My thoughts are it is due to with Raise Event selection. Thank you.  

Hello, My company has multiple cross references for each product. One is global, one is an ISBN, and another is a Customer/Vendor part number. On my SO report and Invoice report, I need to include the ISBN. I am having trouble writing the logic necessary to say that if the alternate type is GTIN/EAN/UPC/ISBN then pull the alternate ID. If null, nothing. Thanks​​​

Is it possible to set up a notification on the Bills and Adjustments screen so that users can understand the specific reason why a Bill requires approval? For example, when 'Remove Hold' is selected and the Bill status changes to 'Pending Approval,' the screen should display a notification explaining the underlying reason for the approval requirement.

Using an instance of 25.200.0020 (clean install), I need to customise screen AP303000 to add some fields (specifically AddressLine3), but on opening the Modern UI Editor from the Customization Project Editor for that screen, I get the error message: In HTML extension “C:\..\FrontendSources\screen\src\screens\AP303000\extensions\AP303000_PersonalDataPrivacy.html” for screen ‘AP303000’ child node ‘QP-FIELDSET’ has AFTER attribute with ‘#groupAccountAddress’ but screen HTML doesn’t contain any elements that satisfies such querySelector.I can work around this locally by renaming the source files AP303000_PersonalDataPrivacy.html and .ts (adding a suffix of .x). But I’m concerned that the same hack won’t be possible in production.

I am reviewing a customized GI that my colleagues built that is now throwing errors on a specific field in a client site. We are receiving a “Divide by Zero error Encountered” when sorting or filtering this column It is likely this issue started after upgrade, as this client was just recently upgraded and this GI was built a year agoAny advice would be welcomed :) (the goal of the field is to show the % billed for projects)   

Using V2021 R2.  When I try to send an AR invoice via email (in the invoice screen under Printing and Emailing or from the Print Invoices and Memos screen), I get the error message.  I can print to screen and then send to email from the print screen.What setting am I missing?

We have many customers set up with term cash discounts such as 1% 10 Net30.  We do not want the 1% calculation to include freight or tax.  The 1% should be on product only.  Is there anyway to accomplish this?

Hi,One of my client has a requirement to have multiple lines for the same GL Account in the budget. Hi Community,I am looking for a way to allow our approvers to track their own approval history across multiple modules. Currently, we are using Expense Claims (EP), Expense Advances, Purchase Requests (RQ), and Requisitions.In Approvals (EP503000) screen, once an approver approves a document (EC or Request), the record immediately disappears from the list because it is no longer pending.Specifically, I want each approver to be able to see their own "Approved History" (Approved items only).

I was just wondering why the "Reason Settings" option is hidden in the Approval Maps in MYOB Acumatica?I was hoping to enable 'Reason for rejection', as my company's CEO requested that a reason be required when rejecting approvals. However, I can’t seem to find any option in the Approval Maps to make the Reason for Rejection mandatory — unlike in standard Acumatica.Would you happen to know how we can utilise the Reason field in the Approvals tab across any screen? Recently since last week we have been notice Dashboards are changing without any interaction . I am trying to find the root cause but no changes has been made. I am raising this in community so get some help to troubleshoot this issue. Below listed issue we are facing currently . Financial  year 2025 and 2026 turned into Calendar year 2025 and 2026-  the graph chart  The table data Sales by month missing value for Feb  FY2026 and Jan FY2027 Sales by product YTD shows accurate data but for last year not current year -Donut chart Ales by product MTD - donut chart disappeared  Total sales MTD -shows 0  

We recently updated from 24R2 to 25R2. For HIPAA and data security reasons, we need an audit trail on our customer accounts. 24R2 and previous releases, clicking audit history from the AR303000 showed ONLY the audit history for the current client.After the upgrade, the audit history shows audit history in chronological order for all accounts, and only about 2 days worth of audits shows up on the page.Screenshot of current audit history--expanding the history shows field changes for any customer, not just limited to the customer ID.Same customer - audit history from 24R2 (we still have a testDB prebackup). expanding the changes is limited to the customer ID.  Our developer has been unable to find the changes in this screen.  Do we need to try to build a GI to re-create this funtionality? Our security policy requires this audit log to be accessible and usable. Thanks!
