Why use .net 4.8 again ?

I use acumatica from 2016 and use 2016 version with .net 4.8. and i migration into acumatica version 2024 and still use .net 4.8, why u dont upgrade your engine ? fix ui and ux only.

    The answer here is simple: the amount of work required to migrate from .Net Framewrok to .Net Core. 

    E.g. the UI migration is just one of the steps required for that migration, since .Net Core does not support the old Asp.Net. So the old UI needs to be removed first. 

    But also, there are a lot of different components like that, e.g. SOAP API.
