Hello Friends,I have a few questions for those who are Amazon Sellers and use Acumatica, of course. I would like to know if someone has experienced what I am going through currently and if you wouldn’t mind sharing with me how you handle it?A few notes about us so you have a better understanding, we get hundreds of orders everyday, we do not have Amazon payments connected to Acumatica so we manually process payments for every order in bulk. I also believe the person who was before me did things incorrectly and she trained me and so I feel like I am making our books not have accurate information because of that.First question, I was wondering if you could tell me how you make sure that all the orders that Amazon says you have are in Acumatica? Currently I download an All Orders report for the time frame I want, and then I have a report in Acumatica that pulls all the sales order for the same time frame (I might do a few days overlap in case of delayed transactions). I then do a Vlookup

I have a customer who needs to add Shareholder Insurance (SHI) to every payroll. It needs to go in as an Earning and out as a Deduction (Gross up/Net zero). Is there a "recurring" feature in Payroll that I’m missing? I cannot add the SHI Earning Code to the Compensation tab on the Employee Payroll Settings (PR301000) screen because of the Earning Type restrictions. How are you guys automating this so the client doesn't have to manually add these lines to the paycheck every month?

In a Sales Order, add the linked Purchase Order in the Sales Order line for each SO line item.  (SOline.PurchaseOrderNbr). If the PO Nbr was added in the SOLine DAC, you could have a Sales Order Generic Inquiry that listed Sales Orders with the associated PO for each line item in the Sales Order, thus enableing you to quickly check on Purchase Order when a customer calls to inquiry about a Sales Orders. Often, a Sales Order is assoicated with more than one Purchase Order and you would have the ability to display the associated PO with each line item on the SO.

Does anyone have an example of an import scenario that will update the Lot Size and Min Order Qty for Supplier Inventory?  There are many items where multiple suppliers can supply the same stock item so it needs to be specific.

Hello,I have a user that works hand in hand with our Marketing Manager. She currently has a delegate mailbox of his. Most of the marketing leads come in through his inbox, not hers. While he has the plug in, it is her responsibility to create the leads. Can the plugin work on delegate mailboxes? Say an email comes in to his mailbox, she sees it, can she create a lead using the app? Currently if she tries, the app doesn’t show up.Also, a lot of these emails come in with a list of recipients. Can more recipients be pulled in than just the email author? So, if an email comes in from ABC company, can the author, Mark be pulled in as a lead as well as Judy who was CC’d. Or will Judy have to be done manually? Thank you,Brent

Hey, Gang - running into an odd result when creating an access role.  I need to have the Stock Items screen ONLY display the CROSS REFERENCE tab.  As it stands, revoking everything but the Cross Reference tab and a handful of other fields somehow still allows the GENERAL and RELATED ITEMS tabs to be visible - I ONLY want the Cross Reference tab.  Here’s what I didCreated a new role (IN X REF) and only gave access rights to the Stock Items screen in Inventory Next, I gave let the Cross-Reference container inherit the rights of the screen and gave the Inventory Item container the Delete access (this could easily have been View Only, but I had already tested that).   Then I revoked essentially everything in the Inventory Item container with the exception of a handful of fields. However, the General tab is still visible because of the Auto-Incremental Value field. This isn’t as big of an idea because it’s not editable.   But the Related Items tab is visible a

Hello team,How to resolve this error?

Hello all,I have been looking for way as to how we can setup an automation on the Project Cost report (PM633020) where the requirement is that the report should be mailed out on 1st of every month, however the report should have the data for previous month. So for instance, if a report is auto mailed on 1st of March, it should have the records from 1st Feb - 28th of Feb. Is this possible in the above mentioned report?, As i could only see the parameter for Project ID. Regards,Harshita.

If I am wanting to use a statistical ledger for headcounts, what is the recommendation for how those values are recorded in Acumatica?  Is it by entering only quantities or debits and credits?  If quantity, how do you report on it?  If debits and credits, is there a way to just enter monthly totals and not have them aggregrate?  I am trying to create a way for our HR group to just enter monthly headcount figures against specific HC categories, so that we can then report off those values.  We also have Velixo.  i have tested but can’t seem to get quantities to pull into any reports or Velixo formulas.

Hi Acumatica Developers, After creating a  new purchase order by adding a vender and a new row, I clicked ‘Fit to screen’ button. However, I am unable to return to the previous table view, as there is no option to exit or revert this mode.

What field defines the default Unit Price for a STOCK ITEM on a 2-STEP Transfer? Doing international transfers and customs needs to know a value. It’s not a price worksheet (this is a warehouse, not a customer) and “Default Price” doesn’t seem to come over when making a new Sales Order of type TR.I can code around this (if price = 0, then get Default Price from Stock item), but if something already exists, I’d like to leverage that instead of attaching my Mickey Mouse code to the report. Thanks Everyone!

We’re facing an issue with deleting a payment made via ACH-Ebiz Check. The customer received their payment quote and paid using the direct link we provided. They entered their wire information, and EBiz successfully captured the payment. However, after a few days, the transaction failed to deposit into our bank, and our bank informed us that the ACH wire was unsuccessful.Upon investigation, we discovered that the customer had mistakenly typed the routing number, which caused the problem. We then re-sent a new link for the payment through Acumatica - ACH Ebiz check link, and the customer successfully paid for the order. Now, we have two payments: one that is still open (the failed payment) and the other that was a successful Ebiz check charge.Unfortunately, we cannot delete the first payment that failed. We have tried to void the payment, but it was unsuccessful. Now, this payment is sitting in our undeposited funds account, which is not allowed. We need to have this first payment link c

In 2026R1 I am looking at ScreenId=SO3010PL . Normally I should be able to right-click a cell and see “Filter by this cell value” in order to quickly filter the results. It appears that this menu is now disallowed.I just see a browser menu, not the Acumatica menu within this Primary List.“Filter by This Cell Value” missing :( Seems like this corresponds with the Modern UI. Is there any way to get this usability back?Thank you to @jturcottesti for testing with me :)Arline

a case where an auto Sales Order Shipment (SOS) is not being created by the system.Details:Sales Order quantity: 13 Inventory on hand: 15 Qty available for shipping: 15 Inventory exists at XYZ location and has been available since April 10 Inventory is not reserved elsewhereDespite sufficient availability, the SO line goes to Back Order and no auto SOS is created. What conditions would prevent Acumatica from auto‑creating the SOS in this scenario? and when I update manually shipping rule and create shipment , below error pop up.

We just converted to Acumatica 25R2 and some of our Generic Inquiries are failing with error: Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character stringAn example GI is set to use the following parameters and condition based on those : ParametersConditionsEV1STINVDT is defined as a DateTime in the Attributes:Attribute DefinitionIf I click From Schema I can choose dates as usual and it filters by them.  If I add the field itself to the Results when I click on the heading to filter there it gives me the expected Date range selections. It seems for some reason it is not being recognised as a date for only the conditions section when using parameters based on the attribute field. This worked fine before the upgrade.  Is there any way to get these working again? I have tried all I can think of but there seems no way for me to resolve this. Thanks for any advice/help, Phil

Hi,The aim of this case is to figure out how to save a field in the endpoint so that, when I import the customization project, this new field will be available for use. I need to add OrderNbr for PurchaseReceipt. After I added the field to the endpoint, I pressed Validate Entity. Then, in the customization project, I selected my package and pressed Reload from Database. After that, I selected Publish with Cleanup and exported my customization package.During testing, I imported my customization project, but the OrderNbr field was not available in the endpoint.Acumatica 2026R1. I tried without reloading from the database and publishing with cleanup, but result remains the same

I’m working through S110_System_Security_2026R1 and got a bit confused about the wording around “creating a system tenant.”From my understanding, the system tenant is automatically created with the instance and isn’t something we manually create -  we only create non-system tenants. However, the guide says, “when you create a system tenant,” which makes it sound like a manual action. Is there ever a scenario where we actually create a system tenant ourselves? Or should this read.. “when you create a new tenant, you may be signed out after its creation,...”For context, I’m working on a local instance that initially had a single tenant.

Here’s the sample on youtubeI am having a hard time looking for a reference for proper setup.

We upgraded from 25R1 to 25R2 and the add-in for classic Outlook 365 stopped working.  I reviewed help and it seems there are some updated steps for registering the Acumatica instance in Entra.  Under the Expose an API section, we need to add an Application ID in the format of api://<fully-qualified-domain-name>/<app-id>.  We are on SaaS - what do we use as the fully-qualified-domain-name?  Entra does not accept mycompany.acumatica.com since its not verified.  I can’t verify it since I can’t add it to my DNS.  Any insight?

Hi all,I’d love to be able to see a widget or GI column that displays historical info about our customers. Specifically, I’d like to see the last time that a Customer’s status was “Credit Hold” and a count of how many times they’ve been on Credit Hold. I can’t seem to crack this. I know how to enable field level audit history, and I know the field is Customer.Status. However, I can’t figure out how to display the audit history of this field per customer without digging into the audit history page. Thanks in advance,Nathan

Hello Everyone,We have a specific requirement to add side panels to the default Acumatica Processing screen (Prepare Replinishment -IN508000)? Is this possible?

I am trying to complete ‘In process’ production orders’ via import scenario and replicate the user sequence. I don’t get an error message but it isn’t updating the records, what am I missing?

Hello Community, How can I create an export scenario for SOLines and then import it using an import scenario? Where can I find detailed information about export scenarios — in forums or documentation? Thanks in advance.
