Solved

We have recently launched with Acumatica and we are using the Acumatica Shipping tool. I have no problems connecting UPS and Acumatica from my laptop. I can create shipment, send data to UPS and bring it back in and confirm shipment all the time.  Our warehouse uses the network version of WorldShip as it is on many machines. While I can send Data to WorldShip,, when I try to bring it back into Acumatica, it doesn’t write the data,  Anyone else have this issue?

Hi Community, please assist. I have setup an Import scenario to import vendor payment details into the system, However upon import, it imports the first Record and gives me an error for all other records. I have checked the formatting on my file and i think its ok. There is no difference between the first  record and all other records. PLease assit. What is it that i am missing

I’m trying to create a GI (for a dashboard) that lists Inventory Transfers that have not been received. I’ve used my imagination and looked at tables in the DAC browser, but haven’t found what I’m looking for. Anyone have something to share? :)

I have a GI that has several calculated fields. I need to take the qty on hand from one Warehouse and add it to the qty on hand form another to show total qty on hand.I tried grouping by inventory ID however this causes issues in my calculated fields.Example Error: “Column 'INSiteStatus.QtySOBackOrdered' is invalid in the select list because it is not contained in either an aggregate function or the GROUP BY clause.”

I have a GI that uses the Soline table. There are a couple of custom fields basically some boolean values I would like to update. Is there an easy way to add them to the mass update list?

Hello, is there a document I can find to explain what these two fields are capturing/mean? Last Outgoing Activity Last Incoming ActivityI have an assumption but just want to be sure. Thanks!

Hello,      In help doc before 2021R2, like in 2021R1 below. We are having a section called “implementing inventory” and it gave out the guide to do inventory migration.      However, after 2021 R2, like the recent 2023 R1, this section was deleted, and can not be found anymore.  Why, is the inventory migration way be changed?           Please advise.

How can I update multiple  cost codes by modifying existing values? I am trying to change the description and numbering sequence of cost codes. When I import, new values are added. How to I import and modify the existing cost coded without manually editing over 2000 cost codes and descriptions. Thank you.

Hi Acumatica Support,Seeking your assistance to view or assess this kind of error. The issue occurs when the new user is created.  Upon checking on the databae, there is no duplicate user.Thank you!

I am looking at the Issues GI I would like for the Returns to show negatives.  Would someone be able to give me directions on how to make this work.  I am trying to balance our inventory daily and really do not want to have to export it daily and change the numbers to negatives.  This is the balancing that we are doing each day to balance.  BEGINNING INVENTORY, BAL SHEET, April 30 PLUS:  RECEIPTS PLUS/MINUS: ADJUSTMENTS PLUS/MINUS: ISSUES LESS:  COGS NET INVENTORY INVENTORY BALANCE SHEET, May 31

Good afternoon, My team is new to Acumatica and my question here being is, for credit card purchase transactions already pre paid for. How would I post goods receipts without accounting for the cost(s) already paid for. would this be posted at cost or zero cost - i’m curious if received in any manner how would it effect it and what is the correct way to complete this action.

Hello,is there a way to automatically check the “mark for PO” checkbox in a sales order if the entered quantity will result in a negative stock qty? The sales staff tends to forget to check the box every now and then. I am looking for a way to make sure no items from SOs are missing in our POs. thanks for your help.

Looking for a report or GI that would show available inventory for components of a kit. I can’t seem to locate anything like that but it sounds familiar.  Am I missing something or does this not exist? Original question from client: I want a report that shows my available inventory on hand for all the components in a kit, all on one report.

If this looks familiar, I asked a question the other day about this issue.  I resolved everything in that question except for this part, so I am re-asking based on the remaining open issue I am having.I added a column to a selector “typeof(USRBudgetTotalExt2.usrBudgetTotal)”.  The column value is being derived from an extension.  In that extension, I want to execute a BQL query to get a sum of the curyRevisedAmount field from the PMBudget table. My code currently returns a hardcoded amount of 100 just for proof of concept that my selector is working and returning the value for the column based on the extension.Looking good so far!  :-)  This is the code at this point.namespace PX.Objects.PO{    //[PXNonInstantiatedExtension]    public class PO_POLine_ExistingColumn : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.PO.POLine>    {        public static bool IsActive() => true;        #region ProjectID          [PXMergeAttributes(Method = MergeMethod.Append)]        [PXCustomizeSelectorColumns(

Customer wants to build a prototype product using Production Job. Once all the cost accumulated on the Job, what is the best way to transfer it to Fixed Asset? is there any way to transfer Inventory Items to asset register/module?any better way i.e using Project to build the Prototype and Moving to asset register?

I have set up row sets that work on standalone Income Statement, but not sure how to design the row set so it eliminates on consolidated statement. Maybe I need different GL accounts - see below. Entity A - CorrectSale to end customer - $25K COGS for order - $21K Entity B - CorrectInterco sale of $21KConsolidated - No EliminationThe intercompany Sales line should be zero and hidden. The COGS material line should be $13,827 ($34,889 - 21,062) The row sets are set up as follows:Intercompany sales being driven by GL account 40005 COGS Material being driven by COGS account class How do I go about eliminating the interco entries on consolidation. Open to changing row set/GL account/Account classes as necesary but wondering what the best practice is for structuring this.

Hi All,Does anyone have a solution to adding items on the fly to the configuration entry on the Sales Order? I want to add a Non-Stock Item for example, is there a way to do that? I am also looking to change the prices of the child items, however you can not see those prices on the configurator. I know you can change the item total overall but not the child items.

Ill get straight to the point with an example. (Totally made up for simplistic purposes.) Somebody orders ten 6 packs of Peeps. They are $5. Order total $50.We charge them $50. But we are out of 6 packs, so at no extra charge, we send them ten 8 packs.  We process the order as the 6 packs they ordered, But we want to keep the 6 packs at 0 in inventory, and deduct 10 from the  8 packs. Is there a simple way to handle this?

On the Subcontracts screen I want to add a custom column to the Project ID selector. The value will come from the Details tab of the Projects screen (sum of Revised Budget Total)I’ve tried numerous ways to do this.  This is what I am trying at the moment.  I am simply trying to put a dummy string into the custom column as a proof of concept before doing any BQL selects at this point.namespace PX.Objects.PO{    [PXNonInstantiatedExtension]    public sealed class PO_POLine_ExistingColumn : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.PO.POLine>    {        public static bool IsActive() => true;        #region ProjectID            [PXMergeAttributes(Method = MergeMethod.Append)]        [PXCustomizeSelectorColumns(            typeof(POLine.alternateID),            typeof(USRBudgetTotalExt.usrBudgetTotal))]        public int? ProjectID { get; set; }        #endregion    }    public sealed class USRBudgetTotalExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.PO.POLine>    {        public static bool IsActive()
