I would like to display an Acumatica screen - or a wiki page (via the wiki widget the display is unfortunately not so nice) via an embedded page widget in the dashboard. This way I can also include input screens or the calendar boards from the service management as a side panel.Unfortunately, however, the Acumatica menu tree is also visible in the view. Does anyone have a trick how to hide this menu tree, e.g. via the link?

Good day,I have a situation populating an endpoint with custom fields.I created some custom fields, and in my local instance when I go to web service endpoint I extend the endpoint, extend entity of the sales order and when I Populate, I look for the section of Order summary and I find my fields, but in a SaaS instance they are not appearing, and I can’t add them to the endpoint. The first picture is in the local instance and the custom fields: RouteID, Route Nbr, Customer Nbr, appear and are options for me to add into the endpoint, but the second picture is when I try to populate the endpoint in SaaS and the fields do not appear.Everything is published correctly, and the picture of the sales order is in the SaaS itself.Does anyone have any explanations or suggestions?

We have a client that only has Non-stock Items.  They have assigned a non-stock item to a vendor.  However when creating a normal PO, and using the “ADD ITEMS” button on the grid, nothing shows up.This ADD ITEMS button works with inventory items for another client, and narrows the selection to only the items assigned to the vendor.  Why doesn’t it work for non-stock? Am I missing something in the setup?

Good day 🙂,I’m hoping someone is able to help point me in the right direction to fix the following error. I’ve put togehter a GI that shows users how many times a particular product has been short delivered in the last 2 weeks. I’ve managed to put the GI together, and it shows the correct information. However, when you try and apply a filter to the columns that shows the aggregated information, I get the “Object must be of type Int32” error. From past experiences, this means that the data is formatted in the incorrect data type. I have thus tried changing the data type to CInt/CLong/CShort, but still getting the same error. I’ve also tried to use the Schema Field setting to e.g. POLine.LineNbr - that also didn’t help. Initially I had the aggregated field set to OrderQty, and then doing a count on that. I thought that this might be causing the issue, and have since changed it to the OrderNbr column (which seems to be a more logical ‘countable’ column), but the same error occurs. Can an

Hi, Is it possible to change customer in AR documents after saving the document(Ex: AR invoice,credit/debit memo)?Regards

Hi Team,In the 22R1 version, we utilized the SOOrder.CCCardNumber fields in our reports to display Card Number details. However, these fields have been removed in the 23R1 version, leading to an "Invalid column" issue. Is there an alternative solution available? Thanks in advance.

We are trying to schedule (automate) our Request to Requisition to PO process. However, we think the process will need manual intervention to change the Requisition status from On Hold to Open before creating POs. Is there an option to turn off the status of the Requisition automatically being created as On Hold? I can see an option to do this for the creation of the PO, in the Purchase Requisition Preferences screen (checkbox called Create Purchase Order on Hold), but nothing for the Requisitions.Thanks.

We are using attributes/UDFs to track the Install points on a service order - this is a measure of how difficult/time consuming the install will be based on a number of factors. The higher the number the higher the difficulty. This figure is also used to calculate install fees paid out to our installers. I’m trying to use this UDF in a GI to display the install fee (install points x install rate), but receiving the following error: Am I able to use this field to generate a calculation? Do I need to modify the mask on the attribute? Do I need to throw a formatting formula before the attribute field on the Results Grid?

We are exploring the use of Shopify as a gateway to import orders from TikTok Shop into Acumatica. TikTok has finally started developing their own solution for this but it is lightyears behind other social media shopping channels. Does anyone have any experience in this area yet?

Hello,We are running the Salesforce Sync, but suddenly the real time sync has stopped working for BAccounts.I have made sure it’s set to “running” for BAccounts. I have also tried stopping it, and running the “full and failed/missed data” syncs. When I edit or insert a record on Salesforce, I can see the record under the “Salesforce Sync State” screen, with the Status “Modified Externally” and the Operation “Update” and the attempt counter is ZERO!! We need this fixed asap for orders to work right.

I need to correctly know how to reverse a credit memo, the should not have been entered into the system

When I check the reminder box in any activity, event, task, etc.. (See below) Nothing happens.. Is there a business event I need to set up to send a reminder email? Any info or help on this would be very much appreciated :)  Thank you!

Hi All,I wonder if I could reject just one line of an employee time card, instead of the whole card, as there’s only one small error in one line. Anyone happen to know if it’s possible? Thanks!

I’m trying to create a Generic Inquiry in Acumatica for a inventory stock status report. One of the requirements of this report is to show the 12 month rolling avg of the quantity sold for each item. Is there a way to do this in Acumatica? We just need to see the 12mo average quantity sold. I do not see any fields that would provide this information.

I have a few clients working with massive data sets and displaying a lot of data. I have tried splitting the inquiries in two etc, but we are now down to the minimum acceptable amount of data and the system is returning the “failed to get record count” error. My understanding is that the system gets 2 or 3 seconds to get this record count. Can we extend this timer? I need a scalable solution for these companies as they continue to grow (one of them is an acquistion company and they are very agressive in their growth). I’d love to double the time to give them some breathing room. THANK YOU!

Hello, I’m trying to create a GI that only shows orders that have specific items included. The items are all inventory items that start with 6. Here are some logical examples: If an order has several items 60001 60002 This order should be included in the GI If an order has several items 60001 10001 This order should NOT be included in the GI If an order has only one item 60001 This order should be included in the GI.  Does anyone have an idea on where I should start? Thanks!

Hello EveryoneAs the title says I am trying to create an import scenario that updates existing lines in a grid, if the record on the file is not found, then it creates the line. I am particularly trying to accomplish this on Sales Prices Screen. Here is how I have my import scenario mapped so far: This works fine for updating existing records, but it does not work there is not already a record there for the Price Code/Inventory ID.Any and all help here would be greatly appreciated!!Thanks

I’d like to understand how sales is designed to interact with service order. So, there is Require Appointment option in the sales line, according to Help it is a check box that indicates (if selected) that services need to be performed for the stock item. So, we mark the above option when we want stock item/equipment that is sold to be “serviced/installed” while there could be other items are not marked as require appointment but shipped straight away.In the created service order, this item appears. But, where is the service item supposed to be added that will be used to bill customer as per actual duration? Is that in the service order? If so, when SO invoice is created after completing the appointment (the order type is configured to create SO invoice), can we combine this invoice with invoice created via shipment for other items from the original sales order? I can’t seem to be able to do this, maybe I missed something. Also, if the service is initially quoted say 5 hrs of installatio

Hi,In the Projects screen, a client is wanting to have the description field from the Tasks tab to be copied across to the ‘Task Description’ custom field in the Revenue and Cost Budget tabs. I have code set up from a previous request that copied over the Task ID column to these tabs, so I am just needing to add some additional logic to this code, but I am not sure how to achieve this. The comments in the code starting with ‘ATTEMPT:’ show where I was adding in the logic to try and achieve this. It publishes without any issues, but then when I try it out in the Projects screen, I get the error shown in the image below about an incorrect extension being requested. What would you recommend for my next attempt? Kind regards,Andrew protected void PMTask_UsrLineCtr_FieldUpdated(PXCache cache, PXFieldUpdatedEventArgs e) { var row = (PMTask)e.Row; PMTaskExt rowExt = row.GetExtension<PMTaskExt>(); // ATTEMPT: Grabbing the DAC extension for the PMRevenueBudget and PMCost

Some api frameworks have the ability to query and get a full list of the api endpoints. Does Acumatica have such a command? The reason I ask is because I’m having a little trouble with the endpoint references on the platform and some of the linked endpoints. For example, I want to expand the Purchase Order to get the Shipping Address, but I don’t know the endpoints in the tree aren’t working. See below. Thanks,

Hi, A client has found that an item in the Prepare Replenishment query is showing no value for the Qty to Process screen, but it looks like it should be showing a value since a customer has ordered 2 of this item and the client only has 1 of these in stock. Is this query result incorrect or can you see a reason why the Qty to Process column is set to 0? Kind regards,Andrew

Hello Everyone,I am reaching out to understand what is allowed as naming convention typically in any field within Acumatica? I see some allows hypen/dash and some doesnt. Does Acumatica alphanumeric characters allow special characters? For Tax ID we are looking for a three segmented approach to be able to identify what they are when someone looks at the code. Example : ON-HSThttps://help.acumatica.com/(W(16))/Wiki/ShowWiki.aspx?pageid=692e30c9-e0af-4aa3-b0f6-f3ba190d257a Thanks,Hari
