Solved

Hi community, I’m trying to find a way to create a user on Acumatica using a Client REST API but I don’t find an endpoint for Users. I had an idea to created a generic inquiry pulling the SM.User table that contains all the user fields and information such as login, password, employee associated to the login credentials, etc. and created an Endpoint in the Web Service to get the information and it works to get the users. But what I’m intending to do is not just get the info, I want to create new users and modify the users information. Is any other way I can do this?  Please see one example of the User Generic Inquiry:  This is an example of the Web service endpoint that is connected to the Generic Inquiry.  Latest, See how the if I use Postman to get the information, it works to pull data, but I want to find the way to push data to create or update.  Thanks in advance for all your responses.

Is this tutorial still relevant? Are there any workarounds? This screenshot is from the article This is the warning I’m seeing on 2023R1 Thank you!

I have a group of bills in the system that all have the wrong due date.  They are pending approval.  Is there a way to select this group of bills and change the due date across them?  At the moment I have to open each invoice, put it back on hold, edit the due date, save the bill, and then send it on for approval. These bills have been generated through the holdback release process of the construction module.  The system seems to be taking the vendor terms and the invoice date to select a due date.  But, for these bills we have a separate due date that is 55 days after completion of work. This process often generates groups of dozens of bills at a time and it takes a lot of time to change it one manually. Thanks in advance.

hello community,How can i display the below highlighted fields in a report? As  “Income Totals: 9,997,604.39”

There is no ‘ship date’ field in the Purchase Order. When submitting PO to vendor how do they know when the desired (RSD) requested ship date is? There is Promise date but that date is when we expect to receive the goods from the vendor and we don’t want to include that on the PO for fear of them using that as their ship date.Coming from SAP and Oracle worlds, I’m surprised there is no ship date on a PO and am curious what the community is doing over come this issue.  Look forward to feedback.  Thanks.

Trying to modify the project P&L by month but when i look up the report in report designer - this report number is not showing - anyone know why? I’m obviously doing something wrong.

I have a report that I’m using check boxes to ask the user to include data.  It’s timing out because the dataset is large, however, if I can make my subreports conditional it will reduce processing time. The subreports are located in the “detailSection” and are set to “WhilePrint” and Visible = False with a VisibleExpr of “=[@IncludeThis] = True “ If @IncludeThis <> True I want to exclude the subreport from running at all.
