Hi,
We have a client that we installed the PDF Annotator for 2022 R2 in A/P under Bills & Adjustmenys. I published the customization and setup the security. However, the side panel shows but then quickly disappears and does not stay. What am I doing wrong? Here are my security settings. Am I missing something? Let me know.

When the user creates the project for the Adobe API make sure they enter the Acumatica instance like below. It seemed to work for me. Let me know your results or if you have questions.
