It appears that your business event notification is missing the proper data for the “from” field and the “to” field which is throwing the “1 subscriber was not processed error”.  Can you post screenshots of your business event notification for this?

Go to Business Events form Business Events.  Then click on the specific business event that is at the root issue of this post.  Then share screenshots of the “trigger conditions” screen. Then click on “subscribers”.  In that screen you should have an “email notifications” type.  Click on the “email notification” which should open the email template and take a screenshot of that as well.

Cheers,

Jin

Hi @nasirh85

Please check all the fields mentioned in the GI has been present in the Notification or not.

Troubleshoot steps.

  1. Clear the email and put only subject and text as “ Test” and verify the trigger
  2. If an email is triggering then we need to reverify the notification template data field mapping.

@nasirh85 There must be something to do with the Email Notification missing a required field. Do you use Dynamic fields for From and To Address on your Email Template?

I would suggest to hardcode from and to email to some random emails.

Like abc@abc.com instead of dynamic fields and see if that helps.
