Hi there,Let’s say that I am creating a picking worksheet record. On the Create Pick List screen I specify the max number of pickers is 1 and create a picking worksheet transaction. After I create a picking worksheet record I realize that I would like to have 2 pickers rather than 1 for this particular worksheet. Can I add a picker to the pickers tab of the Picking Worksheets screen after the worksheet has been created OOTB? Either this is should be customized? Thanks in advance!

I am trying to set up a consolidation unit in the GL in the F300 training.  The consolidation unit is on a separate tenant from the consolidation company but on the same instance. My Acumatica version is 2023 R1.The company name is AZ_Subsidiary.  From what I’ve read, this should also be the Tenant ID.However, the system throws an error (actually multiple errors) when trying to synchronize the subsidiary ledger to the parent ledger. Looking at the trace log, the first error thrown is “Unable to connect to the remote server.  So I’m assuming the main problem is an incorrect URL.From what I’ve found on the web, the core tenant URL should be:https://MyDomain.net/MyInstance/AZ_Subsidiarywhere “MyDomain.net/MyInstance” is the public URL for the instance and “AZ_Subsidiary” is the Tenant ID.But it’s not working.  So I’ve also tried:https://MyDomain.net https://MyDomain.net/MyInstance (i.e. the public URL for the instance without the tenant ID) All of the above with http: ~/AZ_Subsidiary ~I’ve

Hello,I have a scenario where I have a user defined field on the Vendor form to store an email address.  What I would like to do is for an AP Bill and Adjustment that is rejected (not approved) I would like to send an email to 1 of 2 possible email addresses that may change based on the vendor being used.  Is it possible to pull the user defined field (the email address) from the Vendor form using a combination of a business event and an email template?  The email would also return details like the document that was rejected, who rejected it, etc.  Thanks.Mike

Community,I am attempting to add the table POOrder to the Journal Transactions for Account report in Report Writer.  The field that I have been asked to pull in is the POOrder.OrderDesc field. My struggle is finding the right way to tie the table in with relationships. This is the current relationship set up: I have looked through the DACs and have not been able to find a way to link the POOrder table to any of these other tables.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this work?Thank you in advance for any help!

When upgrading to a new version of Acumatica, I’ve had to setup a sandbox and test shipments and I’ll encounter this Avalara related error when trying to create an invoice from the Shipments screen SO302000. What has worked to fix this has been changing the Invoice numbering sequence in Acumatica to different sequence so if it’s set to ‘000000’ I’ll update to ‘Test00000’ or something similar.

Hi! I’m using the formula editor on generic inquiry for this formula: =IIf( ([POReceipt.Status] = 'R' And [INRegister.Status] = 'R') And  ([POReceipt.OrderQty] = sum([INRegister.TotalQty])), 'True', 'False' )It validates correctly but when I run it, it returns this error: Column 'POReceipt.Status' is invalid in the select list because it is not contained in either an aggregate function or the GROUP BY clause.Column 'INRegister.Status' is invalid in the select list because it is not contained in either an aggregate function or the GROUP BY clause.Column 'POReceipt.OrderQty' is invalid in the select list because it is not contained in either an aggregate function or the GROUP BY clause. Any ideas how to troubleshoot? Attached is GI and this field has the formula:

Is there a way to send an array of StockItem properties (including Attributes) so I can update more than one StockItem for each PUT operation?  Currently, I’m using the following URL:https://site.com/entity/Default/22.200.001/StockItemThe body that works for a single update consists of just one InventoryID:{    "InventoryID": {        "value": "12-3456"    },    "Attributes": [        {            "AttributeID": {                "value": "Color"            },            "Value": {                "value": ""            }        }    ],    "Content": {},    "PriceClass": {        "value": "TESTCLASS"    },    "custom": {        "ItemSettings": {            "BaseItemWeight": {                "type": "CustomDecimalField",                "value": 2.000000            },            "BaseItemVolume": {                "type": "CustomDecimalField",                "value": 0.000000            }        }    }    }I’ve tried putting an array ([ .. ]) around this one set but I keep getting the follo

HelloI was wondering how I could scrap some Raw Materials from materials already released to Production Order.I know that for Finish Goods it is done in Labor or Move screens via Scrap Qty.But how to proceed scrapping for Raw Materials in order to have actual data and not to make it by BOM - scrap factor? The use case is that our Customer from plastic industry applies for each Production Order some more quantity of raw material than in BOM and at the end of production some of that raw material can turn into waste.I would be grateful for any tipps. Thank you in advance.

I have a number of customers with a contact that has Override set on the contact’s address, and the address itself is blank.  I want to unset the Override value so they inherit the customer address.  I’m trying to create a generic inquiry that looks for contacts that match this, but Contact.OverrideAddress never returns a value, even on records that I know are set.  Looking at the DAC, it says “nonexistent in DB” so I don’t know how to find it.  Where do I search for that override setting?

Is there a way that I can block or disable the changing of the financial period by all users. At the moment you select the date and the period automatically populate but it still allows the user to change the period. It has a warning, but we would like an error like when a period is closed or inactive. We have found some users change the financial period even if they should not. This causes a lot of issues when it comes to reporting.
