Hi! Is there a way to automatically release AP check payments as soon as the check is printed? The goal is to prevent fraud. My client is concerned anyone can just reprint checks because Acumatica gives you this ability on the Release Payments screen. I’m wondering if there is dedicated functionality for this. I’m aware you can use access rights and business events but I just wanted to double check.

Hello all hope your summer is going well. 🌞Does anyone know why the PX.Objects.IN.InventoryItem dac does not show up in dacBrowser?https://help.acumatica.com/dacBrowser!-->

We are seeing the below error message with our Sales Tax (Prepare) issue and we don't see any tax reporting at all. This is the first time we run Sales tax reporting as the customer went live in Acumatica in April 2024During testing we were able to run sales tax reporting. What issues can I review to fix this?

Hello All, I have created a class Extension to override a methd and then I want to call that class extension in a graph extension that I am overriding an action of the graph.Here is my Graph Ext:using System.Collections;using PX.Data;using PX.Objects.EP;namespace MyProject{ public class MyTimeCardMaintExt : PXGraphExtension<TimeCardMaint> { public static bool IsActive() => true; public MyEmployeeCostEngineExt MyEmployeeCostEngine; public delegate IEnumerable ReleaseDelegate(PXAdapter adapter); [PXOverride] [PXButton] public virtual IEnumerable Release(PXAdapter adapter, ReleaseDelegate baseMethod) { // Do some stuff return baseMethod?.Invoke(adapter); } }}and here is my Class Ext:using System;using PX.Data;using PX.Objects.EP;namespace MyProject{ public class MyEmployeeCostEngineExt : EmployeeCostEngine { public MyEmployeeCostEngineExt(PXGraph graph) : base(graph) { } public static bool IsActive

I am encountering a warning message with the following content. Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? PX1076"Warning"This code calls Acumatica internal API marked with PXInternalUseOnlyAttribute which is not intended for public use.  CustomerSchemaDetails details = SalesPersons.Search<CustomerSchemaDetails.sourceField>(SchemaConstants.LocationID);   if (details?.IsActive == false)     {          details.IsActive = true; // am getting warning in this line number          SalesPersons.Cache.Update(details);     }     Thank you in advance.

If a grid column is added within code, is there a way to get its column position to persist after a user moves it - like any other grid column? I'm adding the column to the grid in the Page_Load event in a graph extension, but it doesn't seem to magically know what position it was moved like the others because it is being added each time. Could there be a setting I'm missing, or would I have to roll my own position persistence to get this to work?

All, I have a pretty rudimentary GI. I need to filter values with a check box. So I created a parameter and then a condition. Essentially, if the check box is checked I need this to be true:[SOLine.ReasonCode]<>'PENDING'If the SOLine.ReasonCode = ‘PENDING’, then do not display those pending orders in the results.This is what I have. When I click the No Pending check box, all records disappear. I’m not sure where to include the [SOLine.ReasonCode]<>'PENDING'

I am trying to get the values in the address column of my grid to plot point in google maps using the javascript api. I’ve seen other posts about using px_alls[“gridid”] to get the data but I can’t get it to read the items property when I do px_all[“grid”].rows.items even though there is a row with data in my grid. This is the code:var map;async function initMap() {    const center = { lat: 32.86, lng: -80.02 };    const { Map } = await google.maps.importLibrary("maps");    const { AdvancedMarkerElement } = await google.maps.importLibrary("marker");    const { Geocoder } = await google.maps.importLibrary("geocoding");    /* the map */    map = new Map(document.getElementById("map"), {        zoom: 10,        center: center,        mapId: "DEMO_MAP_ID",    });    /* get addresses from Acumatica field */    var addresses = px_alls["grid"];    /*var addressesToPlot = "Robisonia, PA;

Hello all,I have been trying to create a new branch but whenever I try to save it, throws the following error: TraceHow can I resolve this issue?

When I create a FeaturesSetExt to introduce a new Feature Flag, the new Field on the database is initialized with NULL.Even though I set the PXDefault to false (I know this is redundant), I have trouble activating other Features, if my new feature was not activated and is still NULL, I always get the error “’MyFeature’ cannot be empty”. public sealed class FeaturesSetExt : PXCacheExtension<FeaturesSet> { public static bool IsActive() => true; #region UsrMyFeature [PXDefault(false, PersistingCheck = PXPersistingCheck.Nothing)] [Feature(false, typeof(FeaturesSet.subAccount), DisplayName = "UsrMyFeature" )] public bool? UsrMyFeature{ get; set; } public abstract class usrMyFeature: BqlBool.Field<usrMyFeature> { } #endregion }I solved it by adding an SQL UPDATE script to my customization that initializes the field with False. But it doesn’t look like the best solution.Do you have ideas on how to solve this?

I looked through the web service endpoints and I can’t find any to get the Campaign ID when given a campaign name.  Is there a way to get that through and endpoint?

How is Device Hub supposed to work?  I’m very confused with the community posts and help files.Scenario:I have a custom form.  I have set the form to print to my device hub printer in user profile.  When I run the report to preview and then click Print, should the form automatically print to the device hub printer?

Hello Team, Does anyone have any idea about how to create one invoice by using multiple appointments?Please advice.  Thank you!

We are getting the following error when we go to create a shipment for an order. I checked in the order processing screen and directly on the sales order and in both cases this error occurs, in the processing window the order does not even show up as an option to process. All items are unallocated, but I tried it with the allocation box checked as well. All the different date fields on the order are set to a past date. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Hello Community.  Here’s my challenge to be solved:Equipment already exists (FS205000)  When importing the equipment, Component records automatically added per the model equipment configuration I need to update the components with Inventory ID and Serial numberI get an error because the import is trying to create new records and you can have only one per component ID.  My import scenario references the line number and the component id but still doesn’t update that row.What am I missing?Thank you

Hello, I am wondering if Acumatica’s add-in for Outlook will work on the Office 365 web base. Has anyone been able to install Acumatica’s add-in on Office 365 Web?

Has anyone had an issue with acumatica pulling all the info from UPS back into the shipment with the shipping integration tool?  I’ve noticed that when I get a shipment that has at least 10 boxes/packages, it won’t pull all the tracking numbers back into acumatica and the shipping cost has to be adjusted as well because its only pulling the cost of the boxes pulled back into the shipment in acumatica.

We have some PO’s generating from a 3rd party system. With Autonumbering off I can create a PO with API and use the 3rd party PO num. We also need to create some PO’s manually, but want to use different prefixes. Is there any way to have autonumbering on for 1 prefix but not the other?  Is there a better way to solve for this? Thank you
