Hello @manikantad18 , we dont have any customizations. Also, regarding restarting the application does it mean to restart the IIS? or what?

Hello @manikantad18 , it still throws the same error. The thing is we recently upgraded it from 2022R2 to 2024R1.


The table changed in the Upgrade,

Can you help me with the screenshot of Branch what you are creating.


 

There’s only one company & we already have 6 branches created, and now after upgrade only it is triggering this error.


Turn on the Canadian Localization in Enable/Disable features screen, then in the company settings set the localization to NONE. This will get fixed.
