We are seeing the below error message with our Sales Tax (Prepare) issue and we don't see any tax reporting at all. This is the first time we run Sales tax reporting as the customer went live in Acumatica in April 2024
During testing we were able to run sales tax reporting.
What issues can I review to fix this?

Hi guys - I did see my issue. I didn’t have the details of the Report Lines in the Reporting Groups details.
Once adding the detail, and preparing the taxes again. It worked fine:)
Hi, have you checked any transaction during this period to see what tax is used, and then have a look Tax ID setting?
