I want to make sure I am not crazy. Is the Outlook Plug-in available out of the box for Acumatica. I started working for a new business; they don’t have the plug-in activated on the license console. The VAR is tell me that I have to purchase it..
Has something changed. We have Advanced Manufacturing. 2022R2. We are moving to 2023R2 shortly.

Here is a page from Acumatica Licensing Guide showing that Outlook Add-in is available (may be purchased) but is not marked green for included.
I’m showing General Business Edition of Acumatica. Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, and Distrubutions look exactly the same, for the Outlook Plug-in.

+15As unreliably as it functions, it SHOULDN'T be extra.

It was part of the out of box Acumatica when you purchased in prior versions.
