I have a billing rule that is just Project Budget Unit Price * Billable Quantity. The Unit Price on the Project = 213.75Whenever the quantity to bill does not end in .00 hours, the Unit Price on the Invoice is calculated to some other value.  There is no currency involved.  What would be causing this? Thank you in advance for your comments!

Hi,We are dealing with a very large and complex GI that includes massive data, which is causing timeout issues even after applying filters. Is there a way to increase the server timeout, or are there other solutions you recommend for handling such GIs with large volumes of data? ErrorThanks,Prasad

Is it possible to set up a customer which has multiple locations for shipping and not assign any as the default? The intent is to have sales orders for that customer not prepopulate with any location on order creation - a sort of indicator that the customer has multiple locations and care should be taken that the correct location is selected. We would still want to have customers with a default location selected to have that location populate for expediency.Thank you for any insight you can provide,

I need to make a copy of an existing screen in Acumatica, and I’m looking for a way to do it that will allow the screen to follow through with an upgrade without breaking.I followed the instructions in this topic: Is it possible to copy existing screens? | Community .  That worked, but when we did an upgrade, the copied files were lost.  Also, that method requires direct access to the server.I know you can make a new screen in a customization, but I am not sure the correct way to use that to make a copy of an existing screen to then customize.  I would appreciate if someone could provide the steps to make a copy of an existing screen in a customization that could be published even after an application upgrade.  For example, I would like to copy and customize the service order screen FS300100.

I have a problem with this action when clicking on convert project. This is what I want. When I click "Convert to Project," the highlighted fields should be checked by default. I added this change, but it doesn't work. When I trace through code, I see that the fields are checked, but when I finish tracing and view the dashboard, they're still unchecked. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. My code:namespace PX.Objects.PM{    // Acuminator disable once PX1016 ExtensionDoesNotDeclareIsActiveMethod extension should be constantly active    public class PMQuoteMaint_Extension : PXGraphExtension<PX.Objects.PM.PMQuoteMaint>    {        #region Event Handlers        public delegate Boolean ValidateQuoteBeforeConvertToProjectDelegate(PMQuote row, ref Int32 productErrorsCount);        [PXOverride]        public Boolean ValidateQuoteBeforeConvertToProject(PMQuote row, ref Int32 productErrorsCount, ValidateQuoteBeforeConvertToProjectDelegate baseMethod)        {            if (Base.ConvertQuo

Hi everyone,I’m trying to update the Shipping Rule field (ShipComplete) for each Sales Order line (SOLine) in Acumatica. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Mass Update through Generic Inquiry: I created a GI including the ShipComplete field and enabled Mass Update. However, the update doesn’t seem to apply to the records. Import Scenario: I created an import scenario mapped to the Sales Orders (SO301000) screen. When I use LineNbr = -1 (Deactivated), it only updates the first line of the sales order. If I activate LineNbr, It is giving error as Unit Conversion is missing. My goal is to update the Shipping Rule for each SOLine (e.g., set “Back Order Allowed”) without manually editing each order.Has anyone successfully updated line-level fields in SOLine via Import Scenario or found a working approach?Do I need to use a different matching field or configuration to get each line updated correctly?Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

HelloWhen a file is uploaded as an attachment, is there a way to get a warning if the file being uploaded has the same name as one already in the file list? If I upload another file with the same same as below, it will just overwrite the file, while getting rid of the previous file.

Good day,I know it is probably something simple.  I am reusing the ACU AP import scenarios.  The error is the Document Out of Balance.  It is not.  I have used this before but this issue is new to me.  Attached is the XML.  Is there a new Balance Check box that needs to be unchecked?  The more try things the more confused I get.Any suggestions.  Thank you.  @grillevan

For Service Orders that are open I am trying to pull the next scheduled Start Date [ScheduledDateTimeBegin] for the earliest upcoming appointment.  I was able to create a GI that pulls the open services orders for a specific type.  I set the parameters so it does not pull any appointments that are completed only appointments with the status of in process or Not started.  I am stuck because the service order might have 6 appointments listed.  For example it might show several appointments for the same service order SO018443 has 8 open appointments.  I want the GI to only pull the one with the earliest next scheduled start date it would be appointment SO018443-2 which has a scheduled Start date of 10/20/25.   At first I was attempting to use the date in a formula but I hit a wall there. I thought I could use the appointment# but that’s a character type so I can’t use any math formulas and then I thought about using right( String, length) because it would the one with the lowest -XX but w

Is it possible to record a bill payment in Company A that is automatically recorded as an Invoice Payment Received in Company B?We have multiple companies and Company A is constantly buying from Company B, Company C, Company D, etc. It would simplify matters significantly if when we pay the bill in Company A, the invoice in the relevant company is also marked as paid. Thoughts?

Has anyone had success importing project template tasks? My client has about 500. Any tips are appreciated. :)

Good day, We are trying to recreate the Expense Receipts EP301010, where the list has a Filter for Employee ID or Claimed by ID, like it does under the system screen, but on a GI, the table EP.EPExpenseClaimDetails which tehcnically has all we need to create the GI does not work with the @ME under the EP.EPExpenseClaimDetails.EmployeeID, the report does not filter by the @ME, do you guys have any idea why is not working?

hi,I'd like to create a report for incentives for sales staff.it need to be by supplier & specific products with product ID,Description,Cost & sell for each salesperson.Any assistance will be appreciated

Hi everyone, I’m implementing Requisitions / Purchasing and have run into a problem due to the following requirement: PO receipt needs to have a net 0.00 impact on the GL, because COGS/expense needs to wait until the AP bill is created. But also need subaccount to be editible on the AP bill.  My solution was to put the same account as both PO Accrual and COGS on the non-stock item, so receipt is a wash. If I use the expense account for both, it shows up on the AP bill. But the subaccount is not editable on AP bill if the line is from a receipt. I see the reason for this because the AP bill should always debit the credited account/sub from receipt, but in this case the receipt already offsets itself.  I believe the simplest workaround is to skip receiving since these are non-stock items, but I’ve been told that is not a viable option from their process perspective. Would love to hear any ideas! Thanks!

Has anyone gotten this error before? I am trying to update standard cost on a local version of acumatica. i have unpublished all customizations, restarted it, and restarted the computer but i keep getting this error. Good day. How do we freeze Inventory module in Acumatica 2021 R2 for stock take purpose?

What functionality should I expect from the ShipStation integration? I’ve installed the customization, connected both systems within ShipStation, and started configuring ShipStation in Acumatica. However, I’m struggling to get orders to sync to ShipStation. What needs to be set up in Ship Via? Is a carrier required? I’ve reviewed the user guide from ShipStation but still can’t get the orders to sync. Additionally, will the "Shop for Rates" feature be available with this integration? I haven’t been able to find any clear resources on this—can you help?

Hi everyone, We recently upgraded our system to 2025 R1 a few days ago. I’ve encountered an issue when searching for invoices that have associated credit memos. The search results only display the RM (credit memo) and do not show the original invoice document. I’m not sure if this a bug or not. Can anyone try on your system and leave me a command. Thank you. invoice without credit memo: invoice with credit memo:
