Device Hub Error RestApi Put

Hi:

I am working with the Device Hub configuration and got this error today in the Server, RestApi Put.

Have anyone seen this issue or have an idea of what it can be?

@ehernandez Could you please provide error screenshot on this? Also Is this happening after Upgrade ? Did you Upgraded the Device hub to latest version?

Is this initial device hub configuration? Has device hub been running fine before this? If so, did you just get a system update?

It did work fine in QA, is just in the live tenant that is having issues.

It looks like there is a just an issue with your devices in Acumatica. If you go into the printers/scanners screens in Acumatica and click these “update” buttons, does it resolve your issue?

This is the exact moment where it shows the error that I post and sadly it doesn't update the printers. Thanks for the feedback!

Can you share your Device Hub settings for the printers? Does the printer name match the printer name in Acumatica?

OK, have you tried deleting the printers from the printers screen, saving, and then click “update printer list” to have them regenerate?

Device hub is pointed to the correct tenant?

@ehernandez Did you upgrade recently? I got this issue and it resolved when we upgraded the Device hub to match the current production instance version and Build.

@mohammadnawaz51 Download the Acumatica version that matches the production environment and restart Device Hub to ensure it works
