Hi everyone,I'm looking for a way to audit a specific user's activity in Acumatica. Ideally, I want to view a detailed history or trail that includes all screens the user interacted with and any changes they made across the system (such as record updates, document edits, field-level changes, etc.).Is there a Generic Inquiry or report that provides this kind of audit trail? Or is there a recommended approach or customization to capture this level of detail?I’m using 2024R1

Does anyone have experience accessing the following internal field while importing?CurrentDocument.CuryUnbilledOrderTotalI need access to it because I want to remove a cancelled order line, get the new unbilled $ amount, and then enter that number into the “applied to order”I BELIEVE I can’t simply do math on what I am removing, as there’s an external tax calculation that needs to happen after removing the line and saving the order  

Acumatica markets its software as being sold based on the number of transactions the customer performs. The Additional Sorting condition does not seem to be working.  To explain further, here is the sorting/ grouping done in the report designer. However, when we tried to use the ‘Sales Order.Sched. Shipment’ in the Additional Sort and Filters: Additional Sorting Condition which doesn’t seem to be working. I even tried to output the Sched. Shipment Date in the report itself. I hope you can help Identify what I am doing wrong. I have attached the actual report just in case you may want to take a deep dive on the report. We have several assets with NBV of $0.00 and beyond the end of Useful Life, but the status of the asset is still Active, while the status on the Balance tab shows Fully Depreciated. See below: How do we get the statuses to synch up? This is not the case with all assets with no NBV.Thanks.

Hi, we are in the situation where we often have 1 quoted amount for multiple items. We are not provided per item pricing and some items are not in our inventory.Items are typically shipped over time, so we are receiving incrementally.We have need to track the quantities with descriptions, so we’ve set up non-stock “quoted lot” for items not currently in inventory, and use stock part numbers if existing. These are on the PO at zero cost. We have found that when received, the line items with $0 cost are not flowing into the project cost code transactions. How do we pass this info to the project without requiring a cost to be received on the PO? 

Sales Orders screen has Inventory’s availability calculation on the screen’s bottom part. How can I add that line of On Hand, Available, Available for Shipping and Allocated values on another Acumatica screen where again a Stock Items are visible?  I need to add it on Purchase Orders screen. Would I need to create an extension or only editing the Screen Editor would be enough?

I want to prevent a custom page from loading based on a condition.  For example, I want to put an expiration date on my custom application.  When the application date has expired, I want to prevent the page from being accessed.  I’m trying to roll my own security on my custom app.I found documentation that used this scenario:public static bool IsActive() => PXAccess.FeatureInstalled<FeaturesSet.someFeature>();If I put public static bool IsActive() => false; in my graph, should that prevent the page from loading?  It doesn’t seem to have any effect.If that is not the way to do it, does anyone know how?   

For the tariffs in Acumatica, we are looking at using a document discount (with the discount % being input as a negative).  We are wanting the sales order line discounts to post to one GL account and the discount used for the tariff to post to different account.  What is the proper way of setting this up in Acumatica?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to manually trigger a Shipment document to sync to ShipStation? Our client has configured the ShipStation integration to only sync Shipments with certain Ship Via codes to ShipStation. However, sometimes orders are placed and the Shipment document is created with the wrong codes, so they don’t get synced to ShipStation.Is it possible after changing the Ship Via on the Shipment document to trigger the integration to sync the revised Shipment to ShipStation?

Getting this error while confirming the shipment.FEDEX: PACKAGINGTYPE.MISSING.OR.INVALID Packaging type missing or invalid. This looks like error dude to FedEx configuration.

Hello,I have a customer who is using DRP and Kit Assembly to plan out what needs to be assembled for Sales Orders that drop in each week. One example is the Kit Assembly pictured below:Even though this Kit Assembly has been created, DRP is not considering it in the Inventory Planning calculations. The customer is understandably concerned because they don’t want to create unneeded inventory by creating new Kit Assemblies every day, as Inventory Planning Display is suggesting:The Kit Assembly is On Hold, but that is taken care of in Inventory Planning Preferences:I have exhausted what I suspect could be the issue including the following:Kit Assembly and Distribution Requirements Planning are both enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form The Stock Item has the “Is a kit” box checked The Kit Specification is Active The General tab on the Stock Item has a Planning Method of DRP The Inventory Planning tab on the Stock Item has “Kit Assembly” as the Source The PACKAGING Warehous

I want to join the tables together to have the following information: Customer | Project | Type Activities 1 customer can have multiple projects, and 1 project can have multiple activities. Activities are associated with both Customer and Project.  That means my table Activities must contain 2 primary keys, the customer ID and the project ID.  I found the CRPMTimeActivity DAG table that meets the conditions, but I can only see it in the generic inquiry and not in the database.The report I constructed is based on a complex logic involving three tables: Activity, Project (PMProject), and BAccount, so I need to process data in SQL Server before uploading it into Acumatica to create a new DAC. I just saw CRActivity, but in this one, I didn’t have a Project ID, so it caused duplication when I tried to join the project table (PMProject) with CRActivity. Because CRActivity has no ProjectID (ContractID).  Does it have any other name to call in the database or what can I do or will you update i

 Has anyone used IN or BelongsTo?  I’ve tried both in this format and returning no results.     

We have modified the Project WIP Detail Report to 1. be less information and 2. to have the Period Costs linked to the Project Transaction Details page that when clicked on, will bring up the transactions associated with the Cost Code. However, it does not filter them the same period as the report and instead, just provides us with all the transactions within that cost code. Is there a way to add a filter within Report Designer to make it so this hyperlink shows only the transactions that are being referenced in the report for the period selected?Thanks! 

Is it possible to rename a web service endpoint without recreating it?I attempted to export the endpoint in a customization, modify the name in the XML, and upload the customization, but the customization screen errors on upload with “Error during file upload: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” Any suggestions?

I updated our current pricing in through a sales price worksheet.  When creating a sales order the price is correct however, when we create an opportunity the pricing is not updated.  How can we resolve?

Hi,I have added user-defined fields to the Sales Order (SO) screen. In our client’s business process, user create BL order type Sales Orders, and if the user enters values into these user-defined fields, they should be copied to the child orders linked to the BL order without duplicating the data insert work. Kindly help me to fullful this requirement.Thanks/Prasad

is there a PO line limit in Acumatica, as i wanted to add thousand lines in there.

Hi everyone,I have item1 at location A and B.A has 100 pcs. It is the primary location and where most orders are picked from.B has 1000 pcs. B is considered a overflow location, but sales are also allowed from this location.If I get a big order for 1000 of these pcs, could Acumatica just tell me to take 1000 pcs from B and 0 from A. What it wants to do now is take 100 from A and 900 from B. Then we would need to transfer the remaining 100 to A to maintain primary location stock.

I have had some email accounts set up in the system for a while using OAuth with each email account using its own external application connecting the Acumatica instance to our Entra ID tenant. Soon we will need to set up business events to send email notifications out to users and so far they haven’t been sending the emails out. I’m not sure if it’s my email account configuration or my business event/automation schedule configuration. The only thing I’m not sure of that could be causing a problem on the email side is that I wasn’t sure if I needed to sign into the external applications using a 365 global admin account or a 365 user account and the same for signing into the email accounts.
