Hi, i want to create a request but the while i try to select one of the chart of account and subaccount form on of my item request, there’s no option to selected the COA and Subaccount. I already import the COA and also create the Subaccount. There’s any step that i miss while i config?

Please look at the GL Accounts tab in Request Classes screen, for class = CISDI EMPL.
GL Account settings may be limited: set to NONE (so that Accounting or Procurement must assign the Account/Subaccount at a later step), or it may be defaulted from Employee screen, Department screen, or from the Request Class settings.
