Create Shipment import scenario was working in 23R1 but gets an error in 24R1. The error message is “Another process has added the 'SOShipmentCarrierData' record. Your changes will be lost.” The Add Order function works in the UI but I have tried everything to get an import scenario to work to no avail. Here is what my current scenario looks like: Any Ideas would be appreciated.

After pushing images from acumatica to Shopify, I deleted the image in shopify to test a re-sync. It failed to push out the image and gives me the following.   After that I can’t get the images to resynch correctly even with a full prepare and process. It there a way correct this? also how are others managing multiple images with matrix items and variants? 

When trying to hit the ‘+’ button on Vendors screen, a pop-up with following error message comes up:Error: [DiscTakenSubID] '00000 ' cannot be found in the system. I’m currently upgrading to 21r2. I have a business need for a warehouse restocking report. This is different than a replenishment or purchasing report.My goal is to make it so a warehouse picker never arrives at an empty Default Issue From location because it’s already been refilled by restocker. FIFO must be factored, when applicable.Consider an example Inventory ID `12345` that is Lot Tracked with a FIFO issue method. After getting our hands on AP Documents from PDFs: Detail Mapping, we may have made some small progress with the OCR on our invoices.  However, we are stuck on one quirk. Regarding detail lines:When we are in the mapping mode, we can not select part of a column.  When we are NOT in mapping mode, we can select part of a column.  None of what we do manually (not mapping) is learned, so we are trying just mapping corrections to the invoices.  We have a great many vendors that combine the item and description in the same column with indentation, perhaps.  Having just caught that ONLY THE HEADER IS LEARNING, which is unreliable for us, should we forget this functionality until the AI is “more globally applied”?  I can not fathom how you AI half of a document/process.  I will also take suggestions as to how I pass that specific piece of information on, diplomatically.  😂I did upvote the request to complete the AI application to the entire process.2024-R2 

Hello,When we have migrated the fixed assets and when we run depreciation for the next first period, system will look at the asset from the acquisition date and calculate any over/under depreciation. Is there any way that we can depreciate asset from the migration date without doing over/under adjustment by the system for the fist period after migration? Simply system needs to run depreciation without considering over/under depreciation adjustments.Thank you,Dulanjana

Hello,We recently started using the Automation (Pick, Pack, and Ship) process in Acumatica. We’ve noticed that it automatically updates the inventory (Update IN) after the shipment is packed. At that point, the shipment record becomes locked, and we’re unable to make any changes if corrections are needed.Is there a setting in Acumatica to disable this automatic inventory update, or is this the system’s standard behavior once a shipment is processed through the automation workflow?Thank you in advance for your guidance.

Hi everyone,I'm currently setting up Authorize.Net sandbox integration in Acumatica (on a local demo environment), and I’m encountering the following error when testing credentials:AR Error: Credit card processing error. Processing Center Error: Exception: E00007: User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values. I followed the setup steps for the Authorize.Net API Plug-in under Processing Centers:All the values were copied directly from the API Credentials & Keys section in my Authorize.Net sandbox account (see screenshots below for reference).I lack any procedural steps or errors in the configuration ? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance

Hello,We use Pick, Pack, and Ship in our warehouse to process packages which ship via UPS.Recently we noticed the declared value on these packages is $0.0.Where does the system look for the value? (It would make sense for it to default from the MSRP field in the stock item.)I cannot find a setting/documentation that helps; Can’t imagine that the system expects it to be entered manually every time. Thanks for your help.

Hi Acumatica Community,We are using the Prepare Physical Count screen (ScreenId=IN504000) to manually generate physical count documents every day. Currently, we use a specific Physical Inventory Type with a predefined list of items and warehouse filter.Our goal is to automate the process by scheduling the system to generate a physical inventory document every day at 2:00 AM, using a specific Type ID.My questions are: Is there a supported way to do this with Automation Schedules, Business Events? Can this be done using a custom import scenario, API, or customization project? Are there best practices or samples from other implementations? Good day communityI need to do a bulk reversal of batches created by FA which can’t be deleted. I have posted all the batches and created an import scenario to reverse. Error message is “Batch Status invalid for processing.” Can anyone help? Thank you 

We have a customization project that creates a SQL view, DAC, and GI But since upgrading from 2021 R2 to 2023 R2 the GI is empty but looking on the SQL server the fields are not empty.I’ve tried to recreate the DAC, GI, and View with no change. Good day,Right now on the RM (Order Type), the Auto Create Checkbox is defaulted to TRUE (Checked).  Is their a preference to change the default to FALSE(Unchecked).  Users need to uncheck the box to process the RMA to bring the item back into inventory.  (We don’t send out replacement items using the RMA process.I appreciate any suggestion.Thank you@Evan G
