HiSubject: All Approvals from the approval map to print on GL batch reportI would like to print all the user who approved a document o appear on the batch report I have joined the EPApproval to the batch table and put this field value =[EPApproval.ApprovedByID_description] The first textbox prints correctly the first approver, so the question is how do i get all the additional approvers to print on the report?

Hi All, I created and released a negative Move transaction in my Production Order accidentally. It has generated a Material transaction as well. Then I created a positive Move transaction hoping I could just reverse them that way, but the cost captured in Materials transaction were different.The Move transactions did not have impact on finished goods inventory. I am running some tests to work with reversing them, but how do I go about reversing these transactions properly? Have an Invoice/Check and Payment record in status reserved with a journal entry attached that has already been fully posted. Is there a way to just fully delete this record from the system?

Hello Community.We are receiving an error when trying to Release an AP Bill with status Under Reclassification. I’ve combed through similarly reported issues in Community, but not finding this exact issue or identifying any resolution. Unfortunately, this is on 23R2 so I am unable to get support from Acumatica until upgrading (within the next few months).No batch is created.We do have one customization that is related to AP Bills, but it is controlled by a switch if on/off. I have turned it off to rule that out.Thank you i advance for anyone who can shed some light on this.  

I am trying to import assets into a new system, I am running 25.1 Build 25.101.0153.4 My import scenario looks like:When testing the import on 6 transactions,  With ‘Break on’ options cleared.  I get the following results: If I make the first transaction in active, the error moves down. I have am not specifiying correctly with the Save function.  What is very curious is I have used this same scenario to import the same data into the Test system.Any ideas?

We are working on an Email Notification Template for SO Invoice approval. We noticed something unusual in Acumatica:From the Receivables module, we can print an AR Invoice even if it is pending approval. From the Sales Orders module, we cannot print a Sales Invoice if it is pending approval.Questions:Is this behavior by design? If so, what is the reasoning behind allowing AR Invoice printing but restricting SO Invoice printing? Is there a configuration or customization option to enable printing for SO Invoices that are pending approval? Has anyone implemented a workaround

Hi Acumatica, My objective is to join the subaccount field on the APTran table to a GI at the APInvoice level. If there are multiple different subaccounts, just join the first one available. The current issue I am having now is that any kind of join between the APTran and APInvoice tables result in addition of rows to the APInvoice generic inquiry. What is the simplest way for me to join the subaccount field from the more granular APTran table onto the less granular APInvoice level without adding rows to the APInvoice? Thank you,

I have a client with 800,000 AR Invoices and 700,000 AP Bills.Their out of the box Generic Inquiries for AR Invoices and Memos and Bills and Adjustments are slow.Times are like 45 seconds to load up all 800,000 AR records.  Similarly AP.   If I filter say to load only open records - 15 seconds.But of concern, once loaded it takes 45 seconds to go to page 2 (page setting is 0).    Likewise 15 seconds for open AR.Some info:  This is MYOB Acumatica.   It runs on AWS on MY SQL database.  Version is 2024.2.What is the Acumatica experience? Does GI performance improve with 2025 releases? Does Microsoft SQL run faster?Please note that i have reviewed the GI’s for performance improvements.   Their is not issues with joins.  There are only 2 tables e.g.  ARInvoice and ARRegisterReport.

I’m trying to produce a PO for a outside process production order, and keep getting the “At Least one item has not been processed” and the PO isn’t created. The trace log doesn’t seem to give any indication of what the error could be or how to solve it. I’ve attached images of the PO and Trace Log for reference. 

How do you record a backcharge on a project where you do not want to affect the total contract value (fixed price contract)?  The ideal way of doing this would be to make the charge against the cost budget instead of the revenue budget but I also need to issue the credit to the client and I have not found a way to link a AR Memo to a Cost Budget task and cost code.  Can that be done and if not does anybody have any suggestions on how to resolve?

Hello everyone, I was hoping to get some help on what may be a rudimentary question. My team and I are mostly new at our company and weren’t around for our Acumatica implementation. Recently we’ve been trying to track down where and when all of our project-specific inventory came from.I can attain the current balance of each project’s inventory but when looking deeper into the transaction details, we’d like to see what invoice/PO/Purchase receipt was originally attached to that item.Does anyone know of or have a pre-existing solution to this problem, or is it a report that I need to build? Good day CommunityI have created a Fixed Asset from the Convert Purchases to Asset option and now need to add an additional amount to the same asset from the same screen.The Receipt dates are different but I need the In-Service-dates to be the same for both amounts so they will depreciate as a single asset.I am not able to do this on the Convert Purchases to Asset screen.Can anyone help please?Many thanks 

We may have multiple opportunities running at the same time for one customer at a time, and I was trying to find a way to create one task to oversee all of those opportunities. I can’t associate more than one Related Entity to a task. I also tried the additional activities tab within the task, to create multiple activities under one parent activity associated with different opportunities, but then multiple tasks still show up in your personal queue. The goal is to have one task/activity show up in your queue, that you would manage several opportunities under. The issue that I’m trying to prevent is having 5 tasks for 5 opportunities, which allows for updates to be missed, or opportunities to be overlooked. 

Hi,I'm running into an issue in Acumatica 2025 R2 (25.200.0248) when trying to print checks from the Payment Batches screen (PR305000). When I click Print Checks, I receive the following error:  This only occurs in 25R2 I verified the same report (PR641010.rpx) in Acumatica version (24.105.0036) — it works without any errors and the report definitions are identical. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions you could provide to help resolve this.Thanks in advance.Premalatha N

I need to ship a Non-Stock Kit from multiple warehouses. Each component is in its own warehouse and I want to ship it directly from that warehouse without transfering it to the other.I am using the Multiple Warehouse feature of 24R2.I have 2 warehouses set up:W1 - Warehouse 1W2 - Warehouse 2Consider a Non-Stock Item Kit (NSK1) with 2 components. The qty avail for each component exists only at its default warehouse.COMP1 - Component 1 w/ default warehouse W1COMP2 - Component 2 w/ default warehouse W2When adding item NSK1 to a Sales Order you must choose a Warehouse. Selecting either W1 or W2 will not allow a Shipment to be created because "There is no stock available at the W1 warehouse for the COMP2 item" (or vice-versa). Batch processing orders to Create Shipments results in the same error in the trace log.Is it possible to ship components of a non-stock kit item from multiple warehouses?

Hey, gang - I put together a business event for a client that triggers an email whenever a Project Quote is approved or rejected.  The client has mentioned that the corresponding email is not being sent for up to 24 hours after the document was approved. I’ve confirmed this below.   The business event triggers based on the Status changing to Approved or Rejected.  The Send and Receive Email process runs every 2 minutes.  The BE is based off of a very simple GI that pulls 4 fields from the PMQuote dac (QuoteNbr, Status, OwnerID, and Subject).    Does this sound like a configuration issue or something I need to escalate as a case?

Hi. I need to add new tab to Daily Field Report document. At this tab must be grid and filter for this grid.Grid must contain “Selector” column, allow Select all (this should trigger the ability to Save the DFR if changed on a record in this grid).There will be no +/- on this grid, it is just showing existing results matching our filters.When we select some lines at this tab, at next tab(new tab) must be fill associated rows from some table. How i can do this?
