When we build Sales Quote our Freight has to be included on a line item and the taxes are one amount. Then when we convert it to a sales order the tax amount changes. Same address and same tax area for sales quote and sales order. Can you elaborate on why the taxes change? Is there a solution to fix this?   

I build this GI like last year. So it was this year I found out that when I multiply AvgCost * QtyOnHand some of the results are off by cents. this is my results 

Hey all    One of the things we do to maintain our customer base is have our customization send the customer’s Acumatica version back to the office so we can track where everyone is.  Does anyone know how to retrieve the site’s patch status in code?  It’s not in the version table, but i figure someone her might know.Thanks!

However, when running npm build, I get an error stating that #grid-LineSplitting does not exist.After investigating, I noticed that SO302000_LineSplitting.html references a shared component: ../../../IN/common/line-splitting/panel-line-splitting/panel-line-splitting.html. I have added custom fields (UsrInDocType and UsrInRefNbr) in FSAppointmentDet to link to INRegister. When I try to delete the related INRegister from a button on FSAppointment using INIssueEntry, I get the following error:"Cannot mark the record as updated because another record with the same key exists in the cache." 

Hello,  I am receiving cash from customers as bank transfers and at that point, I am unable to identify the customer who made the payment. I am required to record the payment for the reconciliation purposes on the same period and on a later date or period, I am required to allocate that payment against the correct customer. Is there any way that I can handle this scenario with Acumatica by maintaining the original payment, allocation and same payment reference?Thank You

I have an e-mail that triggers off a business event that tracks when a project is switched to Active status. I’m using this phrase in the Email Template “To:” line ((PMProject_ownerID!Email)) but it is not picking up the Project Manager we have selected as the OwnerID on the Projects (PM301000) screen. When I use this phrase in the body of the tempolate:  ((PMProject_ownerID_description)) I DO get the correct first and last name of the project manager.  But even using this phrase:  ((PMProject_ownerID_Email)) I still can’t pull the E-mail into the “To:” line. Do I just have the wrong syntax when trying to pull the Email address into the “To:” line??

I’m using the following version 2025 R2 and Build 25.200.0248. What I have to do is to override the character limit of a PXDBLocalizableString field from another DAC but I keep getting errors. Tried doing it the normal way as a DAC MergeMethod.Merge/Replace but I keep getting a Json de-serialization error. It does work, the DB column is set to the characters limit too but there is an error I’m getting when I try opening the Sales/Purchase Orders which error I think is coming from one of our customizations

I’m trying to build a GI report based on INItemSiteHistDay, the end balance of in inventory after a transaction is considered as on hand quantity in the location. A date filter has been added to know a ending balance on the specified date, I have added a condition where INItemSiteHistDay.SDate is less than or equal to a specified date in the filter. The problem is that the report is showing all transactions before the date as shown below.Is there a way to show only the last transaction as on or before the date specified in the filter?

Hi everyone, I am working on a GI and I need it to display the number of days between the Last trans date of an item and current date (Today()), =DateDiff('d', Today(), [INTran.ReleasedDateTime]) gives me the right difference but in negatives as shown in the first screenshot and I need them show as positives.The following formulas are the other attempts I tried but they all gave me totally wrong values as shown in the second screenshot; =Abs(DateDiff('d', Today(), [INTran.ReleasedDateTime])), =DateDiff('d', Today(), [INTran.ReleasedDateTime]) * -1, =CDec(DateDiff('d',[INTran.ReleasedDateTime] ,Today())), =CDec(DateDiff('d', Today(),[INTran.ReleasedDateTime])), =CInt(DateDiff('d', Today(), [INTran.ReleasedDateTime])).Anyone with a solution for this or a workaround, I could appreciate.Thank you!

Is there a way to print multiple pro forma invoices at once? I tried adding “Print” to the Mass Action tab in the Pro Forma GI and it resulted in only displaying one report/print screen at a time. 

I want to click a button and print a report without the preview page, without the Windows print page. I don’t want to use Device Hub. Are there any other ways?

Hello,User emailed an Invoice from the Invoices screen and noticed they wanted to make some changes.I made some minor text changes to the notification template for invoices.I opened the invoice in the Invoices screen and emailed it a second time to see my changes.It seems to be using a different template completely the second time as I did not change the subject line, but you can see it is different.  My changes are not in the email.  Below is the notification template I edited.  You can see the subject still says “available for viewing” at the end.  I search “is now available” in templates and do not get any templates related to invoices.“is now available” is in the top message in the image above.  It is the second email after I made my changes. So I do not know what template Invoices are using or how to make them use the same template notification ID it was using before.  The one that I edited. Thanks,Larry

Good day,Is it possible to update the workflow stage of an appointment from the mobile app? Currently when items are added to an appointment, we change the workflow stage of that appointment to “Parts Requested”. Doing this generates a picklist for our warehouse persons to gather the items for the technician to collect. When the items are collected the workflow status is chnaged to fulfilled and the line items are marked as completed. In the mobile app I don’t see the ability to chnage the workflow stage manually. Is this possible?

Hi everyone,I’ve got a question about the coloring of a field. We’ve sent out e-mails with invoices to customers. The e-mail show up as processed in “All Emails” (CO409070) with no errors. So far so good.Now we have received some complaints that invoices have not been received. For each complaint  we’ve checked the activities in the invoice (AR301000) and here the date is shown in red. I couldn’t find any information on what this means. Any help or pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated!Thanks. 

Hi everyone,FS Workflow Stage (WorkflowStage) in mobile is showing as an editable text field, and users must manually type the exact stage name; there is no selector/dropdown.On the web UI, workflow behaves correctly, but on mobile there doesn’t seem to be a supported way to render workflow stages as a selector.Things I’ve already tried / researched: Different variations of defining the selector found in the Acumatica community and elsewhere on the web, with no avail.   Created a GI (WFSTAGES_Lookup) exposing workflow stages with StageID and StageCode, and inserted the GI into the Service Order endpoint; couldn’t add it as a field as it wasn’t visible.   Has anyone found a supported way to make FS WorkflowStage appear as a selector on mobile, instead of free text?I’m mainly trying to avoid users having to manually type stage names on mobile.Thanks in advance.

I’m trying to get more detail on a PXLockViolationException trace error so I thought I’d try remote debugging on the server hosting Acumatica.  I started a remote debug session on the server but I’m not sure what to do next.Question: do I open some Acumatica project on my local machine?  If so, which one?  I’ve only been working with Customization Projects so I not sure how to start a remote debug session for hitting breakpoints coming from a trace. 

When will the Multiple Base Currency feature support all modules?I was quite excited to see multiple base currency support in 2021 R2, as this solves the single biggest pain point we have with Acumatica.Currently, we have a Canadian sister company that does a lot of interco transactions with the US company, and because of that company’s base currency being in CAD, we have to use a separate tenant.This creates a lot of manual re-entry of documents PO / SO / shipping docs etc and tends to be an error prone process, especially due to exchange rates etc.Now in reading through the details on this feature, I see to my dismay that there is a whole list of other  modules that are not supported by this feature. Meaning you can’t use multiple base currencies feature and these other modules. The modules that we use are in yellow:  Is there any road map on when these modules will be supported by this feature? 

How are you getting variable outside service costs back to your production orders?I am struggling to come up with a usable process for outside service/process management. We use several outside processes and depending on service, product mix, quantity, etc. they have different costs. We may use a quote from the vendor or base our cost on price lists. Acumatica does not seem equipped to deal with this scenario.Please feel free to skip over my specific attempts, and share how you have managed to get varied outside process costs onto your production orders.What I’m looking for, and the problems I am running into:To enter planned cost and quantity needed onto a production order operation subcontract material Can’t set quantity needed and batch size when Subcontract Source is set to Purchase and Move - even when my outside service is traded in a different unit than my production is producing. Hi everyone, I am working on a report to display the monthly General & Administrative Expenses. I was able to create the report, but it runs into an error whenever I try to run the 13th period. I tried to research why this is happening and found out that it’s because of the formulas I used to display the column headers. However, I can’t find an alternative or a solution for it. Could anyone have any idea about this? I have attached the XML file for the report.

Is it possible to process and enter expense receipts automatically in Acumatica by emailing receipt photos to an Acumatica email account, similar to AP document recognition, instead of doing it in the Acumatica mobile app?

Hi AllI’m trying to add a few custom fields to the Purchase Orders screen. I was successful in adding a few custom screens for dates and text entry. I now need to add custom fields with drop down items to be selected. I am seeking any advice on how this can be done via the custimization project, please.ThanksAmit 

  I am experiencing an issue while publishing a customization package after adding the Modern UI files. Despite multiple attempts to install all required Node.js dependencies through the command prompt, the build consistently fails during the Webpack compilation step. When the Modern UI files are included in the package, Acumatica throws errors during publishing  I have already tried reinstalling Node.js, clearing npm cache, reinstalling modules, and running the build manually, but the issue persists. I need assistance in identifying why the Modern UI files cause the publishing process to fail.
