I updated our production site a couple of days ago and have encountered a strange issue where the site still works, the GIs, reports and customizations all still work, the updates screen is showing the correct version, the server is showing the correct version for the site and the database but the login screen says “Last update was unsuccessful”. I’ve tried running the update again and it does not show the correct update date, it still shows the original one from two days ago and the update history does not show a timestamp for when the update finished. Any ideas on what I can do to get rid of the error message and ensure that there is nothing wrong with the site? 

The BAccounts in my system each have multiple locations.  I need the GI line results to have 1 line per BAccount and show the Location address information for the LocationCD =’Mailing’.  If there isn’t a LocationCD = ‘Mailing’, then I want it to show the location that is marked as “IsDefault”.   Maybe it is better said, “If there is a location named “Mailing”, show that address.  If not, show the address for the location marked “Default” What would be the best way to create this condition in my GI?

We create our Production Orders from our Sales Orders.  By default, the system will create the order for the full sales order quantity.Without having to create the Production Order via MRP, Is there a way to: Create the PRO for the shortfall amount automatically in Sales Order, Or be able to adjust the quantity before hitting CREATE.In example below, we have 5 in inventory, so we only need to make 11. 

Hello all,In the previous versions of Acumatica we had the functionality, for instance that if we have an item lets say AAComputer and if a user tries to add a new item in the Inventory ID field, as soon as the characters are entered Acumatica displays the relevant results. So if the user enters AACOMP, Acumatica displays the result for the existing item in the search result.Here the user isnt making use of inventory lookup, but just typing in the characters and it displays the items that already has the keyword.However in the current versions, its not working at all even after enabling the full text search. Is there anyone else facing the same issue? Regards.

Hi there everyone,We recently upgraded to 26R1. When using the Inventory summary screen, we noticed that double clicking one of the lines does not always apply the correct filters when sending us to the Inventory Allocation Details screen. Typically when doubly clicking a line in Inventory Summary it will send us to Inventory Allocation Details with the filter for the Warehouse and Location already matching that of the line we clicked on.  Now however, majority of the time it will instead only send the filter results for whatever row was at the top of the Inventory Summary results.  Once in a blue moon it will apply the right filter settings, but typically it does not. Has anybody else experienced this?

Hi AllI’m seeking advice from the community on which is the better way to delete tenants from Acumatica.My setup is PCS running 25R1. Is it better to use  Acumatica Configuration an choose Perform Database Maintenance and delete the tenants there or to delete the tenants from within the application itself?Also, will there have to be any reindexing of the database after deleting tenants?Thanks in advance.Amit

I was hoping to add the ability to filter by SOLine.InventoryID_description in the Sales Order Details by Customer report, but for the life of me i can’t get this field as an option. Following what online tips i could find I added this field to the Viewer Fields in the schema browser. Then I also placed it in the groupDetails section on the report itself at another recommendation. Every other writeup i can find is either putting it in as a parameter or a sorting option, neither of which is what im looking for.End result, our staff wants to be able to sort this report by keywords in the item description. Sales Order Details by Inventory Item doesnt work for us in this case because its layout is item-first instead of customer-first.I have my fingers crossed this is something simple im just not seeing as i don’t spend alot of time in report designer.

We have a prospect that has two companies, one base in ROI and one based the UK. The 2nd ROI company does not hold any stock and all sales orders are supplied by the primary UK company. We’ve worked through using intercompany and believe it would work for them to a degree but ideally we would like the Intercompany Sales Order in the UK company to be dispatched to the customer address for the ROI company. If we select to raise the intercompany PO from the ROI company to the UK company as a drop ship PO, we cannot seem to generate the intercompany SO from the “Generate Intercompany Sales Orders” process within the UK company. This means the ROI company would have to theoretically “Receipt” the stock to their ROI warehouse to immediately despatch their customer sales order. This adds another level of admin the customer would like to avoid as they would like the paperwork from the UK company to have to delivery address of the ROI company customer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a requirement to create a return for a purchase receipt which has been created for drop ship SO.I tried by creating RMA order with RC order type and added the invoice number too. When I try to create a vendor return from the more menu, I got an erro as PO Error: There are no lines, for which a vendor return can be created. We have a dropship PO which associated with a Sales Order. Basically we have released 1 purchase receipt and AP bill for the dropship PO. The Sales Order which associated with the dropship PO is completed with invoice.But unfortunately, we accidentally released another purchase receipt for the dropship PO which is not supposed to be.How do we make correction for the wrong receipt?

This is happening on a client and I cannot find the reason why the generated cost transaction has a different branch to the labour transaction, so it is causing incorrect GL entries.The data is all entered on the correct branch, so any ideas why the system generated cost transaction would have another branch to the source?

Hi, I want to send an automated daily email of daily receipted stocks from Acumatica. I need them to be broken up between companies/branches and by item class if possible. Business event is what I am thinking, but I’d like to get your thoughts on how you would do it. Any recommendations are welcome 😊

We have an overseas Vendor from whom we make large orders which frequently come in multiple shipments. When they send a shipment, we get an advance listing of the details of the partial shipments, like lot numbers, final quantities, or discounted items, which we use to get the purchase receipt set up in advance to make receiving go more smoothly. Additionally, since undershipping and overshipping are also common, we adjust the Purchase Order to reflect what the final quantities are so that our Availability figures are correct. Our issue is that when we have a first pre-receipt created, the purchase order cannot be edited until that first shipment is received and processed, so any items on subsequent shipments can’t have their availabilities updated or any other adjustments made which come with the vendor’s shipment confirmation. Hello all,I would like to know if I mark the below employee as Inactive & deactivate the line items under the Delegates tab, would the delegation become inactive? Also how can I add date under Expires On field?  

We assign Delegates on Employees to facilitate Expense Claim entry on behalf of our field employees that do not have Acumatica credentials. We have a scenario where a particular person moved locations and is responsible for a different group of field employees. I know how mass add to all the new employees, but I cannot figure out how to mass delete from the old employees. Short of <Action: Delete> on the Employee Info target object, I cannot see where removing a row is possible. Does anyone have tips or tricks to achieve?
