I would like the template as well basically I am need to have the check on one page the remittance on another I have tried multiple ways even using just the check form AP640500 and having checked print remittance- with addtional remittance report form AP642000 any guidance would help.

MaxQ Technologies has a laser check product for Acumatica that can print checks on  plain check stock and offers multiple formats along with positive pay and optional electronic signatures.  The check and the stub are subreports making much easier to modify.
