Below is the import scenario I am trying to use to get our fixed assets into Acumatica.  When I run the import by scenario, it shows that the records processed, but nothing appears in the fixed assets form. 

In my case, I’m customizing SO301000 and enabling the import button on the Detail grid with the following:@gridConfig({ actionsConfig: { import: {hidden: false}, }})But, this seems to replace the settings that the base screen is using including: syncPosition: trueHow to I merge my configuration instead of replacing the existing gridConfig settings?

I'm looking for a way to manage a tenant's configuration as code — declarative files in a git repo I can review in a pull request, version, and re-apply to rebuild a tenant reproducibly.By "configuration" I mean setup data, not customization code: enabled features, company/branch structure, chart of accounts, ledgers, GL preferences, currencies, credit terms, financial calendars, and the like.The workflow I want is basically infrastructure-as-code — capture a tenant's setup into source files, edit them in git, apply to another tenant, then diff to catch drift.Customization Projects cover code but not this setup data. Snapshots are reproducible but are whole-database blobs — not human-readable or diffable in a PR. The REST API can push data, but it's a building block, not a desired-state workflow.Is there an existing tool or established pattern for this — a community tool, an ISV product, or something people have built in-house? Hi,I’m getting an error on my import scenario to import purchase orders. It will import the first order but then I get the error ‘The system failed to commit the transaction row. Any help would be greatly appreciated 

Here’s my scenario: on Acumatica 26.100.0175.3, I have an environment with two tenants, let’s call them Tenant A and Tenant B. Tenant B is configured as a Test Tenant.I have a simple customization project that includes both custom fields to extend existing DACs (in this case, the CR.BAccount, SO.SOOrder and SO.SOLine DACs), as well as a new custom action button on SOOrderEntry. Both Tenants have the same Customization Projects loaded (via Export / Import). When I publish the projects in Tenant A, the custom action appears in both Tenant A and Tenant B, but the custom fields only appear in Tenant A. When I publish the project in Tenant B, the inverse happens (fields disappear from Tenant A, appear in Tenant B, and the new custom action still appears on both).I can’t make the custom fields appear in both Tenants at the same time for some reason. I’ve never had this issue in any other environment. I’m at a loss to explain what is going on here...

Customer uses Crystal reports for a year on year analysis so can do full sql etc. I’m trying to reproduce this below in a GI and this is for a specific customer Where is becomes difficult is that when they go live there is no last year data although we will have a legacy dac and that is challenge when there is no option to do union, has anyone else achieved this ?

We know that Acumatica supports two entry points to create Credit Memo, I refer to them as SO Credit Memo and AR Credit Memo for short. Is there a way to restrict most users to only create SO Credit Memo from the SO Invoice entry, while only specific people have the permission to directly create AR Credit Memo in "Invoices and Memos"?The difficulties I encountered:Although the entry points of these credit memos are different, they seem to be essentially the same entity. SO Credit Memo will be converted into AR Credit Memo. I only want specific people to be able to create AR Credit Memo, but I also want other users to have permission to create AR Invoice. They are on the same screen and are different types of the same document, so I cannot directly restrict the "+" button on the "Invoices and Memos" screen.  

I am using an import scenario to migrate my client’s open purchase orders.  I am testing it to ensure it works for go-live and it is only bringing in the first line of the purchase orders and the remainder error.  I have tried adding the @@LineNbr, but it still errors.  What am I missing? 

Hi all,I know there is an existing discussion regarding adding @FinPeriodID as the default value for Period schema fields in Generic Inquiries:Add @FinPeriodID as Default Value for Period schema fields in Generic Inquiry | Community   However, I haven't been able to find the workaround that others have used. Would anyone be able to share some insight?My goal is to have the Generic Inquiry default to the current financial period, as it currently loads all periods by default, resulting in performance issues and, in some cases, errors. Thanks for your time.   

Does anybody know how I can have Acumatica prevent one from Posting an AP Bill against a Purchase Order if the Amount of the AP Bill is greater than the Unbilled Amount of the PO? There is a setting in the Purchase Order Preferences screen where you can choose between No Validation or Validate with Warning but the Validate with Warning still allows you to do it. Our client wants this to be prohibited. I thought of using an Approval Flow to require approval if the AP Bill Total Amount is greater than the PO's Unbilled Amount, but I don't see how to do that. Is there another way?

We are trying to find a solution to alert users that we have shelf-life inventory that is nearing expiration date. Is anyone using the MAX SHELF LIFE field on the Stock Item under the Inventory Planning tab? If so, how does it work? If there are other processes that people are using, I’d love to hear them. We want to be more proactive with identifying product nearing it life span.  Thanks! 

Hello!We want to default the branch location when creating the service order, otherwise we have to fill the branch location every time. We have only 1 branch and 2 branch locations and one branch location is mostly used other one is rare case. Hence we want to make that mostly used branch location to be defaulted, and there is no dependency. Please let me know if you know how to do this. Thanks Amanda 

Does anyone know why as an Admin I cannot see al the user activates within the company? I am trying to then assign workgroups for department leads to review team activity but step1 - I cannot see them myself. Thanks

I prepared statements for the date of 10/31/2025 and successfully sent those statements, however Acumatica is still showing the “Last Statement Date” of 4/30/2025. Why is this date not showing as 10/31/2025 since that was in fact the most recent date statements were generated?

Does anyone else run into the issue of not being able to use non-stock kits because any component that has user-enterable lots cannot be added to a Non-stock Kit specification?If so, what was your solution? This has been a huge pain point for us.

I have setup an approval process for PPV (purchase price variance) in AP Bills.  I’m testing this and no Approval record is getting created: And the Bill is as follows: No approval has been created even though there is a 500 PPV.  Am I missing something?

I’m creating an Import Scenario for the Purchase Request screen (PO.30.20.00).I’m having difficulty adding an individual PO line (other than the first PO line) using the ADD PO LINE button (found under the DETAILS tab).  It seems like the 2nd line never gets properly selected thus, by default, the first line remains selected.How do I add a PO line other than the first one?Here is are my steps (in two screenshots):  

Hi! Has anyone implemented vendor consignment before? I’m trying to setup a vendor consignment warehouse at $0 because we don’t want there to be a financial impact until the inventory is used. I’ve looked at Doug’s article below but was wondering whether this can be done without having to setup a different branch/company. When performing a mass multi‑level cost roll, Acumatica doesn't recalculate bill levels for manufactured items from other branches or update their costs in the receiving branch’s assembly. It simply uses the existing standard cost.As a workaround, the mass cost roll process must be run twice. The first run does not pull the most recent standard cost from the sending branch, resulting in an inaccurate assembly cost in the receiving branch. The second run then captures the correct sending‑branch cost and updates the assembly cost appropriately.Can the cost roll process be corrected instead of repeating the mass cost roll process?

Hello all,How can I generate MRP consolidated out of all demands under a single row?

I am developing a GI where I need to change pricing of items on sales orders based on customer price classes. For example: If a customer has a customer price class of CUSTOMER, I need to reference the price of an item associated with COMPCUSTOMER. COMPCUSTOMER will never be a customer price class that we actually designated to a customer, but it’s more of a reference.  I’ve been trying to create a reference GI for my main GI to use but because you can’t use formula fields as relation link I’m a little stuck.
