We assign Delegates on Employees to facilitate Expense Claim entry on behalf of our field employees that do not have Acumatica credentials. We have a scenario where a particular person moved locations and is responsible for a different group of field employees. I know how mass add to all the new employees, but I cannot figure out how to mass delete from the old employees. Short of <Action: Delete> on the Employee Info target object, I cannot see where removing a row is possible. Does anyone have tips or tricks to achieve?  

Hi All,Currently, I am facing an issue where the Import Scenario only deletes one record at a time, so I have tried adding multiple lines using '= -2' to delete multiple records. However, I don't believe this is the proper way to delete mass records.After deleting the old delegates, I need to update the list with new delegates for the same employees using a single import scenario.Is it possible to handle both delete and update delegates in single import scenario. I am working on 21 R1.I have already added the import scenarios, and I would appreciate it if someone could review them and help me achieve the desired results.Thanks, in advance!

Hi everyone, hoping someone can help me track down a strange issue with a business event sending duplicate emails for one vendor but not the other.SetupWe have a business event called PO Approved set to Trigger by Record Change, For Each Record, on the created Purchase Order Generic Inquiry (no grouping) screen. It has one subscriber - an email notification that sends the approved PO to the document owner.The trigger conditions filter by:New Field Value – Status = Pending Printing Or Pending Email Or OpenAndOld Field Value – Vendor ID = Vendor 1 Or Vendor 2Fields to Track includes both Status and Vendor (vendorID).The problemWhen a PO is approved for Vendor 1, the recipient receives two identical emails at the exact same time. This has happened consistently across multiple POs on different dates. When the same business event fires for Vendor 2, only one email is sent as expected.What I've ruled out— Only one subscriber on the business event— Only one business event linked to the email

Hello! I’m working through adding multiple images to FS642000, pulling from the attachments on the Appointment. I used the guide ​@lauraj46 created: How to display multiple images horizontally in Report Designer, which was super helpful (THANK YOU). My first image loads correctly, however, the second image displays with an error. I attached a screenshot of the error along with our RPX. Any guidance is appreciated, thank you!  

Hi Connections, I’ve a query related to expiry date control in Acumatica. Every inventory is specified as lot/serial and has an expiry date. As a result, based on that approach, expired items should not be processed. Is there any evidence that an item was expired at the time of shipment/transfer? Either Warning Message/ Allow / Don’t Allow Setups.,  I couldn't find any settings that would help me control this concern.  Hope you guys can help me on this topic. Thanks Ram

I am trying to set up overdue charges in Acumatica. We want the charge to be per invoice.I have our test account set up to apply overdue charges: Their customer class also has overdue charges applied: And the test invoices have overdue charges applied as well: When I calculate and generate the invoice for the overdue fee, it has a fee for each overdue invoice, as well as the “Contractor Overdue” fee:How can I set this up so that only the invoice fees appear on the Overdue fee invoice?The logical fix is to uncheck “apply overdue” on the Customer Class page and the individual Customer page, but when I do that, nothing populates during the “Calculate” function on the AR507000 page.

Hello,Attempting to update item classes via Import Scenario.This requires answering the following dialog: The import scenario is having trouble answering the dialog  Any of the selected ‘Dialog Answer’ Screen fields results in the same error where the dialog is not being answered successfully.  Does anyone know exactly which ‘Dialog Answer’ to select here: I have seen other threads discussing this but not on 2025R2 Modern UI which changes how fields are selected in the Import Scenario. Thank you!!!

From my brief research and testing it would not appear that Acumatica allows for a workflow where Landed Costs can be entered and paid for prior to the purchase receipt. Has anyone figured out a way to accomplish this cleanly?  Like many companies, we are importing items from overseas and paying some significant landed costs in the form of freight and duties. We want to capture these costs and apply them to our item costs, but often we need to pay bills before items are received. Neither the freight companies or the brokers are interested in waiting for us to receive the inventory before they get paid and I imagine this is a very common scenario - is this a simple oversight in the Acumatica functionality? or have I missed something obvious?  Appreciate any insight others have in this area

I’m attempting to display an image from the currently selected detail line, beside the grid, and I cannot get it to work without database manipulation.The detail lines are a custom Photo record that have some details about the photo, and an image uploader shown in the element below. All on a simple form. If Use Fixed Manufacturing Time on Inventory Planning Preferences is not checked, we expect MRP to use manufacturing time from the BOM.We are having trouble getting it to take Queue Time into account. DA-L0 and DA-L1 both have a queue time of 4 days.Created an SO for DA-L0 on 3/15. Here is the MRP Result, with the planned action dates for the production orders being 3/15.Shouldn’t the queue time of 4 days force the action date back 4 days?If I create the RO from the SO, it does back up the start date. 

Hey all, I looked through the search but I could find a definitive answer. I would like to know if there is a stardard GI or report were I can find a PO that was deleted, more pointedly who deleted the PO. I have already enable the “show deleted records” in the Purchase Order GI but that does not produce any results. We have had this crop up a few times and I would like to find out why it is happening.  Let me know if there is a way to do this. Thank you

Hi, working with a base report for Germany ARXXX.rpx, we have now new a Swiss localization and added the base report with the localization tag in the name ARXXX.CH.rpx.We wanted to make some changes in the CH report and noted that if we make some changes in the data schema (for example different parameters or filters) , the report CH does not work anymore if the localization CH is activated.It looks like the Schema has to remain the same for base and localization version and only the content of the report can be adapted in the localization version.Can someone confirm these findings?

When an invoice is generated from FS501300 (Service Contract Billing) an invoice is generated using items that are listed in FSContractPeriodDet (Services Per Period tab on the Service Contracts Screen)After the invoice is generated, there is no way to tie the invoice line (ARTran) back to a specific service/item which is IDed through the ContractPeriodDetID field.It appears to me that the ARTran table should have a ContractPeriodDetID field so that we can link back to the correct service contract line. There are no noteID or line nbr fields in FSContractPeriodDet table. The only unique identifier seems to be ContractPeriodDetID.Am I missing something or is this an oversight in the table design?We need to link back to the equipment number defined in the FSContractPeriodDet table, but there appears to be no way to do so. 

The new Project Address fields implemented in 2020 R2 to replace the single Project Site field is definitely an improvement.  But I wonder why it isn't configured as a selector whereby the user can select from the customer's locations, like the Default Location.  Have others encountered this?  How are you handling it if so?

Any idea about this error when creating a Purchase Return from a Purchase Receipt and how do I resolve this? Item is serialized, so I ran Inventory Lot/Serial History and don’t see the item going out of warehouse location. See snippet below with only one transaction happened in that serial number.This is the POR with Line Type ‘Goods for MFG’ but when I tick each line and create a return, line type is ‘Goods for IN’ and unable to change.

We are an engineer to order environment with an external, non-Acumatica product configurator. The output of the configuration tool is a JSON collection of operations, phantom sub assemblies, and materials. We are looking for an API based solution to create Production Orders linked to a Sales Order Line with a custom BOM. We're able to create the Production Order, but are running into difficulties identifying the correct method of providing the Operation collection along with their associated Materials [Stock Items].
